The man behind the counter answered all my questions about their homemade desserts (see photos below). I decided to forgo any until I lose a few more pounds. The interior was clean and tidy for a pizza shop that busy. The modest-sized shop already had about 10 customers in there just after it opened today for business--about 11A.

They also had cakes, cookies and more and the price was great too! The large cannoli was $5 and the cream puffs were $16 per pound (I paid around $2 for two cream puffs).
