The texture was more dense than I would like and it crumbled like a cornbread. The size is huge and thick but unfortunately, I wouldn't order this again. The Pelican Platter: We sub the French Toast for the pancake. The French Toast was a better choice. Tasted good and the texture was nice. Both platters came with a small side of fresh strawberry, maple syrup, whipped cream, and strawberry jam. You also get two eggs, bacons, and tater tots. Although the menu says old bay tater tots, it came plain. However, it was perfectly fried and crunchy so I didn't mind not having the old bay seasoning.
