Quick service and super friendly Annie was the one who served and just so attentive and super sweet as well. I ordered of course my usual. Caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar with sweet foam! It's so delicious and to eat I ordered the fairly new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich! I love it. Everything I've ordered from here has been great. I like ordering through the app, as my coffee and anything else is usually ready for pickup as soon as I get there. No line, no wait, just pick up and roll away with some delicious coffee! Only giving them 3 stars because they are under staffed, or the morning crew is just slow. If you wait to order until you get there, you'll be waiting longer than expected or waiting in a typically long drive thru line. It's about a ten minute drive from my place, so app ordering kills the wait, and I'm a happy customer! read more

Gotta hand it to the lovely lady who served me - you made my day, and for that I'm giving this place 5 stars. I stopped for two coffees, a doughnut and a coffee roll to go, around 10AM. I'd read the drive thru was slow from previous reviews on Yelp, so I followed the advice and went inside. Inside was clean, not very busy, plenty of tables were empty - most of the seating was booth style. There were three people before me - and they were all served very quickly by a friendly, polite, and caring older member of staff. As I said, my server made my day, for her professionalism and for just by being genuine and taking a few moments to make conversation on a tough day for me personally. Tomorrow's experience may be different, but today's had an extra "summin summin" you can't buy. I walked away happy with the usual piping hot black DD coffee, and a tasty coffee roll, which was perfectly iced, fresh and packed full of flavor. read more

Being right across the street from each other, some may find themselves in a dilemma when it comes to picking up donuts, but I prefer Dunkin' over Krispy Creme. That said, I've been to this location a few times - both via the drive-thru and going in, and oddly enough, it's like going to two different stores. The staff attending the counter inside are always pleasant, accommodating and in a good mood. They are patient and helpful when you're unsure as to what you're wanting to try, and always have you smiling when leaving the store with your treats. On the flip side, the staff working the drive-thru typically seem like they are unhappy and don't want to be there. They are quick to respond, but in a short and unfriendly manner. More recently, my orders have come out incorrect and then the staff make me feel like it's my fault for the error. I'm still a fan of Dunkin', but will more than likely try to make the trip inside than go thru the drive-thru if/when I decide to go to this location. read more

But the customer service at this Dunkin is always accommodating taking their time to answer any of your questions, provide suggestions and even let you know about things they sell that ARE NOT on the menu. When I asked why they aren't listed they said they don't know maybe too many items to list? But that customers ask that all the time. Y'all are missing your mark Dunkin because a customer may go somewhere for an item you sell. Anyways I typically get a caramel frappe or caramel macchiato and they are always on point. No care with peoples food and wrong items. We ordered this morning from this location through GrubHub. Not only were our sandwiches unraveled in the bag but our bacon EGG and cheese bagels that were ordered came without the EGG. The coffee we ordered seemed to be yesterday's batch and not the way we ordered it. Not only is it aggravating to receive an order like this directly from the window but having to pay ridiculous additional fees for something that is not what you ordered is a judo chop to the throat. I frequent this location less often than I should, as it requires me to pass work to enjoy a coffee. Dunkin Donuts is hands down the best coffee chain, in my opinion. I will say that this location is a bit slow. On this particular occasion, I was in and out. However, there have been several times when I've waited too long in the drive thru and on one occasion I waited 20 minutes inside for a small hot coffee and hash browns. If you're looking for a new summer treat, try the Butter Pecan swirl in your iced coffee. On the bright side, the food appears to be cooked to order because it always arrives piping hot. My favorite is their hash browns. Definitely try them if you love hash browns. DD's is known for its great tasting coffee, and I can vouch for that claim. They'll even mix your cream and sugar into your order - they always seem to get that right too! I've read through the reviews for this location and I have to ask, Are we talking about the same Dunkin?? The one on the corner of Denbigh and Jefferson?? I feel like they're being slammed for another location's issues. I stop at this one maybe once or twice a week and I haven't run into any of the problems that I see in the other reviews. Long line at the drive thru? I've pulled into the parking lot and seen 5-6 cars already in the line. I'll still stop because I know the line will move quickly and they'll get my order correct. I have had entirely too many negative experiences here over the past 2 years to leave anything but a 1 star review. I have written and spoken with the customer service reps for the franchise and it seems they really do not care about this location. I kept torturing myself going back for hit and miss service but I am not doing that at this location anymore. I just can't justify spending $50 a week here for unkind service and bad coffee. There's only one employee who seems to like their job and does it well. My coffee was always right when I ordered with her, 1 sugar and full cream (4 sugars and 4 creams are the norm for a large). When anyone else makes it my coffee is so sugar laden I have to toss it out so I generally order no sugar. The issues I have had: 1. Refusing to give me a total until I pull up 2. Giving me a total and changing the amount to something higher when I pull up 3. Drive thru woman screaming, 'WHAT DO YOU WANT' at the car in front of me and when it was my turn, 'YES??' 4. My bagel being overcharged for butter. The durn butter debacle. I wish someone could just get it right. Some how only 2 people at this store understand the keys on the register that allows for swaps instead of 'additions'. I am not adding butter on top of my cream cheese, I am swapping the two entirely. One possible manager actually argued with me about the butter thing and stated that the head of the franchise wasn't the same as the rest in the area.. although the franchise secretary in NC begged to differ. 5. Cream cheese being put on my bagel instead of butter after I paid the extra 35-75c for butter. Then they run out of the bagel I ordered so it can't be remade. 6. They gave me sweet tea with sugar, cream and chocolate syrup instead of an iced coffee.. and I nearly died of shock 7. No eye contact from the young male worker at the window. He literally has thrown a bag into my car and spilled coffee because he was too busy talking inside to look at me during the drive thru exchange. I very much dislike having ANY 1 star reviews under my belt but this place really takes the cake for most cringe-worthy experiences I've had over a period of time. Having worked in the fast food industry, I realize this can sometimes be annoying when customers do this depending on how much change the total is.
