The workers here have gotten SO rude. We occasionally encounter kind workers, but most of the drive-through workers are unkind and snappy. We drove through this morning and were handed the wrong thing 2 times. Typically understandable, but she started telling us that it was some teenager's fault and turned to begin telling her off in front of us. We had to go back inside because she gave us the wrong food for our mobile order. Wow. Where do I start? Got some of the worst and most passive aggressive service. I messed up and forgot to ask for a non-dairy because I'm very allergic and the person working refused to change milk. I told them I can't drink it so they gave me this only partially full cup that wasn't completely blended (notice the green bottom). This is not acceptable and was clearly a passive aggressive attempt to get revenge for me asking them to make my order the only way I could consume it. They charged me an extra dollar for the milk and only gave me this drink that is only 3/4th full. Don't worry I came home to add more almond milk to it and the mend it even tho it cost $5.50. Not only, they refused to make a sandwich for me because they were going to close in ten minutes. I understand they were about to close but the store officially closes at 7 than it closes at 7. This just makes both the customers and the customers resentful when the staff thinks that they can close down the store early. This is bad leadership. The expectation should be the store closes when the store closes. read more

Very busy drive through. Nice inside store. Some seating and is bigger than appears from the outside. Selection of doughnuts included heart-shapes filled with multiple creams and jelly. Maple glazed doughnuts, apple fritters and cinnamon rolls add to the typical iced/glazed offerings. I expected the doughnuts to look more professional looking like Krispy Kreme's but they were somewhat irregularly shaped and did not seem as appealing. I went through the drive through after ordering my coffee on the Dunkin donuts app and I had clicked on the free donut button and then it pulled up a menu for me to order my coffee. I got up to the speaker at the drive through and told them my name and said I wanted the free donut. They said they were completely out of donuts at 1:27 pm. I spoke to the manager and he wouldn't give me a voucher for the free donut I was supposed to receive when I placed my order online. I am very unhappy. read more

Extremely busy during my Saturday morning coffee pics and tight crowded lot hardly got a parking spot but despite the rush friendly and engaging staff. I went with a cold brew with cream and shots of coconut and raspberry from all the typical food and beverages. Bummed to notice not coconut milk or cream offered yet or nitro. Prices are definitely better than other chains and tho my cold brew lacked the independent shop make taste and texture was good to have something flavored but not obnoxiously sweet. WIFI was easy to use and store seemed clean for busy it stayed during my hour there. read more

Pretty bad service. We tried to walk inside because there were no signs sayin that their dining room was closed. We had a mobile order to pick up and another order to place. We got to the drive up and they said go ahead when your ready, so we did. Then another person said just a second very rudely. We order and they were so rude. When we got up to the window they said pull ahead, in a very disrespectful tone. We said okay thank you, and they took a while to bring out our drinks when we say them sitting in the window... when they brought them out they handed them to us very aggressively and walked away. Waited 20 minutes in line at drive-through. Finally placed order at speaker after being told to "hold on" and waiting several more minutes for them to come back and take the order. No one in line ahead of me, nor at the pick-up window during this wait. Drove up to the pick-up window and waited another three minutes with no acknowledgment of any kind - the window was shut. I finally tooted my horn to get someone to come to the window. I asked what the hold up was all about as I had been in line for 20 minutes for a couple coffees. The guy tells me they don't have any help and I can go elsewhere next time. Same comment from the manager. I've been coming here for several years. No more. I had a terrible experience this morning. I placed my order at 11:45. It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive through and was told only 2 online orders could be picked up. okay fine.... so i decide i'll go in after taking the time to park. it's now been half an hour and when i go in i'm told my order is non existent and i show the receipt and am told "i don't know" then when they find my discarded ticket it takes time to make my coffee and find my donut and overall it took super long to get my food. Masks were also taken off in the process while behind the counter. Will not be visiting this location again. read more

Insane how busy this Dunkin gets but it tells me they are doing a good thing. If you go past 9 on a weekend morning the line will be backed out onto Main Street. Love their hot coffee with just cream so I can enjoy the flavor. When I'm in the mood for iced coffee, I add a mocha or french vanilla flavor swirl- something about iced makes me need it on the sweeter side. Blueberry munchkins are addicting. I understand how it can be stressful working at coffee place where it is busy and crowded, but showing respect to your customers should be expected. I just want to give a shout out to the Normal Dunkin morning crew.. Monday and Tuesday this week the speaker was not working, but the way this team handled it completely WOWed me. They handled the situation calmly and the best way they could. I am a "frequent flier" and they are always so friendly and just great customer service. Well even through a tough situation they managed to realize that I was in the long line of customers so when I got to the window I was greeted by Alex with a "Good morning Karen, here is your coffee" as my order was waiting for me. Seriously it's Dunkin a Donuts. I'll spare you the details on what they serve and what exactly to get. You should know the place. Good coffee, OK donuts. I'm just glad this location is open 24 hours. What I've seen they usually close at 9pm. I'm a late owl so this is awesome. I've been to this location many times past midnight. Sometimes even as late as 3-4am after getting a few drinks in me. It's just very odd to me that other DD locations close so early but I do appreciate this location being open late and at odd hours. read more

I recently became a regular because the coffee is delicious and there are more breakfast sandwich selections all at an affordable price. However I will not be returning. I ordered a flavored drink and did not get the syrup in it so it was just espresso and milk. Well I am an understanding person so I called just to give them a heads up not expecting anything free. However the lady on the phone I believe her name was Ashley. She is a shift leader she said. Anyways she kept insisting that I gave her my name for a free drink. The whole call she was absolutely rude. Then the icing on the cake she said to me "Mam' it would be faster if you just gave me your name". I hung up because it was so rude. In all my years that I have worked in customer service that is the literal rudest thing I have heard. I will not be returning. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but after over a year of being in business, I still feel that they have focused more on being fast than getting the order right or making sure the drinks are made correctly and made to taste good. I just got a latte there this morning that tasted like it had no actual coffee in it. Whenever I have gotten an iced coffee from here and ask for only a little cream and a little sugar, my drink was flooded with it. I drank it, but it did not sit well with me. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you're just looking for coffee. If you want donuts, this location is fine for that. read more
