Bittersweet review really...Obviously love the coffee or otherwise I would not go almost twice a day, everyday. Staff is great and there are a few that know me as a regular and treat me as such. Never had an issue there. My BIG issue is the almost daily occurrence of a long, backed up and slow moving line. Really only DD I have seen like this before and I have been to my fair share of them. Probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to, and I visit a lot of locations throughout the country. All I ordered was black coffee and they still managed to mess it up (tried to give me large instead of XL, put a bunch of additives in it). And to top it off, the lady I dealt with was rude. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of its convenient location next to the expressway. read more

I've always had pretty good service at this particular store, but the last three times I have stopped to get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich I have been told the ovens were shut down for cleaning. Each time I stopped by it was at normal lunch or supper times. Who shuts down their ovens during prime hours? Here's a tip ... clean the ovens after you close, or before you open. It's not that difficult. I'm not sure I will bother returning .. 3 strikes and you're out!!! read more

The best DD in town. Hands down. I would come here everyday if I could but my wife wouldn't let me. It's not good for the waistline if I'm constantly eating donuts. Whenever I can sneak out I'll head here and get my donuts and coffee. On the weekends I like to spend a little time hanging out with my laptop at a table because it's very comfortable and such a calm environment. I've been to so many DD's across the nation, but this one hits home because it reminds me of the good ole days when I used to hang out at donut shops with my friends. I love this DD! read more

This dunkin is appealing.... We went here about once a week when it first opened but now it is closer to 1 a month to this location. If you come to this dunkin be sure to order inside rather than drive through. I would think about 60% + the drive thru has made mistakes (ie. ordered 2 latte lites today, one was basically hot water and steamed cream the other was like drinking a pixy stick because of all the sugar added) Beware of drive thru, just go in to order!!! Have never had problems when I have ordered inside. read more

This place has gotten my order wrong the last two times I have gone. They have also failed to update their menu for things that they no longer carry, and then get an attitude when you try and order it.avoid this specific Dunkin like the plague, go anywhere else. read more

Best DD in town. The workers are clean, fast and efficient. They're like the special forces of Dunkin' Donuts workers.

I went thru the drive thru this am and the vanilla long johns were freshly iced, so employees bagged one per bag......and then absolutely RUINED my breakfast ambitions by placing napkins DIRECTLY on icing. This is the worst DD I have ever been to! The staff is loud, obnoxious and obviously are not managed very well. The staff is too busy shouting amongst themselves about off topic things that should be saved for after work hours. They should use all that energy and get my order right! My wife and I have been there four times since they opened and it is never right. Also, they need to stock their products more efficiently! Out of eggs at 9 am, out of bagels at 11 am! Back home in Chicago, DD is the one place you can count on to have what you want at any hour of the day, and have it available for you too. Don't bother with this location. I would much rather drive across town to the DD on Oakland to get my order right, than to go to this much closer one on Main and be disappointed. read more

This stand-alone Dunkin Donuts location is very clean and well laid out. On this visit my wrap and donut were fresh and the iced tea tasted like it was brewed very recently. The eat-at counter has power outlets and USB power to charge your laptop, tablet, or phone while charging your own battery. The negative is derived from the staff service. I am disappointed in the gossiping crew who were not only speaking loudly behind the counter, but the conversation extended to the dining room to engage an off-duty employee. It just shows the immaturity of the crew when they bad mouth customers in such a public way. read more

I waited in line for 25 minutes at the drive-thru at 11 am on a Sunday - I ordered a mixed dozen, paid at the window and received a box of 12 cake donuts. I handed the box back explaining I ordered a mix, and the guy at the window (who was INCREDIBLY polite) explained that was all the donuts they had. I asked for a refund, and he sheepishly said he didn't know how to do that and it would be a few minutes until a manager could come to the window. I really didn't want to spend any more time on it, so I just kept the donuts. And they were stale. I am really surprised that they didn't make fresh donuts for Sunday morning. I love dunkin's munchkin, however I showed up at 2pm and was told they were out and not making anymore. So I figured they must close soon so I asked and was told they'd be closing in 8 hrs!! So please explain why a donut shop is open if they're not making donuts? The limited selection of regular donuts was a sad sight as well. This place is fabulous. I just drove through at about 11:30 at night, and the girl working the drive thru let me come up to the window and take a look at everything. So much better than trying to order donuts off of menu. She seemed totally cordial and nice and down to earth and everything you want from a customer service experience. read more

I've been to Dunkin' Donuts in pretty much ever state in the US. This is BY FAR the worst one that I have ever been to. I have given this store four chances... and every time it was a failure. As I stood in line (in a puddle of spilled coffee product) yesterday morning inside the store, I was actually grateful for the puddle because it prevented the largest daddy long leg spider from getting to me. Despite being 2nd in line, it took nearly 15 minutes to be able to order. The girl at the counter must have been new so I waited patiently while she tried to get help from the uninterested drive thru people. I ordered three donuts (I skipped out on my usually ice coffee because the past 3 times I had been there they made it with pretty much 1/2 the cup full of cream). The girl shoved 3 donuts in the bag and hurried me off. Being a teacher, and having to be to school on time I rushed off thinking they would at least be edible and I would deal. Wrong. Another bag of donuts thrown into the trash due to frosting explosion. This is what I have consistently found wrong with this Dunkin' Donuts.... 1. 3/4 times the have put the wrong thing in the damn bag. 2. Their ice coffee tastes like brown water with a bit of cream. 3. Don't ever get a chocolate glazed donut. The glaze seeps into it and results in the soggiest, nastiest product. (unlike quality Dunkin' Donut stores who have a coating of shiny glaze) 4. Don't even bother getting a frosted donut. They put it in a brown paper bag and the frosting oozes all over the place (onto all of the other donuts, onto the walls of the bag, onto your hand, the seats of your car). There is no shell of frosting like every other dunkin. The owner of this store seriously needs to consider taking a trip up to a Chicago-land Dunkin' and seeing how it's done. I assume the managers/owners must have never been to another Dunkin' in their lives? This Dunkin' is putting shame to the Dunkin' name read more

I go to this location quite often it's always fairly quick even when it's busy. The main reason I wanted to write this though is to compliment the amazing staff. I always feel so welcomed and they re always very kind even when I'm sure they re overwhelmed with all the morning traffic. I love coming here it's always a great experience. read more

My experience at this newly opened DD was horrible. I went mid morning to grab a "quick" sandwich. I went inside and there were a bunch of high school kids working behind the counter who were out of control. The staff was yelling at each other to hurry up because there were people in line waiting for their food, mind you that there were a total of 3 customers in the whole restaurant. A girl in the front was yelling someone named Antonio to hurry up with the orders who replied rather loudly and clear enough for everyone to hear that "I dont care if there are customers waiting, they can wait like everyone else". Needless to say I did wait for 15 minutes for a sandwich that was obviously microwaved. Not to mention that the order was also incorrect. With a lack of a manager or someone in charge obviously working there it was complete chaos, I understand young kids need jobs but you need to have someone who is mature and professional in charge when all the workers are that young. I will be looking for another DD to stop at. The only reason I gave it one star is because you cannot rate zero! read more
