I honestly would give 0 stars if able. I did an online order and upon driving an hour home, I found out that this is what I was given. I called the store and was assured that this bagel was fully cooked and edible. The bagel was pale, thin as a piece of paper, felt like dough and even tasted like it was undercooked dough. This place is awesome. I had the Maple House bagel and it was the best bagel I had ever had in my life. The place was very busy. The people were very friendly and very quick. I have never been to one before and this was my first time and they greeted me with a smile and thanked me for coming in. I ate my bagel in the parking lot with my caramel macchiato. It was so good in fact that I had to go in and order six more French toast, bagels to take home with me and try to re-create that sandwich with the two eggs and sausage and whatever that sauce is they use was fantastic. I would highly recommend if you're in this area of Bloomington Illinois you try this place. read more

Bought some bagels and a pretzel bagels sandwich. Actually tasted really good. The service was very fast and friendly. The establishment itself was modern, clean, and relaxed. The sandwich and 6 bagels was $20 and it comes with a small tub of cream cheese. We will be making this monthly stop on our rotation. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered a specific bagel and the lady said oh we're out but didn't bother to check to see if anymore was done and ready to be put in the baskets. I stand over to wait for my food and see several flavors including the one I originally ordered available. I asked about it and she told me yes that's the specific flavor I wanted and told me I had to go stand back in line if I wanted it. There was 7 people in line. If I could give 0 stars I would. For them to be a bagel spot they NEVER have bagels. Everything is always out of stock I've been 4 times in the last month just to be sure. Then if you order on the app and they don't have something you have to call a number to get your money back smh. No customer service whatsoever. Just close it at this point. This was my first time trying Einstein Bros and we thought it was pretty good. We both had really good coffee but the bagels were a bit dry. The service was good and everyone was friendly. There were minimal tables that were clean unfortunately but we did find one that was not dirty. I think I would return for coffee even tho it was pricy. read more

I am so excited an Einstein Bro finally opened in Bloomington. The one that's on ISU campus is very hard for anyone that doesn't go to school there to get to. This Einstein Bro got plenty of seating and some very cute bagel themed decor! I got a ham and Swiss on a green chiles bagel, woo it definitely packs some heat, definitely recommend! I also recommend trying the spinach florentine bagel with their bacon and turkey sandwich, it is my normal go to. read more

We are here at 10:15 am. Waited in a long line. They were out of almost every kind of bagel. They sold us a 6 cheese bagel and then we wait again and they came out and said "we are out of that as well". They had very few options and they didn't even know which options were available. I thought the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I got the cinnamon bagel with honey almond cream cheese and thought it was really good, they had a lot of cream cheese on the bagel, however my cinnamon bagel had a slight taste of the bagels next to it but i've experienced this in every other bagel shop so i'm not surprised. My fiancé got their mushroom veggie bagel sandwich and thought it was ok, he wouldn't get it again. Their coffee was also ok, fine for a quick coffee stop. they do have little dog bagels and my dog loved it lol so i would come back for a bagel for myself and my dog. read more

Will never go back to buy bagels "to go". This morning I had to wait for 10 minutes after ordering to get my bagels. Their A/C wasn't functioning properly and it was quite warm.
