i was the second car in line and still waited like 15 minute. scanned 500 points for a bagel and still ended up getting charged for it anyway. so I lost the 500 points but still paid. This Dunkin' pretty regularly messed up my order. While the staff is very kind, things have seemed to go downhill at this particularly location over the past couple of years. As someone who has worked at a popular Dunkin' in the past, I know how busy it can get, but this location is very slow and always seems to mess up the order. At a couple of my recent visits, while sitting in the drive through line, I also saw an employee (I believe it was the same person each time) enter the building without a mask on and without a mask in hand. Their lobby has been closed for most of the pandemic, so, while I'm sure they are following covid guidelines inside, it is a bit disheartening watching an employee walk indoors and look unprepared to follow guidelines. read more

If I could give it one stars I would. Horrible, NASTY , employees who clearly do not like their jobs. At least act like you like your job, or find something else to do. Took ten minutes for there to be someone on the drive through speaker and when we ordered just 2 hot chocolates. When we get to the window and see that there's at least four people doing nothing and the hot chocolates aren't even given to us for another 5 minutes, just bad service. read more

overall, this is not the worst DD i have been to. Seems to do a lot of drive thru service here .. the line for drive thru was around the building, so i opted to not drive thru and went in... pretty clean interior, counter person was friendly, coffee served up reasonably quick. i was in my car and out the driveway before the drive thru line moved up two people, as always with dd, predictable average quality coffee. read more

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day before I go to my job, I must say I always get excellent service and the staff is very friendly. I've gotten to know the manager Kerri and I have to say having her at that store is a great asset, other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to pale in comparison I absolutely love the store and the service it's very clean staff is very helpful and accommodating to anything I need. While the staff changes often at this location, service does not. It is consistently horrible. They simply cannot get orders right, no matter how slowly you speak. Last weekend, I ordered 6 bagels and got home to find only four in the bag. This morning, I ordered coffee and a bagel, thought to check my bagel (it was wrong) and the coffee wasn't French vanilla like I ordered. My advice: Go to Starbucks at the truck stop in Branford. There aren't enough words to describe how much I hate this DD. I drive miles out of my way to avoid it on a daily basis. SO I've been going to this dunkin multiple times a week for years, they've always been wonderful, friendly, and most importantly got my order right. Lately, I've noticed a change in the staff, the new people at the window are miserable and my order never seems to be correct. If I ask them something they just turn around and the drive thru window slams. They consistently get my order wrong. It's simple, we ask for milk and sugar not cream and sugar. They are always standing around in back smoking cigarettes and the line is around the building. When they get it right it's usually good, but it's rare for them to get consistently a order right if there is more than 1 item. Today they got all three items wrong. I decided to look for other ways to let them know since I let manager know and it still goes on. If the people up above just went thru the drive thru of their own restaurant they'd see what we get for service, which is ice coffee not stirred and coffee all over the outside of cup. Not adding proper dairy products that you order, and finally when you order a bagel with butter, cream cheese doesn't cut it. Take pride in your job or look elsewhere. I'm sure people that are unemployed would love your job. Trust me, the above post is not about one visit. I love dunkin donuts! Just not this one. It really does need corporate attention. It's a shame for such a loved brand is so miss managed and not thorough with the orders it's become unacceptable. read more
