My sister and I really love this place and haven't had a chance to visit since the ownership change. It still has that same cozy vibe of the old hidden kitchen, but with a more condensed menu and some fun coffee options. The service is always top tier.

Nice atmosphere - very quaint and clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and attentive. I like the mix of booths, tables, and counter seating. My husband had the omelette with home fries and toast which was awesome. I had the pancakes which I found to be too dry and thick. Our son had a short stack of pancakes - one was burnt, the other was raw in the middle. Although I would not order pancakes here again, I will definitely try the Eggs Benedict next time. I feel that their menu offers a nice selection of options for anyone to find something they would enjoy. Definitely looking forward to visiting this adorable place again.

My daughter brought me here today for a Pre-Mother's Day Brunch. It's a cute little place. We were seated right away at the last available table. Our server, Nicole, was very attentive and friendly. The menu is EXTENSIVE and it took a bit for us to decide what we wanted. I ordered the Wild Bill's Omelet and my daughter had the Avocado Toast with a side of bacon. Both were delicious. We each also had a traditional and margarita mimosa. We liked the original better, but they were both good. Overall great experience. We'll definitely be back.

Our time here was the bomb! The workers are super friendly, patient and efficient. The place is cozy, not too big but well spaced out so I recommend calling before coming in if it's a holiday. This place is a favorite for sure. Their menu has A LOT to choose from and they have unique items they've created here (like the churro waffle). We ordered a variety of breakfast food which was all cooked perfectly. I think about their bacon at night. We tried out their mimosas and also enjoyed them! Now we have to come in for lunch food to confirm that everything they have is perfection. Cannot wait to come back into this business and 100% recommend it to anyone around. 10/10

I have been here several times. I am going to work my way through this gigantic menu. They have so many cool foods and unique foods. Their food is delicious. I have never had a bad meal there. Their staff is super friendly, and they always steer me in the right direction of what I Should pick that day, since I'm always choosing between three or four items. I definitely recommend the breakfast nachos. I like to try to order a main meal, and then one of the unique French toast, pancakes or Waffles. I like to share with whomever is at the table with me. This place is also a good size and it's adorable.

One of my favorite spots for breakfast. They serve lunch as well and I've no doubt that everything is delicious. On this latest visit, I chose the Chaffinch Omelet. Bacon, Granny Smith apples, and brie stuff this super fluffy omelet. Absolutely scrumptious!

Don't forget the confectioners sugar and bananas.

Breakfast was interesting. It is great when chefs are creative and design concoctions others would not have even imagined. It would be hard to believe anyone could walk out still hungry. For us, it is a long ride and the place needs some major updating. However, the staff is friendly and the menu has an amazing variety of selections. I had the Elvis stuffed French toast again. The owners really try to please!

Since it's Thanksgiving weekend, I remembered that great Gobbler sandwich I had last summer. I decided to order and pick it up to go. This sammy is crazy good. I wolfed it down as soon as I got home. There was so much turkey, I even shared some with the doggos. The place had a line out the door waiting to be seated for breakfast which they serve on Sundays till 1:30pm. I still can't believe I haven't eaten breakfast here yet. Next time!

Best breakfast in Connecticut with ENORMOUS portions! Be prepared to wait on busy weekend days and holidays, but don't get discouraged, because the food is worth it! Get their biscuits and gravy made with local sausage, or one of their fresh, house-made muffins, and try a brunch cocktail!

This frittata was amazing! Goat cheese, fig and prosciutto, topped with arugula. So good . Friendly staff and great service.

Great local restaurant with an awesome menu, friendly staff and creative cooking. So hard to choose what to eat. My favorite is the fig, goat cheese prosciutto and arugula frittata! And the other choices are just as creative and tasty. Have been back several times.

I'd seen this place recommended on Yelp a few times but had never made it over until today. When we walked in, we honestly thought they were closed because there was only one four-top occupied and one person sitting at the bar. We grabbed a table for two, and I started with a mimosa while my sister ordered a coffee before eventually joining me with a mimosa. She had the OG breakfast sandwich, a classic that really hit the spot. I ordered the Madame Monsieur with fries, and everything was cooked perfectly. The food tasted fresh and made to order, which is always appreciated. Our server, Angelina, also made an excellent mimosa the orange juice to Prosecco ratio was just right (a small detail that makes a big difference!). Service was on the slower side, but from what we could tell, Angelina was the only server working, so it was understandable. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and has the charm of a little café, making it a nice place to enjoy a relaxed brunch. Overall, a very enjoyable first visit. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

It's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness we did. Here's the combination. Small quaint place with some tables but this is mainly a bar place. Great drinks, cold beer, and great food. I will emphasize this again, GREAT food. Everything is made to order, so don't expect to get your food in 10 minutes. It's a small place usually attended by one person, the bartender. Super cool patrons with a little sports on the tube. Hint: Order the French onion soup!! It's a must. The greatest bowl of FO we have ever had. Once again, who would believe it? Amazing spot that checks all of the old school boxes. We never miss it when we are in the area. Don't ever change. Thanks

I've been sitting on this review because I lowkey don't want people to overdo it and ruin the vibe--but my Instagram stays in the know since I've posted them plenty of times already. They're just that good. It's a nice, quaint spot with real heart, plus they've got a food truck they take out and about, and they cater too. Straight out of South Carolina, bringing authentic Southern BBQ, lowcountry blends, and somehow mixing it perfectly with that New England swagger. I became a regular fast. Any chance I get, I'm bringing new people here....and I'm not stopping anytime soon, which should tell you everything. They've got some crazy staples too: $10 classic burger with fries on Tuesdays, $1 smoked wing Wednesdays... Yeah, you read that right. And that's just off the top of my head. They also run daily specials that rotate, so either keep an eye on their IG or just pull up and see what they've got cooking that day.
