Let me start with: I've worked at a high volume Dunkin before while short staffed. Don't bother doing a mobile order to "save time" .. if you're not in the drive through they simply do NOT care. The only helpful lady has colorful hair and I can't remember her name, but she always apologizes even if it's not her fault. The Dunkin on White Ibis Drive in North Port was always my favorite Dunkin. As of late it has become the worst Dunkin. In the month of November 2024 every single item on every visit to the store was made wrong. The store has also became very slow with excessive wait times. Last week I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When I finally got my drinks and food it was all cold. The sandwich I ordered was missing the top bagel and the latte was made completely wrong. When I took the items back into the restaurant and told them the problems, they said they had dropped the top of my sandwich on the floor so that's why the top bagel was missing. Not sure why they dIdn't just make another. They did remake the entire order without complaints so that was a positive. Although 3 out of my last 3 visits were made wrong. I bought 10 doughnuts today 8 glaze 2 Boston Creme. 6 glaze in a box and 2 glaze and 2 Boston Creme in a box. What a mess. Never again. They are always out of certain doughnuts. I think people fail to understand the sheer volume of food and drink Dunkies produces. They can't always be perfect. I'd rather consistency than perfection and that's what they deliver. I do believe it's a tragedy the French cruller is discontinued. This location is great. Friendly staff and decent wait time for how busy it gets. My family and I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts to get some Iced Coffees and a few items to eat ($29 bill) , I ordered 2 grilled cheese plus numerous other items -- absolutely the most disgusting and worst grilled cheese I had ever had , one side was grilled and the other was bread , the cheese was disgusting , this was not just on one but both of the grilled cheeses where cooked the same way - I don't ever complain unless something is really bad and this food was the worst !!!! We visited about mid day for a coffee and snack stop. This is pretty far off the exit. Don't expect for a quick stop and if you pass it you will have a hard time making a u-turn so just pay attention. The only person I interacted with was the cashier who was doing everything up front and he was kind and did his job well. I ordered coffee, the guy actually listened to my order. The coffee came out perfect. The only issue was they were out of so many food items. We ordered at the register and we told a few minutes later that they were out of hash browns. We settled on pretzels and again a few minutes later were told they were out. We then asked for the waffle breaded tenders. Honestly, stay away from them. They are super greasy and I wasn't impressed. Yes I realize that the hash browns would have been greasy but the tenders were excessively greasy. read more

If I could put negative stars I would. I don't think I've ever written a negative review in my life, but this one is well deserved and long overdue. I've went to this dunkin multiple times at 4 pm because I work night shift. Every time I go, they can't make anything besides coffees because "their ovens are off." They close at 7:30 pm. I don't see a reason for their ovens to be turned off 3 and a half hours before their closing time every single day. 3 cars left behind me, so it just makes me wonder how early the ovens are turned off everyday by this manager in order to avoid having to work. Been coming here for quite a while being a northport resident, they have gone so far down hill. Bad hires, making stuff wrong, if you order online you have to reorder when you get there (so what's the point of ordering online right?) yesterday we spent over 30$ on an order for 5 people. Here's a list of things that should never have happened A. Dude who was handing us the food gave us the wrong food, we brought it up and he rolled his eyes. B. Same guy was on his phone and had AirPods in. C. Same guy didn't give us all of our food and told us we're "good to go" D. The drinks are made differently EVERY single time. E. waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes just to have my payment be taken, after I got my food I waited another 5 minutes for the coffee which was (2 mediums when I had ordered two larger) in the drive thru I started eating my burrito and it was ice cold in the middle. I told the guy about it and no I'm sorry no thank you for telling me or anything just a I will recalibrate the ovens. I have to say sadly their five star review that I wrote when they first opened is now down to a one star. I found that when it finally slowed down and the line wasn't wrapped around the building the service must have been the reason why. The Coffee started tasting very chemically and some of the employees lacked personality all together. we stopped going to this location all together and either just make coffee at home or go to McDonalds for a coffee fix on the days we feel like treating ourselves. For a little while I had to stop going in the morning due to long drive-thru lines. GREAT problem to have for them. Fortunately it looks like that issue has been resolved with better trained am shift. Today I stopped in the evening... and am now irritated again. When you advertise something as prominently as they have the DD Perks program, if the system is down and unable to be used, this should either be announced prior to taking an order or put a sign up so folks expect it. Thank goodness I has my credit card nearby and easily accessible because I was able to give it to the girl after waiting for nearly 5 minutes for them to make my drinks... The other down side for me? Currently on vaca and decided to stop at dunkin for brunch. I work at a Dunkin in NY and upon recovering my drinks, I could tell they weren't up to Dunkin standards by the swirl in the bottom of my latte, indicating it wasn't made in a pitcher correctly. I ordered 2 lattes and one was supposed to be 2 pumps of mocha but was clearly more than that because of the dark brown color and extremely sweet taste. Its a love hate relationship. They make my coffee right 99.9% of the time but for a dunkin donuts they never seem to have donuts. I live 5 mins from this Dunkin so I use on the go often. If you want iced coffee, this is NOT the DD to go to. It's a roll of the dice it will be good or taste like three day old coffee grounds. I don't know why they have such a problem with consistency but it's a bad problem. It never seems to improve no matter how much you complain. Ordered an iced dark roast with two sugars and two creams this morning. I tasted it before I left and was going to ask for another one but I've done that before and it's usually as bad as the first. I decided to stop by today get some donuts for kids at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they had no raised donuts of any kind. This was not the first time ether. Few times it was at 2pm. Used to go everyday when they first opened, staff was super nice, my favorite staff member transferred but nonetheless the coffee is amazing! Only once I've gotten something made by a learning member and it was a little different then usually but nothing they couldn't fix if you just ask! Recently don't go as often (once or twice a week), but still amazing coffee as usual, only had one of the sandwiches once and it was good, the donuts are great too. I choose Dunkin over Starbucks always. Price to quality and taste it's a bargain! read more

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and had great service each time. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, the lobby is clean and well-kept. The staff there go above and beyond just "hi" and "have a good day" like most places- they actually hold a conversation with you.
