This place is very clean, but looks too blank. It gives off sterile vibes and is not really inviting. The yogurt was good, but not great and I felt it was way too expensive for what you get. They did have a fair amount of Gluten Free yogurts and the signs were very visible. You make your own yogurt cup here and add whatever you like. The server had the personality of a wet mop and wasn't friendly at all. She just stood there, no talking except for telling us the price. I don't think I will be coming back any time soon. read more

Delicious yogurt, lots of fresh toppings, and the staff is just as friendly as you could ask for. I'm just part of an annual visit to Venice to visit family crew, but this place could persuade me to move there! The kids enjoyed being able to pick their own flavors and toppings, and it was a good exercise on self control, so they not only enjoyed the froyo, but learned a valuable lesson at the same time. Peachwave is self serve soft frozen yogurt and Gelato shop. There are small cups for tasting before you buy and different size cups conveniently located next to the machines . Next to every machine is a nutritional label indicating fat, protein and calories for each flavor. There are many toppings to add cookies, candy etc to choose from and next to the cash register there are huge pumps of caramel and chocolate sauce. The shop is very clean, the workers are friendly and helpful always with a smile. There is a frozen yogurt menu on the counter with flavors not in the machines and the menu changes with supply. These are to go flavors as it is frozen solid with a lid to take home with you. Sign up for a free membership so every dollar you spend goes towards your next purchase. Literally the best self serve Ice cream place I have ever been to! I got the Dole Whip (TM) Limeade twist with all the popping bobas sour patch kids and mini mochi. I love FroYo and didn't realize a FroYo shop opened in Venice (I think she said they opened in March 2020 when I asked). My favorite is Euro Tart/Original Tart. Wish they carried more FroYo flavors, though. They have both FroYo and gelato. I don't care about gelato (prefer frozen yogurt over gelato or ice cream), so it would be nice if a FroYo shop focused on FroYo and sorbet, like they used to (already lots of ice cream places around for that). They have lots of great toppings, including whipped cream and sauces (fudge, caramel, etc.). I was also happy to see they had mini chocolate chips (some places offer only regular size chocolate chips, which tend to get really hard in the frozen yogurt). I hope to see chocolate shavings as a topping here in the future. I don't live in the area, but will be stopping by here whenever I come down to Venice. read more

Loved Peachwave experience at West Villages! Was craving frozen yogurt and this was one of the places near by that I found. Located in a very nice area with more shopping and food around if you're out and about and want a refreshing snack. Very clean and pleasant inside. I was impressed with the fun and delicious flavors that Peachwave had to offer! They had a good mix of fruity and sweet. And very delicious! The quality is definitely tasted and with toppings you get all the variety. Many popping bubble flavors and fruits and just about anything you want. They have a seating area with tables that was nice to sit at and hide from the heat but they also have a seating area outside. Which is nice for the evening time. The frozen yogurt is very good, but they are often out of the best flavors. The ambiance is nice, although there is very limited seating. The staff is very friendly, although once you are ready to pay, get ready for the awkwardness. What am I talking about? Tipflation. Here's how it works at Peachwave: you walk in, grab your own cup, dispense your own frozen yogurt, add your own toppings, put your finished item on the scale yourself, the clerk presses one button, you insert your credit card and then she tells you to "answer the questions" on the screen. What are the questions? The amount you want to tip. Tip?? Tip who? Tip me, maybe? I did 99% of the work!! This is the most blatant, ridiculous example of how tipping has gotten out of control in this country. If it weren't for the tipping issue, I would've given 4 stars. Hopefully the owner reads this. read more

Delicious dairy free options (orange and pineapple) and a good selection of regular options as well. I am mixed on how I feel about not even being able to serve yourself your own ice cream; however the fact that we didn't have to touch anything was nice I guess. I get not having people hover over all the toppings, but I think serving yourself the ice cream would be ok. Looking forward to coming back under "normal" conditions and having fun selecting all our own stuff! Also it was interesting they say masks are required but a mother and daughter came in after us without masks and nothing was said, so just wanted to point that out. read more

Typical froyo shop that I popped into to get out of the rain. The covid precautions makes it a little weird so the staff has to make you what you want. The owner was wearing a shield mask and the other worker was wearing a mask so I guess the other reviewer was there on off day. This is a great great place. Staff well trained, courtesy and helpful. The shop itself is clean and inviting. The connect 4 board and fireplace add a sense of hominess. Part of the fun is knowing what is the special discount for the day, for instance, every Thursday $3.99. But the real treat is the yogurt and the many toppings available. Don't forget to order a yogurt pie for the holidays or just for the heck of it. This has became my family go to!!! Thanks for the experience. read more

I went for the first time tonight and all I could focus on was 10-15 people in line ahead of me all handling the same serving spoons for the toppings. In COVID times, I think an employee with washed/gloved hands would be a safer way to serve customers. read more

the environment was very nice and the options were wide. the lady there was very nice and served respectful service. in the picture: i got mint on the bottom and vanilla and chocolate twist. i got andes mints for a topping as well as a brownie and mini mochi (to help with texture) the mini mochi was actually pretty flavorful and i enjoyed this frozen yogurt place. read more
