I stopped by Dunkin for a quick bite and drink after an early work meeting. I was able to order quickly when I arrived and the cashier was nice about my questions. I don't go to many coffee places unless I'm traveling for work. She allowed me to try the dunkinlatte milk which help me decide on this particular drink. I also ordered a sandwich with sourdough bread, 2 eggs and turkey sausage. The sandwich normally comes with mayo but I opted out. I probably should have substituted for something else because it was mighty dry without it. My fault. The place is in a gas station so it was presented as expected for a gas station spot. Usually this place is one of the better Dunkins in the area...but today I simply asked for no ice in my drink. I don't like the way it tastes hot..it's cold...and I work all day so I won't have time to guzzle it down, anyway I don't think that's a crazy request. Dude over the headset gave me attitude (are you paying for the extra cost of supplies by not filling it with ice? Why do you care?) and the girl in the window handed it to me, half full. So I said can you please add more milk, she was like ???, I said look how full it is I just paid $9...so I HEARD HER SAY "RUDE" she comes back and I said "thank you, I wasn't trying to be rude." And she ignored me!!!!! Super unnecessary! I was a barista for three years, it's MILK, RELAX!!! And maybe dont talk sh*** when I'm right there. Uncool!!!! read more

I love this Dunkin Donuts for its location and the service. Staff are friendly and courteous. I only give it 3 stars though because they never have my favorite donut, lemon filled. Why ? Why I ask? They are out sometimes at 7:27 a.m. and sometimes at 3:30 p.m.. Well, they do have it sometimes, like yesterday at 2:20 or so. Other than that, this is a great and convenient place. Busy Dunkins. Always friendly, but sometimes slower than other Dunkin Donuts. But very busy location, clean on the inside.

It was about 10:00 pm at night and my friend and I decided to go on a late nights Dunkins run. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and it turned out the croissant was burnt. Pitch black. I Then asked them what happens to the donuts and bagels that do not sell? They said they throw them away. In response I said why not donate them to the homeless? They said nope. So as a result I am very disappointed with them both for the service and their moral codes. read more

I'm always testing out new Dunkin' Donuts, this location is one of the best! If their drive-thru line is packed, it's only takes 3 minutes to go in and out on the building. The staff is friendly and punctual, and my bagels are always toasted perfectly. Great job guys!!! read more

Appalling customer service. Rude and racist to a fault and for no reason whatsoever. Just went at this place to get a box of donuts for my coworkers at the office for tomorrow morning. It was 9:54pm and the door was locked already. I was looking at the schedule when a young guy pops out from the back of the store and while walking towards his car - a blue Honda- says in the rudest way possible: Store is closed, go to the drive-through. I was looking at him surprised at such rudeness when he said again that the store is closed, this time louder. I asked why was the store closed already when the close time was 10pm. He kept repeating louder and louder that the store was closed thinking I did not understand English. At which point I told him that he was the rudest employee I had ever seen. I won't go on about the exchange but before disappearing inside the store the employee managed to shout the following (1)tried to explain how things work here in America (2)asked repeatedly if I were drunk - old, nice try though (3)yelled repeatedly that I should go back to my country (4) pointed out that someone like me has even gotten a new car here in America. I am not sure why would a Dunkin Donuts employee would engage in this kind of crazy conversation - any conversation for that matter - outside the store with a customer. I understand that this was just an angry employee using a customer as an outlet for his own frustrations. But I am also convinced that that kind of behavior is an indication of lack of proper training. In my mind, a person with such poor judgment shouldn't even get hired by a chain store. It's just beyond belief that a Dunkin Donuts employee would point to my new Audi Q5 and imply that somehow that was given to me as a present by "his" country. Clearly, Donkin Donuts hasn't provided a great training to this kid and apparently the school system hasn't succeeded in that front either. So, Mr. Dunkin Donuts employee, here is how things work in America from someone who has been here long enough to achieve something: you work hard, be persistent and respect others around you, maybe if you are very smart you get to an Ivy League school, then you get a good job and all the perks that come with it.
