Ordered an iced coffee that turned out so bitter, I thought that I accidentally asked for espresso with a grudge. Dunkin might run on coffee, but this one felt like it was running on spite. I left with a sour taste and a deep appreciation for water. Next time I'll stick to the donuts - they don't brew those bitter. read more

I made an on the go order early a.m. it consisted of 2 items, got to the drive thru and there was 1 car in line before me..sat for 5 minutes, told the guy I had an on the go order, he simply grunted, so I translated the grunt to mean I could pull up to the window..got to the window and this kid with his mask pulled down leans out to give me my drink..then asks "you got donuts or something?" ..I said no, just the drink an an avocado toast, dude rolls his eyes and says "you're gonna have to pull up" ..I was running late and told him I couldn't pull up.. I wasn't rude or angry, the dude gets pissy and says " you're gonna need to pull up if you want your toast" and slams the window.. I was just going to ask him to take it off my order that I had already PAID FOR... I just drove off... Very easy stop right of I-95. Less than a minute from 95. Went here late morning and the line of cars for the drive thru wrapped around the building. We parked and walked inside. Very few patrons in the inside. We ordered immediately and the drinks were made right to order and tasted delicious. The young man who took and made our order was very pleasant. Overall, great Dunkin' and such a quick and easy stop! read more

Came in for breakfast and left with a headache. Staff is unprofessional and constantly yelling. One employee was screaming about how bad she had to pee. My sandwich was thrown at me. Owner needs to stop by an see how his business is being run. This is a disgrace for a franchise like Dunkin Donuts. read more

Wow. I only go to Dunkin for a treat as it's much cheaper to make at home. Went this morning. Ordered a large iced coffee. Was then told sorry we can't fill that order. Okay why not. They didn't have any large cups. That's not my problem, that's yours to keep track of inventory. So I said well then you'll have to do the math and figure out what equals a large from your remaining cups. Got a manager who was NOT pleasant. Said fine whatever pull up. Then they proceed to give me 2 cups of hot coffee. I had said iced more than once. I don't even know what size the cups are, I just grabbed them and left as I was done with them. So I got something I didn't even want and rude employees interaction. read more

I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts to use the restroom and to get a breakfast sandwich. The restroom was pretty clean, which was greatly appreciated. The drive-thru line gets crazy long in the morning during commute hours. I got here a little before 9am and the line was so long it was going out into the street and obstructing traffic. It was hard for me to turn into the parking lot and park in a spot because the line was blocking the entrance. Seems a little poorly designed. Luckily, despite the long drive-thru line, there was hardly anyone inside the restaurant, and the service was pretty quick. The sandwich was alright. As usual, it looked a little sadder than the advertised picture, but you can't really go wrong with a bacon egg and cheese. read more

Very slow service! Very rude shift manager. Lot of us go to DD every week. Today we was screamed at by a shift leader and called cops on. We was gathered out side 1st was standing by picnic tables and women came out screaming to stay off them. This place has went down hill you cant use there bathroom or sit out side on there tables any more but you can use bathroom next door and sit at the tables. Very negative place to be. The nature of Dunkin Donuts is they do not pay their employees mounds of money so with that they will get young employees or people that just don't have many options for employment for one reason or the other. In stating that, you will not be greeted by many well seasoned adults let alone people happy to be working there. You will not get linens on your table or organic produce. You will get chain restaurant mass produced worthy food to fill your belly and meh made coffee concoctions. Any thoughts that this will be a bistro or high end cafe experience is just silly. Silly! I do think they could do better in training their staff on how to really make a coffee and how to really look like their day is sunshine and rainbows because really you have to do that in life sometime. People are not coming in there to be made miserable, they want a pick me up of coffee or foods. read more

This was my fiancé's go-to DD even when the one in Pittsfield opened up. They always made coffee perfectly. Apparently they now have all new hires who need a ton of additional training. My fiancé's coffee tasted so watered do, he said it was like hot water with cream and sugar (that's why I am a Starbucks gal, just sayin). We were heading out of town camping with our friends and we both were hauling pop up campers. We stopped at this Dunkin Donuts and my friend and I went inside to get coffee and food. While inside, a DD employee, they didn't catch his name...(about 5'7, medium build, brown hair and acne) went outside and was extremely rude to our husbands about the parking situation. He started yelling at them to move, stating the cops would be coming soon and that we would be getting tickets in the mail. He was also stating there were security cameras everywhere and was very accusatory and argumentative. He never once asked them to move politely (however there was no place to move to as there is no place to really park a camper in this parking lot). He also claimed we were blocking the roadway which was not the case, and they never left the vehicles unattended. We were there for maybe 10 mins, which would have been less if the service was better. Oh, and my grilled cheese sandwich was nasty and soggy. We will not be back to this establsihment. If I could give it a 0 for stars I would. read more

My wife and I have been going to Dunkin's for many many years. The service, no matter the shop usually acceptable. Not good, not great but acceptable. This store is the exception, it is always terrible. No matter how many customers, how long the drive thru is, a coffee has taken more than 10 minutes, if you order food, forget about it. There are plenty of people behind the counter, the problem is they are too busy having personal conversations and not doing their job. We tried Tim Horton's which is right down the street, the service is excellent, the coffee is great and the food is so much better. So after 25+ years of going to Dunkin's we are done. read more

Bought a combo (coffee and chocolate chip muffin). Service was very good. Got to work and reach in to get muffin and it was so stale and top was hard. So disappointed. Not sure how long it had been on the shelf and would think the person would feel how hard it was when taken from the shelf. Could not go back as I was at work.
