#97/2022 Well this Dunkin' Donuts here is not one of the better ones but it's not one of the worst ones. It is touch and go on service it is touch and go on quality it can vary I'm certain days. Just like the Google reviews and the Yelp reviews kind of coincide. Decent employee sometimes and sometimes have got real lousy employees seems to be the latter of the two more often though. They have a staff currently that pretty much is working for the check unfortunately and a lot of times you come in you request what you want specially they don't do it you have to get it redone and then they want to cop an attitude with you and say oh we did what you wanted it's like no you didn't don't even go there man. I've come in many times for coffee and been very disappointed with the quality I guess I'll never learn but sometimes I just want to put my hands around a hot Double D lol. I do give it to three stars though because many times I come in I have to use it and the cans are usually quite clean they do a good job on keeping that up at least. read more

Ordered coffee and a bagel on app at 5am for a drive-thru pick up. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody acknowledged that I was there. Tapped the horn, but still nothing so I drove up to the window. There were lights on, but nobody came to the window, even when I knocked. I waited a few minutes, and saw someone peek around the corner and disappear. I was running late to work at that point so I left. I ended up losing money and being late for work. Is there a place for zero stars? I'm updating my review. This is still one of the worst dunkin donuts around. All I ever want is a vanilla iced coffee. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Unfortunately since they closed the Starbucks in the area I have to resort to this one when I want coffee as its the closest to where I live. The drive thru takes forever and the girl that's always on the drive through always sounds like shes so bored. She is also very rude with a nasty attitude. The workers there are very slow and take forever to bring my order to the window. One time the girl said hold on and started chatting with another employee. I'm pretty sure it wasn't even work related kind of chat. I really don't know why I keep coming here. Even the couple of times I did park and go inside, I had to wait way too long for just a coffee and a couple donuts. They have a full staff and a lot of them are just standing around doing nothing and looking lost. The little ghetto-ass Mexican lady that works there was so rude to me because she misheard my order. She is such trash. As far as dunkin donuts are concerned, i am not the biggest fan of them but when I need coffee ASAP there is usually always one close by fro me to stop and get my fix.This location is walking distance to my home so I frequent it more than usual. however the staff here really does not have that much of a sense of urgency at all so you you will be waiting longer than usual. read more

Ordered a coffee and one of the ham egg and cheese wraps. The older lady who was making it puts it in the little paper holder and when she goes to put it in the bag she drops it on the floor. Then she picks it up and puts it in the bag and hands to the drive thru girl to give to me. I said you know she dropped it on the floor right and I am not taking it. This location is hit or miss. I went in this past Sunday to redeem a free drink and to get a donut. The person at the register was chatting with some girl and he gave me a look like I was bothering him by taking my order. I paid using my app and told him twice that I had a free drink so he can make sure to change me correctly. Well he did not! I checked my account balance and he changed me for the drink that I was to have gotten for free. Even though I live about a mile from this location I will never go back again. At least the Tinley Park location gets their orders right so they will be getting my business. read more

This is definitely by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I don't think they deserve even one star. I usually don't write reviews but I was so upset with the service here I just had to say something. I drove up recently and had to repeat my order five times because the lady supposedly couldn't hear me. I wasn't even asked to pull up to the window to put in my order. So after struggling to make them understand I wanted a cup of coffee with cream and a caramel Iced latte, not to complicated for a coffee place, I pull up to the window and saw 2 employees giggling in the background with others standing around doing nothing and no one came to serve me. After they finished laughing and being silly, they finally came to the window. How juvenile and what terrible management if any. Once I got my order in and after watching them running around like idiots, they made the latte wrong and the coffee was horrible. I live literally five minutes away and would rather drive to 95th St or to Orland to get good service, good coffee and have amazing employees to interact with.
