two cups of starbucks coffee on the dashboard of a car

Always have to wait on my mobile orders, I've learned to order it at least 15 mins before arriving at the store and avoid the drive thru after 6am.

Just got Carmel crunch drink and it was soo watery. The girl who made it obviously didn't care put a drop of crunch and Carmel. But got a chocolate chip cookie warmed up and that was GREAT!!

    Messy countertop. Seriously?

Not super friendly here but it's a good location. My americano was fine but for me when I do head to SB's, it usually to do some work. The lack out outlets and work space really stinks. I know this location has been here awhile but I do wish they would re gut the inside, work their magic and provide more tables and for sure more outlets. The bathroom was clean but the tables, not so much. Mind you it was 6:30p at night so they were well staffed that they could've had someone cleaning, sweeping the floors and wiping down the tables. Plenty of parking but overall I was disappointed. This should've been a 2 1/2 star review.

I could not believe that Starbucks in my hometown serves purely brewed Guatemala coffee with a strong after taste. And I like it! First time entering one, and I guarantee it won't be last. There I was, standing at their door full of curiosity about how Starbucks is known for having such a unique coffee experience. At first, I am a huge critic why buy some expensive coffee while I can make my own in my home, but after having a brewed and roasted coffee. My mind directly agrees, they got the best coffee. I have tried 7-eleven before, but the taste is far more superior to what they serve. The morning routine is much more enjoyable with Starbucks. Now, I can enjoy having a light meal course for my breakfast since they also sell different food. It is a perfect combination for a hot coffee that will wake you up all day long. Their store looks clean and feels clean. The people that serve you always wear safety face masks and gloves. You can see how they sanitize the vacant seat right after one of their customers leaves their table. Do yourself some favor and enjoy yourself some coffee. You won't regret it!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to

The worst Starbucks ever! I have been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting for a Simple caramel macchiato. The workers are all joking around and talking while their drive through line is 15 cars deep (not moving) and the inside line is longer than any Starbucks I have ever seen or been to! Worst Starbucks ever!!!

Slow drive thru as most Starbucks are in the general area. But I like their ice coffee so I will be returning.

It was the nicest act of kindness I experienced that day and the reason why I decided to start yelping.

This location is much bigger inside and there is more natural lighting. It was packed when we went and pretty loud. Getting into and out of this parking lot is a pain, though. They have all of their classic nuts, candies, and other al-Hamawi goodies. The drink menu seems bigger than the Bridgeview location. They also have more baked desserts at this location. We ordered a cappuccino, a hot caramel macchiato, and a sugar cookie for my son. The cappuccino was excellent and they did a good job foaming the milk. The foam was also great on the macchiato, and my wife seemed to enjoy that drink. The sugar cookie looked amazing, but was very hard and seemed overpriced at $6.95. The drinks were reasonably priced. Service was decent. Please note that they have a lot of taxes: state tax, county tax, city tax, and a "special" tax.

Across the way is a "nut bar". So good. We got Seaweed Spicy Nuggets and Spicy Kri Peanuts. So delicious. And again. The service. Excellent. They also have this arrangement of beautifully arranged chocolates and sweet treats. I cannot wait to go back. They do have a lot for parking.

This was a nice little café that popped up in a strip mall on 151st Street. A number of these cafés…read morehave started in Orland Park, and we're making the round of them ... the last one we were at was Marouf Café, which serves that namesake coffee). Cello was the same, but different. Similar to the Starbucks ethos, they specialize in a number of fancy coffees, yet still offer plain old brewed coffee. We tried the brewed coffee (5-star fresh and hot), some Green Tea called mint (5-star delish), and a fruit crêpe. Now the fruit crêpe was also a 5-star offering, but you better come hungry ... it was a huge helping, and we ended up splitting it but still could not finish. It was a freshly made crêpe with Nutella and a light cream sauce inside, piled with fresh fruit and then a drizzle of Nutella and the cream sauce on top. This was a meal-sized delight. Many of the other offerings seem to be simply a different riff on the fruit crêpe, which can also come on a fresh waffle. Now this is not the kind of place where you pop in for a quick coffee to go ... but, rather, it takes time to get food (service) here because most of it is freshly made. But that said, if you have the time the food (crepes, coffee, and tea) were worth the wait. Ambiance wise, the decor was very nice ... just enough fru-fru to make you forget you're in a strip mall. There are a number of chairs, tables, and and sofas around to make many seating arrangements, which was nice; you can come with a group or as a single and feel welcome. The only negatives on our visit: the music list was fine, but way too loud; they must turn the music down so patrons can have a conversation. When we arrived we noticed an employee parking their car right in front of the establishment (5 feet from the entrance) and we thought that maybe they could have parked in the spaces just across the lot (35 feet from the door); it just makes sense to cater to your customers, rather than yourself. But all that said, this was a nice new offering in Orland Park.

The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of fabulosa, I truly wish places would stop using this. It almost overpowered the normal smells in the cafe. After sitting, we noticed random pieces of printer paper taped to the walls asking to clean up after ourselves. Not a problem, but there was no clear spot to clean up. The top of the garbage cans were covered in plants and ash trays, so there was no where to put the dishes. The three employees sitting at the table next to the garbage just stared at us instead of pointing us in the right direction. We ended up putting it on the counter. I also found it odd to give us a table marker and number to put on our table, but we had to go get our items. Also the music was so loud at times we couldn't hear each other or the staff when ordering. If I come back it will be to go.
