I grew up in Chicago and now live in Southern California. I have family that live right near this Starbucks so when visiting I'll stop here and grab coffee for all of us. Every time I come here they are always quick and I have gone inside and through the drive thru. When living in Chicago and now dealing with LA traffic you have to grow patience. It's pretty comical to see grown adults cry and whine about having to wait for their cup of Joe. These workers are really trying and I appreciate that. Dropped by here to exchange a drink from a different location because it was the wrong drink. The baristas weren't enthusiastic, in fact they reluctantly remade the drink for me. The drink was still full and had the sticker on it from the other location but I was in a hurry and couldn't go inside to have it remade. I'm not sure why there's such an issue when corporate recommends having a drink remade when it's wrong. read more

I'm a very frequent Starbucks customer, I go to one almost EVERYDAY but I will NEVER go to this one again. I ordered a Dubai chocolate iced mocha with extra brown butter topping and caramel drizzle, when I get to the window I was told that they didn't have the topping so I wanted to cancel the drink. I'm told by the manager Nick(very rudely) that because I ordered it from the app that I can't get a refund on it(I've never heard that before and it doesn't make sense because I've had instances where I've purchased a bakery item that was sold out for that store and my money was refunded immediately. I should've looked at all of the negative reviews before I even placed my order. Oh well, never again!!!!! read more

To be honest I am usually not one to complain but I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew and there was like little to no cold foam on top. Not every visit is a bad visit. But the customer service could be better. By every employee not just certain people. And you can tell who the person is when you order through the drive thru. And it's sad she's retiring after Christmas. But everyone should take customer service training from her. Also, these drinks are expensive. So if I'm adding caramel drizzle to my coffee i expect it on there just like I'm Paying in addition. Every extra add on is a fee but depends on who's making it they won't put it on which isn't right. Been coming here every so often. I usually order a cold brew grande in a venti cup so I don't accidentally spill while driving. This morning I got the same order and the cup was filled about half way and the batista insisted thats how much they pour. Halfway of the venti cup is approximately 8oz, a grande should be 16 oz. Which should be filled about an inch from the top of the cup. A little bum this morning about this. read more

Like this Starbucks a lot. While you pretty much know what you'll get at a Starbucks, they do have different facilities, staffing, and cleanliness. This Starbucks...which used to be on the east side of LaGrange Road in a slim storefront with no drive-thru, took over a much larger restaurant facility on the west side of LaGrange Road with much more parking and a drive up window. Inside there is seating for dozens...some tables with telephone chargers and all with outlets to plug in your techy stuff. Staff is routinely very good and the place is very clean. You can come here and linger, have a little group meeting, meet some small business clients, and a whole bunch of other useful things. The large interior and seating opens it up for lots of stuff. Give this one a try...same good food and room to spread out. read more

I'm not going to lie, I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks coffee. I come to this location because it's on my way to work and sometimes you just need the caffeine! Every time I've been here, the employees have been very helpful and friendly! Sometimes I ask for recommendations on drinks and they always nail it! Sure the wait can be long, but most places are understaffed right now - be patient, these are human beings with actual feelings, not robots. This is by far the most unsanitary Starbucks I have ever been to. Coffee spills all over the counter and floor. I looked in the display case for the food.....fruit flys crawling all over the food. I sat down, not ordering food because of what I saw in the display case, and realized my book was sticky. Because the table had not been wiped down from the last customer to use it, crumbs were all over the table and it was still sticky from the last customer. I checked the other tables, but this was the case with all of them. I get being busy with the drive-thru, but this was just disgusting. read more

Everyone is very friendly here, they have a good assortment of drinks for everyone. They are busy all the time, but do keep the bathroom and everything else very clean. I think my only complaint would be I do feel some of their prices are pretty high, but it's not their fault all the Starbucks are like that. I go to Starbucks all the time. Like we all do this specific location is the WORST of all the only reason I stoped there is I was in the neighborhood. You wait for over 30 minutes in drive thru and still get your drink wrong. I asked for the most basic hot coffee Pike with cream and agave. Simply right not simple for this store they didn't give cream or honey but only black coffee and also Cold. When I called them outside the window the girl said well you can come inside we don't just go out and give cream/honey I said but it's your fault I was in line for 30 minutes. She said no you have to come inside we don't do that. Not even a single sorry or manners. Most employees here are super slow and high on some drugs. Train your staff some manners I know losing one customer won't hurt you but thanks for ruining my day. read more

I have switched up the route to work just to come to this Starbucks. I made a mistake on the app and this store fixed it with no conversation, no convincing on my part, and it was done quickly and with a smile. They are beyond giving and kind. Most baristas at other locations don't pay any attention to the mobile app customers. This location smiles says hi and is extremely kind. This location is always ultra-accomodating! They will whip up any of my crazy requests, including the way-back Frankenchino, without missing a beat! The baristas are always so friendly and enthusiastic and always get it right. I placed an order online at 8:55am and it said my order would be ready around 9:08. I didn't except it to be ready right at 9:08, but I also didn't expect it to take a half hour either! I didn't get my order till 9:25. It was literally one drink!!! And when I asked about my order, I got attitude from the lady, continuing to tell me that my order is not the only order they have and how they are short staffed and so on.
