OKAY but kiosk doesn't have the type of donuts or coffees that are available. You pick something you think is close and then interrupt the "workers" conversation to attempt to explain what you really want. this entire process take 2-5x longer and you end up with items you didn't really want. There is a reason Starbucks and Chick Fil A do so well--they still believe in customer service. read more

I always order the same drink at this location and won't get tired. My go to drink is Iced matcha latte with oat milk 4 butter pecan swirl and less ice. The matcha isn't too strong, it's not too sweet and I like how it's super creamy. I always order through the app so it's easier and that way I could just earn points automatically. The only problem I had so far is when they don't put enough matcha so sometimes it tastes like straight up milk with syrup but I just ask for few scoops of matcha on the side. I'm a creature of habit and so the only donuts I get is the frosted chocolate donut without sprinkles. The way chocolates are dipped are not acceptable recently. I'm assuming that they dipped when the donuts are still warm because it just drips down or melts and spreads like water. This is the case most of the time I buy them. Came here wanting a caramel iced latte. Every time I come here, I ask for pumpkin spice coffee and they never have it. I only got it once and never again. Such a negative. I guess Starbucks will get my business for the pumpkin cold brew. Drive thru can be long depending on the time you go. I went once in the morning and it was long. This afternoon went by pretty fast. No Aloha here. The piece of paper on the front said that lobby is not open and that only drive through is open. When I walked to to the window they refused the service because I wasn't in a car. If you're a donut lover Dunkin' Donuts is where it's at. I'm going to be honest and say that I'm not a fan of bread or donuts. I'll sample a bite here and there, but it's not something that I crave. My husband loves donuts and is always getting them from Safeway. The ones at Safeway aren't bad for the price. I believe on certain Fridays you can get a dozen for $5. However, the ones at Dunkin' Donuts are much better. They do specialize in donuts after all. I like all of their specialty donuts. You can buy them individually or a dozen for $12. The speciality ones will cost you a little more. My husband just goes for the regular ones. I tried the Boston Cream and Apple Fritter. They were both good. We come to this Dunkin more so for coffee over donuts. Today we went in the drive thru and got half a dozen donuts; 3 Strawberry Sprinkle & 3 blueberry glaze. I don't know what's going on but this is the second time they have shoved 6 donuts sideways in a munchkin box. The strawberry donuts are all messed up with the glaze scooted to the bottom. Not to mention the donuts are maybe 2.5" wide and not the normal size. $8.37 for donuts missing frosting. Went there on 2 occasions about a month apart, the first time went inside and the employees didn't acknowledge us, waited there for 5 minutes and walked out because it seems like they were to busy to help us not even a good morning. Later week we went back and again no acknowledgement until 4 minutes later when they said we have to order on the kiosk, why didn't you say that when we came in. I then tried the kiosk and the first item the kids wanted wasn't available. Walked out for the second time and won't be going back. This DD location service is astonishing! Great customer service. The workers there were very helpful and kind. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. The little girl had helped me when I had a question about the menu and drinks. The drinks and food were great. The cashier Kaylee has great customer service skills and she was quick. On the other hand, there was another younger girl doing the drive through and making the coffees. She was very rude and gave attitude. I was waiting for my coffee for almost 10 min. She had put a coffee on the counter without announcing what it was. But I had checked it anyway. There was a sticker saying Drive thru Caramel Macchiato. Which isn't what I ordered, so I don't take it. I see that they are busy so I wait. As I was about to ask someone, a different lady noticed the order on the counter and announced it as my order. I was surprised, and I simply asked if it really was. I did not want to take what I did not pay for. That lady then asked that younger girl if it was. She said it was, as she picked it up like I was wasting her time. Soon after standing in line, more people showed up waiting to order. It was overwhelming. Most of the people are here for the donuts. Prices start at $1.29 per donut. $ 6.99 for half a dozen then $11.99 for a dozen donuts. Definitely on the pricey side. Beverages such as small iced tea cost from $1.99 to a large coolatta costing $5.09 excluding tax. I purchased a medium iced original blend coffee with sugar and creme. I kinda of regret purchasing the drink. it was little too sweet for me. I got a half dozen donuts to go as well. Boston creme, original, blueberry creme, and Barvarian creme in my box. Not bad, but not I want more kind of feeling. This location is pretty small and cannot accommodate more than 30 people in the whole store. I just felt cramped/violated in the line while waiting because the people behind me were moving too much into my bubble. The drive thru entrance is right next to the Ramen Ya. Finally a dunkin donuts near my house! I was so excited to see one opening in the pearl city area with lots of parking! Located in the shopping center with babies r us and TJ Maxx, this dunkin donuts is at an end unit right across from McDonald's and also has a drive thru! Having been to the Kapolei dunkin donuts and seeing their drive thru taking forever and a day, I was hesitant to try this new locations drive thru but their line in-store was out the door and their drive thru line only had 2 cars in it so I chanced it. Knowing they were super busy, I knew for a fact they weren't going to have all the donuts in stock fresh and ready to buy off the shelf. I got what I could and ended up leaving with a dozen donuts and a dunkin frozen coffee. Donuts are always fresh, soft, and tasty with their own signature taste in donut dough. (You know all donuts and restaurants have their own flavors). They also have coffee from varieties for everyone's opinions and tastebuds. 5 stars with their super fast and excellent customer service. Knowing they just opened I was expecting a very long wait and frustrated workers who were still learning. However, it was the total opposite! They were patient, answered all my questions and worked with me by suggesting items since certain donuts I wanted were temp out of stock as they were baking and I didn't want to wait. I'm beginning to think Dunkin' Donuts have a problem across the board. I mean, is this a franchise? I have been to 2 Dunkin' Donuts in Hawaii and many across the mainland, in various places and i'm not impressed with the service, the ability and/or ease of ordering (i mean, how hard can it be? we are in a pandemic and only have the ability to drive through). The quality of the purchase itself, was bleh at best. Nothing looks remotely like what it does in the pictures and the pain of having to drive through and not be able to see menu added to the frustration. Then when inquired about the menu item, the response from the window was, "I cant see that, its facing outside", even after I read it to her. I should have drove off and abandoned the whole project, but I gave it a shot. Anyways, it will most-likely be a very long time before I allow myself to go through this again, Dunkin' Donuts, you have sunken, in my opinion. They just opened yesterday! This place is the 4th location on Oahu. I tried to check new place. It's very cozy but nice place. Just opened but staff are good customer service and very friendly. I bought chocolate cream(valentine version shape!?) and guava jelly (this month special). Usually I'm not sweets person but I like guava jelly! It's not too sweet, good balance of sweet and sour. People here are friendly and service is pretty quick. I have her to try their sandwiches although it looks really good. Their drinks and doughnuts [obviously] are good. Soooo....headed to get some donuts after dinner to kick off the Christmas week and was excited to get some festive donuts. Got a super cool box and super cute frosted donuts. Paid through the drive thru, got our change, and no receipt. Got home and was gonna bite into one and low and behold a tiny roach (see photos) got into it before I did. Called the store and spoke to Kellen and he said he'd make a report and to bring back the box to get a new box of fresh donuts because they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't have my receipt (they didn't give me one). Went in the next morning and tried to keep it low key because Dunkin' is a cool spot and didn't want the other people to know. Cashier took my box and said she was waiting for a manager. Waited for 15 minutes until a girl named Crystal or Krystal waved me over and said she would get me a new box but not the same donuts because the donuts I brought in apparently this Dunkin' location doesn't make them and it must have been a new baker the night I bought it because they don't make it. I tried to explain to her that the cashier from the night before took my name and number and said I could get an even exchange and there would be no problems. I also told her that he didn't give me a receipt. I told her that this is the one we came to and if they checked their security cameras they would see my car. She wasn't the friendliest, kinda rushed me, and was a bit hesitant when I asked for her name. This location has a drive thru which makes it extremely convenient when needing to get your coffee and donuts. However, I decided to walk in so I could visually see what donuts were available. The store itself is very tiny. Very little room for a bunch of people, so good thing it was just me! I ended up getting some munchkins, a chocolate covered donut, and a sour cream donut. Let's just say that the donuts are mediocre. The sour cream donut is the best...probably because it has sour cream to make it more moist! The rest of the donuts were dry and seemed like it was sitting out for days. I understand that this is a donut chain with a set recipe that they are using, but it definitely needs to be improved. I feel in love with Dunkin' Donuts when I visited San Antonio a few years ago. Dunkin Donuts is my Krispy Kreme on Oahu. They are popping up all over the island which really helps with the long long lines. I can't believe how long I waited in line when they first arrived on Oahu, but it was definitely worth it. My favorite is of course is the Boston Cream. Another think I like is that they have drive thru's. One of the best inventions ever!!! My granddaughter needed breakfast the other morning and it was raining so I decided to go to their Pearl City location. Unfortunately the drive thru was closed UGH.... We had to get out in the rain to purchase our donuts. But I did discover that they have a restroom in their donut shop. That really surprised me. This is great because most places don't offer a restroom and you gotta go look for the restroom some where in the mall area. Thank you Dunkin Donut for having a simple thing like a restroom that makes a huge difference for your customers while waiting for their tasty orders. read more

I will usually come here for a matcha latte or chai latte. It's always more milk than anything else, but it suffices. The review though is more about their business practice. They opened up the actual store in addition to their drive thru once the restrictions were lifted. One morning that I went I was able to walk in and make an order, no problem. In fact, one of the guys working was really thoughtful and gave me a donut for waiting. Two more times I've come to this location hoping I can walk in and get my order. However, one of the times, a manager on duty was visibly asking one of the workers why is the door not unlocked?! She gave some explanation and he ended up shrugging his shoulders and leaving it while I stood at the door waiting for them to let me know what's up. Today, I was hoping to make an order, again in store. But there is a sign on the door saying, "drive-thru only." Clearly this location is only doing walk ins when they feel like it, versus being "open" during business hours. If you know mornings are your busiest times (especially on Fridays), you need to staff it for those times instead of being open some days and drive thru only on other days. SMH. Even better, I gave my order and when I told whoever is taking the orders how many donuts I needed, she tells me, "hold on, I need to figure out how many donuts that is."
