A wad of cold bacon covered in grease. Gross
    Rauncie R.

Two times in a row I have received food in the drive thru that is not eatable. I won't go back to this location. The first time I got the omelette bites and they were cold. Yesterday I got snackin bacon and reached into the bag to find Cold bacon all stuck together covered in grease. Luckily I had asked for a napkin which the person handed to me all wadded up. I was the only customer in the drive thru and they were not busy so I don't know what their problem is. Really bad service and terrible food.

Not my favorite place to get coffee but when you are in the pinch it's a decent place to get a fast caffeine fix. I always get a Carmel ice coffee 2 cream 1 sugar but it seems very sugary for Carmel and 1 sugar. Don't go during busy hours or your going to be sitting in a long line. I'm not hating on Dunkin' I'm just saying Tim hortons franchise is doing it better and with better quality.

We drove around block because we missed turn, doesn't have look of traditional DD looks like a little yellow house but inside is beautiful, clean and roomy. Staff if very friendly and coffee is delicious!! They even have an outdoor patio to enjoy the best weather and cup of coffee!

The morning crew is great, but avoid the occasional afternoon coffee if possible. The staff is kinda cold as is the hot coffee..plus they like to give you some extra grind with your luke warm hot coffee.

cream filled donut today at Penfield Rd Dunkin. Ate 80% of it before I got to the 1/2 tsp worth of cream. Never again.

A multi-purpose coffee shop! The staff is so friendly & service is usually prompt, even when it's busy. I am a huge fan of every single breakfast item on the menu here, especially the breakfast sandwiches. The cold brew is a great option for a regular drink and I loveeee the Nutella Bliss Latte. Awesome stop in East Rochester! Be sure to check out the wall art on your left as you're leaving, or on your right as you're entering.

While completing my Master's degree at St John Fisher University, I would go here to study and work (because who doesn't love a change of scenery every once and a while??) I have tried a variety of their coffee flavors here and can confirm that they never miss. They are always the perfect size, color, and flavor. It's honestly a must go location everytime I visit Rochester now since I've moved away from my hometown. I also appreciate as someone with Celiac that they have gluten free options (like bagels and sandwiches) and have always felt safe eating here! If you're looking for a great place to get some work done, meet a friend, or just get a sweet treat, this is the place for you.

Staff were pretty quick to clean up tables so there was always somewhere to sit down. The Iced Mango Matcha Latte was my favorite, where you can taste a sweet matcha flavor with a hint of mango. All of the desserts looked delicious, but what peaked my interest was the Pistachio Croissant. They warm it up for you, which allows for the croissant to have that flakey crunch to it paired with the pistachio paste.

It looks like has gold accents dripping among a natural wood, white and tile backdrop. Whenever I drive by the parking lot is slammed. I knew this place had to be good. There is almost completely instantly a line and I felt lucky to find a table. It's simply so popular, I don't know if it's large enough. The tables are close so if you're trying to have a private conversation-you won't get it here. There is a variety of seating options. Comfy conversation chairs, a booth banquette with chairs on the other side, chairs and tables, and a bar top along the windows with outside eating for warm sunny days. The cups are a rich brown color with gold probably Arabic writing. The dessert case is filled with sumptuous fruit shaped mousse desserts. The coffee itself is beyond compare. There are boxed games. Things are delivered to your table on wooden trays. It's so elegant. I cannot say enough nice things. The staff is so friendly. I had a Nutella latte and a raspberry dessert. I asked which dessert was best, the lady at the register said the mango. Mango is not my thing but she said next best is raspberry. It's the perfect size. A hard crisp shell, creamy mousse and a perfect raspberry center. I also got a pistachio latte. Both were excellent.

I love the atmosphere and the low lighting of this cafe, but was disappointed with their latte selection after being recommended this cafe so many times. I had a toasted coconut latte which was pretty good - but also pretty basic in terms of lattes that I have tried in the Rochester area. For me, this cafe was a one and done - not only because of the coffee, but also because of the service. I felt like the barista was a little rude, which I can consider could just be something personal that the barista was dealing with that day. However, as someone who appreciates good service (or at least someone who is kind), service means a lot to me. Overall, the coffee was pretty mid. I think Montgomery Court was a one and done for me.
