This place is a joke. I have given it many chances but this is by the far the most ridiculous experience. I bought a Dunkin' reusable cup & they refused to put my drink in it. They said they can only put coffee & tea in it. I got a latte and I know this is false because other Dunkin's do it for me all the time. I mean it's their cup, literally never heard of such a thing. Aside from the pictures of sanitation on yelp that speaks for itself, this Dunkin is the only one near my home. I ordered a latte and get to the window the lady has the worst attitude when I drive into the parking lot to check my order they gave me straight black coffee and the munchinks were smashed in the bag. I have an infant in the car and a toddler not only do I desperately need my drink lol Bit of your a mom you know I don't have the time to get off my car with kids, correct my order, and make it to daycare and work in time!!! I wondered for quite some time if I was the only one that was left with a not so pleasant experience by the staff. Come to find out nope! I was surprised at all. For being the only donut place in the area I refused to go there. Donutsville is now open and I would much rather drive an extra 10 min than 2 min from my house. Zero service!! I wish I could say shitty service but there wasn't even service! There were no people in line except us, 4 employees, one of them stocking juice and water behind us and went back and forth in front of us IGNORING US, no one took our order. We most likely won't be returning to this DD. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 mins. Went to order, and they were out of what we wanted (usually happens here), then when we got our order it was wrong. I think I'll make the drive to Donutsville next time. read more

I have gone around 2pm several times and there are not many varieties of donuts to choose from. Also, there never seems to be glazed for some reason. The customer service is great though and the girl that is usually working in the afternoon is very pleasant. read more

This has to be the worst ran Dunkin Donuts that exist and it's seriously such a shame. My fiancé will drive to the new one off 67th just to avoid this place. I hope and pray it's not the same owner or we will just have to find a new coffee place that can deliver better service. I did the on the go order four times last week. The first one was thankfully right- however I had to wait and see if it was mine because there wasn't a name on it and they had no idea.....The second time they didn't even start it because they didn't have almond milk. Seriously, you couldn't call? All the other places that do orders on the go will notify you they don't have something. Plus it's Monday at 8am. How are you out of a main ingredient??? The next two times I had to sit there and wait while two of their employees talked. They finally acknowledged me asking if I was waiting for food.... and then they claimed they didn't hear the "beep" telling them my order came in and I could see the ticket with my name that hasn't been touched. I put my order in 15 min before I come. So them just standing there just made me even more livid. I have been addicted to Dunkin ever since I went to CT for work. Ok so now this has happened about 5 or 6 times in past month. The staff working in the evenings/nights are very rude and untrained. Ordered an iced caramel latte tonight and they messed that up. Absolutely no caramel????? Its 3 ingredients and not complicated. Went back in to have it fixed and the so called elderly lady that is being paid to manage this establishment was utterly rude and disrespectful and refused to fix my drink. I get this coffee at least 5 to 5 times a week. And for this to continue happening is a shame. As well as it has happened to several of my staff members who I got hooked on your coffee. Not Starbucks and not Dutch bros. Our hard earned money is paying for a product your establishment offers and when a mistake was make failure to solve the issue shouldn't be the customers problem. The employees here really don't care that you get what you ordered or like your order. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window I asked them to put some $ on my store card before they used that card for my payment. So, they added the order amount AND the amount I told them to add to my store card and charged it ALL to my credit card--the total amount! The small girl working in the window didn't know what she was doing and her 'trainer' seemed to think that was the only way to do it. (I should have made them re-do it, but they didn't look like they had the mental capacity.) Then when they handed me my drink they repeated what it was but didn't mention the coffee type (dark) or the syrup I ordered. When I asked them if it also included the flavor, the guy who handed it to me just said 'yea'. After I'd gotten through the drive thru and put the straw in I could not taste ANY flavor. And, the large drink only had like 5 pieces of ice in it. Their drinks used to taste good but they just don't care. The only reason I'm taking the time to write this rant of a review is that the whole stupid thing irritated me so much. Those employees have no shame, and really do not care how they treat customers. Dunkin needs to do an overhaul of employees, managers and product quality here. Really shameful. read more

I have been to this location twice and will not return. Service is very slow. If you have 2 registers and it is a busy Sunday morning it would make sense to use both registers. The staff don't seem to care and forgot to ask my husband for his drink order before totaling the bill. Customer service sucks. The food is fine but the service is poor. All the staff just sits around and talks while people wait in line for 5-10 minutes. A year ago I would have given a 5 star on this location, I mean come on....coffee & donuts you can't go wrong but there must have been a change in management as there is definitely a change in staff & attitude. I always get coffee in the drive through and while the iced Carmel lattes are still great the staff is very slow, unfriendly and consistently makes the wrong drink. They've even asked at the window if I wanted a flavor in my coffee. It's no longer worth the hassle. I decided to go to this Dunkin' opposed to my local one because this location was nearby. I started off ordering a dozen donuts all different types. I then ordered my three drinks. Upon paying I get handed a large extremely hot drink and I kindly tell her it was supposed to be iced. The girl then nearly shouts "SEE you didn't say ice". I was appalled at the rudeness but carried on. She told me she could fix it. We got our drinks and continued waiting. Another person then came up to the window and asked us what we were waiting for and I told him the donuts. He then told me there were no donuts on my order. I told him there's no way I went through each flavor I wanted at the ordering screen. He then magically found them and I was on my way. I don't think they charged me for the donuts which is a plus, but I would've rather paid double then have had to deal with their customer service. Not to mention the drink changed to over ice had about two ice cubes and tasted horrific. So disappointing. read more

I have visited this location on three occasions, both alone and with family. We are not as interested in the coffee as the donuts. That is the issue. Every time we have received stale donuts. I am not sure if they throw out the old ones daily or keep selling them a day later. On my last visit I saw the guy serving the man ahead of me and he kept reaching past the first donuts to get those on the back of the tray. Maybe those were more fresh. I wished the girl helping me had done that for me. I am giving up on this location but not on Dunkin. I love them .... read more
