EVERY TIME I go to this Dunkin' Donuts I don't have a good experience. Something is always missing or wrong. I hate complaining at the window, because ALL of the employees are so rude. I'm scared that they will do something to my order. This time the mess up was, we ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese croissant (the worker even repeated it back). After getting home they gave us bacon instead. Also, ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut and caramel, but of course the workers cannot do their job right. We got 1 Carmel coffee and 1 hazelnut coffee (charged for both). They forgot our hash browns as well, but the worker at the window didn't even give us a receipt so we had no proof of the order. You clearly must have to be an idiot to get a job here and get paid to purposely mess up orders. This job is NOT complicated. read more

This location is awful but the only one near us in Peoria. The line is always 15-20 cars long. My iced coffee always either has no sugar or way too much. Never consistent. They never get the order all the way correct. The one gal that takes orders is never polite. She always says "what can I get you" to which I reply "good morning, how are you" and then place my order. She should not be on the speaker whomever she is. They never have enough stock in donuts for the morning offers, or even bottled juices for the little ones. Coffee was amazing!!! Sadly the process of getting the coffee was not great. My friend and i decided to get coffee from dunkin because it's one of our favorite places to go. We ordered everything on my friends app and when we got to dunkin they said they had no order. My friend payed on the app so after arguing with the employee and keeping up the line we decided to order again. Overall my friend payed 28 dollars for 2 coffees a donut and a muffin. read more

This place is seriously the worst. As a former east coaster I prefer Dunkin' Donuts but I've actually started driving 10 to 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this Dunkin to hit another. The orders are always wrong, you feel like you're inconveniencing the people that work at the counter and drive-through and I would love to get the names of two of the staff members because they really are the most rude and vile people to work in a position that requires customer service. I will say there is one super sweet girl that's always friendly and I wish I also had her name because she deserves recognition. Another word of caution the lines are always super long because they can't get their crap together here. I just waited eight minutes in line in the drive through and I'm not even kidding for a small iced coffee and an order of hashbrowns. They handed me the hashbrowns and then disappeared only to bring me the next person's order without even giving me my coffee. Been here a handful of times first couple fantastic but seems that they hired new people and lost their good people. It's obvious that they haven't been trained. I waited in line for 40 mins. Obviously I needed coffee. Got to the window and I haven't even stopped and the guy is trying to grab my card. I had ordered coffee and some food when I got my card the guy started making my drink and then after he made it he then told the other employee to make the food. No wonder the line was long because they are not making anything till they run the card. My coffee was wrong tasted watered down. Today I went at a different time hoping that if there wasn't a line I would get what I ordered. I was wrong. I ordered a large iced coffee with hazelnut and cream and sugar. Got it and it looked like it needed to be stirred. Got home and stirred it and it still didn't look right and it was bitter. I added my own creamer and still tasted horrible. Please train your employees if they cannot get a simple coffee right fire them. Literally it's not that hard to add sugar cream and coffee. I frequent this Dunkin' a few times a week due to it being on the way to my workplace. I have come to this location for three years now and it has never been a bad experience until recently. I notice a lot of new employees and none of the friendly faces from before. The new people are always so miserable looking and do not look like they want to be there. I even overheard one girl talking to another employee about how she was looking for another job because she hated working there. This conversation was going on at the drive-thru window while handing me my coffee. I get that getting up early in the morning sucks. I do it too, but you are a business that people are coming to early in the morning to get some liquid happiness. You could at least fake a smile if you really are that unhappy or I don't know. Dukin had always been a favorite breakfast place for me to go to back east with my dad every weekend so after moving here and going to this Dukin the food and coffee is absolutely delicious and filling. They have such kind customer service and such great vibes there. read more

I called to place an order, and before I could even ask any questions the gentleman that answered the phone basically started yelling at me that I didn't call before 1 PM. Service is so slow!!! Can take up to 20 minutes to get a coffee in the drive thru if there is a small line. Usually drive thrus are faster but I sometimes find myself having to park and go inside because I can tell by the line I will be waiting in my car for awhile. It's ironic that a chain named after donuts really hangs their hat on java. The coffee here is spectacular, not the punch in the face that Starbucks delivers. Sunday Funday here at this DD, place is filled with a cool vibe, employees are wearing NFL jerseys and the service is quick if not totally accurate (but hey, a donut is a donut-for the most part :). Not ever going back, I ordered a #5 combo and asked if I could pay the difference to upgrade my medium coffee to a cafe latte. Young lady behind the counter said sure thing. She charged me the full price for a cafe Latte on top of the number 5 combo, I questioned this as my order seemed more expensive than I anticipated. I was advised they don't substitute for the combos. SO basically they charged me for a medium coffee I didn't get. I think I'll find another place to get breakfest in the mornings. read more

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin doughnuts! I go into this location on a regular basis as it is the closest to one of my jobs, and I can honestly say I will never be back nor will I refer anyone to this location unless some serious changes are to be made. I will be going to the paradise bakery next to this location from now on. They are much more friendlier, faster and they respect their patrons. There is an employee at dunkin that has slandered my name to the other employees and has apparently spread lies. I went in this morning to find I had been banned from the store for this reason. On top of that, I was called a "fuck face" twice this morning by an employee on the clock, in uniform, and behind the counter. How embarrassing is that? How is this behavior acceptable when that employee is the face of that franchise and the company they represent? I'm a Realtor and my company is constantly ordering dozens and dozens of doughnuts from this dunkin doughnuts and others for open houses and meetings. My company will no longer order a single doughnut from any dunkin doughnuts location until these issues are addressed. No customer should ever be treated the way I was treated! What kind of business allows employees to make false accusations about their loyal customers behind their back and then take it out on them without an explanation, and in front of other customers as well, which is embarrasing! This location is in a nice area and I come by here a lot for their iced caramel latte with whip cream on top which is amazing. Their donuts selection is always good when I'm there so I'm pleased. My girlfriend and I study here quite frequently and they are always nice and turn down the music which helps a lot. read more

We love Duncan Donuts in general to begin with but our great experience tonight really sealed the deal. My husband and I stopped by this location right before they closed to grab our favorite iced coffees as we began the 6 hour drive to Los Angeles. The customer service was fantastic! Typically when you go somewhere right before closing the associates try to rush you out so they can go home- not here. The young man who took our order at the drive thru was very friendly and provided the best customer service we've experienced anywhere in a long time. We definitely recommend this location and we'll be back next time we're in the area! read more

This is my go to Dunkin. I have never had an issue that the crew won't fix with a smile on their faces. I go here for coffee and an occasional breakfast sandwich or bagel. I usually go in during the rush and I have a choice wait in line or use the app. If I use the app no waiting but when it's the rush I feel bad and wait. Unless someone act rude about the wait and then I use the app just to cut and piss em off. You can use the app too. The only issue I ever have is i like the most popular flavor of bagel and it's sold out sometimes but they always do their best to make me happy and substitute. I've also found a simple good morning how is your day in response to being greeted by the staff can be rewarded. Try it sometime you might be surprised how friendly and generous they can be.
