This is an unusual Dunkin it has a drive through that's a plus BUT waiting on the line for 47 minutes is just insane. Yes really 47 minutes with no way to escape the middle of the line. Out of all the donut shops around in Pittsburgh, I happen to like Dunkin as one of the best. I find that if you go early enough the donuts are very fresh and taste great. I am not a big fan of the coffee however. I went in to get a chocolate frosted donut and a cup of coffee regular. The donut was delicious and the coffee was just ok nothing special at all. Dunkin Donuts are my favorite donuts and have a good price as well. I would defiantly go back again when in the need for donuts. i've been to this dunkin' twice now and both times the girl on the speaker was incredibly rude to me even though i was quick to order and not rude about it. the first time i went was an hour before they closed and she (rudely) said if i wanted to order any food it would be a 30 minute wait. the second time she was incredibly snippy with me and i asked if they had donut holes in a 3/5 piece and she acted like i was supposed to know the answer to that even though i don't work here i think it was the same girl both times and honestly she needs fired because i was nothing but respectful both times even though i shouldnt have been. anyways i'm not the type to leave bad reviews but this was such a terrible experience. the taco bell across the street has great service though from my experience! read more

When somebody throws Donuts at me than I am Duckin Donuts. I've only stopped at this particular location once and they gave me a watery hot chocolate. However service was nice especially considering that we are in Pittsburgh, so they can score two stars instead of one. This morning, I walked down to the Dunkin's nearest to my Grandmother. I sadly live in a part of the country bereft of such conveniently located Dunkin's and it may seem silly, but the highlight of my visits to Grandma is fresh donuts in the morning. I arrived at the perfectly clean location and walked up to the counter. Fortunately, the floor was clearly marked with socially distant spots to stand on and the pleasant woman behind the counter was wearing a mask. This did not impede her in any way from welcoming me and asking how she could help me, enthusiastically. Because it was Sunday morning, the selection was at first glance picked over quite badly. And our favorite donuts were out! But she explained that they were almost ready with a new rack and the other employee working showed up with a fresh bunch of donuts! Probably the worst experience ever at a DD. Waited in line with 3 ppl in front of me with no one acknowledging any of us for 4 or so mins. A young lady with long brown hair came out of the back to move the big bakers rack and replenish donuts and she loudly proclaimed she's "done baking, she ain't baking no more today this is it." She was later fussing about someone coming in early or something.... both are neither things that customers need to hear. It's literally 12:20 on a Sunday and the 5 or so employees are behind as if they were swamped during an am rush. This place is a comedy of errors. I actually have submitted a survey to corporate before when I watched an employee scream at an old man in front of me because they screwed up his order. Add in the slow wait ( which I can deal with if you are polite), the fact that they are constantly out of product, burn my sandwiches and bagels all the time, and make my drinks wrong, and I would say they are doing nothing right. I'm a frequent flyer at this establishment and so I know if I see a crowded parking lot and drive thru its going to be a wait. So I decided to mobile order. Well, big mistake. I placed my order, went in to pick it up, and waited...and waited and waited some more. It wasn't until the man who was making sandwiches came out and acknowledged my existence that someone actually said hello to me! But what happened next takes the top. He asked me if I'm waiting for food, and I said "No I'm waiting for a mobile order" ( Meanwhile I see my order still in the machine) when the girl from behind the machine says "Yeah it's right there we are too busy to make it!". Sand which maker man ended up making it and did a fine job, and I apologize that I did not get his name. But who says that in front of customers? An order is an order. I'm sure I will go back for my daily verbal assault by the staff, as they are the only place close for good coffee. But it's never a pleasant experience at this location. This is literally the worlds worst Dunkin' Donuts. I'm convinced it stays a float because it's the only DD in the area- this was my second time and it was even more miserable then the first- the staff are some of the RUDEST people I have ever met and somehow get every single order wrong. When you go inside, if you order a drink or food they just throw it on the counter and don't call it out or even write your name on it. Patrons were all standing there looking confused and trying to figure out what's what. Called days ahead to place an order to be picked up at 6:30 a.m. As I entered I received a dirty look instead of any sort of greeting from the "supervisor/manager" if you want to call her that. Customized my donuts to pick up before work. It was pointless. Donut icing was melted, and donuts were stale.

I am so unbelievably bummed out right out. Sat down, opened my bagel and discovered something incredibly sad looking. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese at 5:30 AM. (which means they were only open for 30 minutes prior to ordering). What I received was an everything bagel, burnt, hard, stale, and chewy, with a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. After taking my first bite I actually discovered blood on my bagel from cutting my gums. The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because I like their coffee. Adding to this review 3 hours later. Worst location I've ever been to, and probably of any chain ever. Consistently screwing up orders and unsanitary. I've given this place a few chances and always regret doing it. I've witnessed workers handling donuts, then handling money, and not changing their gloves. I was stopping here before work and getting a breakfast sandwich a few times a week. 30% of the time the order was wrong. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant turns into a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. This happened often. 25 assorted munchkins for my kids..... 18 glazed, 2 chocolate and 5 blueberry. Out of donuts?! Yes I've gone early in the morning and they are out of most donuts?! Everytime I have come to this location there always has been some issue whether I go through the drive through or order inside. The employees are pleasant and some not. But the main issue is the customer service. I went this morning to get some breakfast and I had forget my debit card at home but luckily I have Apple Pay set up. So I had never used Apple Pay and I was having trouble pulling it up and I asked if the employee at the window if they knew how. What followed what a great deal of attitude and coming back twice to tell me how much I owe when I can clearly see the price at the window. Meanwhile I apologized multiple times and finally figured out how to get Apple Pay up but when I paid and my food was handed to me I continued to receive attitude from this employee! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a frequent coffee drinker and a Dunkin donuts lover. When my boyfriend moved to Bellevue I started coming here for coffee. I usually go to the squirrel hill dunkin(amazing btw). Probably 9 times out of 10 they screwed up my order at this location. Most of the time I just dealt with it or brought it back into the store and they gladly fixed it for me. This time was the last straw. I always order an iced coffee with skim milk. When I received my coffee on this visit it was almost white. As an avid coffee drinker you know what colors a coffee should be based on what is in it. When it's skim milk the coffee is still basically brown. Cream makes a coffee white. So I politely told the girl at the window that I believed this coffee had cream instead of skim milk. She told me no it was skim not cream. But I was sure and asked her to fix it. She whips around and starts screaming at another employee that "this girl says she knows her coffee is wrong and is demanding a new one". Now this other woman is rolling her eyes and says how she knows she didn't mess it up because it is exactly what she drinks. They give me the new coffee and it's just as white as the first. The rude window girl says "see it's the same color". At this point I wasn't going to argue with her so I asked for my receipt. She REFUSED to give me my receipt, probably because it said cream on it. As I'm driving away I hear her say what a b**ch. I was so pissed off. I tried the coffee. Sure enough it was cream. This may not be a huge deal to some. But if you screw something up all you have to do is fix it. It was not the end of the world to just say sorry and I'll get you a new one with skim. I work in customer service so I know how customers can be but I was not unpleasant in any way I certainly didn't deserve to be treated like that. This location as poor service and rude employees. This stop wasn't bad this morning. Below average, but not bad. There were four employees working at around 10:00 a.m, and they were nonproductive. It took ten minutes for a gentleman in front of us to get a dozen donuts because of the lolly gagging and gossiping. There were six people in front of me, so it took about 15 minutes in total to get my order. I had a double chocolate donut, which had a weird, gummy texture to it.
