I live near this Westview Dunkin store, so I frequent it often. It seems that the last few months or so the quality of employees as well as service and products has consistently fell way below average. The staff is rude and inappropriate most times and not very interested in doing a decent job. My last experience just did me in, I ordered two iced coffees and two Boston cream donuts. My coffee was correct and the donuts seemed suspiciously to me so I opened the box to inspect the contents. The icing was melted and mostly non-existent. So I went back through the drive thru and told them I wanted these replaced. I was told, "well they all look this way and all of the icing was melted off all of them". First why would you serve inferior product, let alone tell a customer how inferior the product is. I question the management here as well as the employees. And trust me when I say you need quality employees not quantity. I've touched base with corporate as well as management at this location and received no feed back. Very poor customer service, either change management on all levels or close this store down. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. I've been living near this dunkin for a long time and it is total crap now. They ALWAYS mess up your order. Most of the people that work there don't care about you or your food/drinks. They consistently do NOT put the flavorings in your coffee drink, forget your hash browns, make a mistake so you get "upgraded" for free, or have coffee spilling down the side. It is beyond ridiculous to read all these bad reviews and yet nothing seems to be getting done about fixing this location. It really is the only easy place in west view to stop for coffee. I have thought maybe it was just me for months getting horrible service. The people are not nice and count things have been messed up in my order. Watered down coffee, out of cups, no cream cheese on my bagel, no ice tea, I could go on and on. I kept trying thinking it would get better it is convenient on my way to work. But I'm officially done when the place goes out of business I wouldn't be surprised. read more

They used to be so friendly and great, but the last couple of months everytime I go, they get my order wrong, example I asked for chocolate milk and was given white milk, before we left for a trip, we were given expired milk for our kids, I didn't notice it until we were on the road, they also gave my husband the wrong sandwich. There have been other things too, but the most recent one was the last time I'll be going to that location, the the guy who took our order in the drive through was rushing and then we saw a guy run out on his cell phone right after our order, when we got to the window they tried giving us the wrong drinks until we corrected it, and they forgot our munchkins when we asked they said no one rang us up for any. Went to this dunkin on a whim because I was really craving a coconut iced coffee. Kathleen was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She was very thorough (as I am kinda picky with my order), and when I got my drink, it was perfect. She also asked if my pup could have a munchkin, to which he was very excited about!! The guy who made my drink nailed it and was very nice when he handed me my drink. I don't know about all these negative reviews, but my experience was great! read more

Waited 30 minutes this morning for 2 dozen donuts. I asked for a bag and they wouldn't even give me one. Threw the donut boxes at me. I said I got these for work and now I'm going to be late. She said well there's only two of us working. Not my problem, who only schedules 2 people at a donut shop first thing in the morning when you will be the busiest? Id give 0stars. Every time i go there my coffee taste burnt and disgusting. They NEVER have donuts. Always out of flavors for coffees. I was excited when i moved and realized there was a dd down the road. Yet i still have to travel if i want good coffee because im for sure not getting it there ! read more

this Dunkin was my go to forever, and the employees are always super kind, BUT RECENTLY THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING I SWEAR. donuts? i mean ok I guess that's fine I get it. But coffee syrup ??????? This is my 4th time in less than 10 days they're out of vanilla syrup. Like HOW. you are known for your COFFEE. And I've seen them be out of vanilla & caramel at the same time. I know this is probably not a major issue, but if I'm risking being late to work to grab a coffee...I want what I want. Sooo slow. I live close by and every single time I come here I leave pissed off about something. Don't stop unless you have at least 15 minutes to wait. Don't bother asking for a Croissant because they are always out, even in the early am. 50% of the time I get a donut its super stale which is something I have never experienced at any other Dunkin. They don't stir the iced coffee so expect to have an inch of sugar at the bottom of your cup. Go somewhere else. read more

This DD used to be pretty good. The last few months it has totally gone down hill. The employees are unprofessional, inefficient, and just plain lazy. Every trip involves them completely messing my order up and the order of the people around me. They employees will ignore you while you are there, rudely take your order, and then go back to discussing inappropriate things while you wait for your drink (which will not be the correct drink). I love Dunkin Donuts but this branch needs a lot of help- I wish the company would take some action with it. read more

Got some donuts from here yesterday and I am really disappointed. I haven't gotten any of the dunkin' kind in a couple of years and they have really gone down hill. They are dense and greasy and have little favor. Donuts from the supermarket taste better. Last Dunkin donuts I'll ever buy.The birds seem to like them. read more

I've been to this location a few times since moving and have had nothing but good experiences. Whether it has been the drive-thru or going inside, the service has been fast and friendly. Everyone seems to be on their game here. They have even made some excellent recommendations such as the Almond Joy Iced Coffee and Heath Iced Coffee. I will say, make sure you ask for sugar with either of these if you like sweet. While the flavor is here, you still will want the sugar to make it sweet. If you don't care about that then you will still get the flavor of the candy bars. I love the Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and it is a go-to for me. I have yet to get Donuts or any of the hot food items but I'm sure they would be great based on everything else. Perhaps some of the previous issues have been worked out or there were just a few bad apples that are no longer there. I would suggest trying them again or for the first time. read more

I usually find the staff here to be friendly and courteous, but the product they serve less satisfying. My coffee is right 50% of the time, at best. I even request and pay for an extra shot of flavor on occasion and still don't receive even what is standard in the cost of the drink, let alone the extra shot I'm charged for. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin' Donuts if you want anything other than a black coffee. And don't bother with their surveys unless you're all about that free donut...I'm pretty sure they don't even read them because they definitely don't use them to improve their customer satisfaction. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Will bever go back. The staff seems clueless. Order screwed up twice. The place seems dirty and very unorganized. I think they lack adequate management. Tried this place twice. Ordered a small hot dunkaccino for my wife. First they handed her a frozen one. They seemed confused on how to make it. They they handed her a half filled medium cup and said that it was the same amount as a small. Once we got home and she took 1 sip she said something was wrong. I tasted it. It tasted like water with a splash of chocolate. Hugely watered down. I thought it was a fluke and went there again about a month later. Got home. Some donuts were hard and stale while others were ok. My wife's dunkaccino..........again completely watered down. Obviously there's a problem. I think the owner needs to clean the place up and clean house with his staffing from top to bottom. This Dunkin Donuts is a huge disappointment. read more
