Ive always had a problem with dunkin and their hirings of seemingly incompetent people but this has taken it to a new level it took at least 10 minutes for the car infront of me to even get past the speaker. eventually i pull up and am greeted with what i assume was a random customer they gave a headset to because she didn't know anything about their own menu, by the time I got past the speaker the previous car was STILL waiting. And did for another 10 minutes while the line backed up. Eventually I get to the window and unsurprisingly greeted by someone asking me what I ordered TWICE. Waited another 10 minutes for two drinks and to end it off the woman who was running the window is screaming at her coworkers right while handing me my drink. Very unprofessional and 0 customer service you're better off making your order at home from scratch, it'd still take less time. read more

I went to dunks this morning with a decently big order. Two out of the four of our drinks were made wrong and we sat there for half an hour waiting on food. There was only like three other customers in the store and when I went up to ask about our food I was greeted with the rudest employee I have ever seen and was told that they where super busy and had too much food. There was a total of three sandwiches to be made and there was no need for me to be receiving attitude when i am a paying customer who left a five dollar tip. I deeply regret going to this dunks and even thinking about leaving a good tip. Will not be returning to this dunks and I hope they hire a new staff because every single one of them was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. read more

Got to the drive thru at 6:55pm. I have satellite radio so the time is accurate. Waited for a moment for someone to ask for my order. Nobody in front of me but I had just seen a car pull up and leave. I beeped I yelled hello no answer. At 6:57pm I see the lights go out in the store. I pull up and can't see anyone. I yell hello again at the window but no answer. I go around front and see movement near the window so I go back around. As I came near the order speaker I see someone peek out the drive through side window and quickly duck out of site. So your employees are cheating you and closing early. You lost two sales tonight but I will never go back to that location. I live in town but I will always go to the other one by Cumbys. Hire a better manager. read more

He was too busy talking to the other employees. Coffee tastes burnt. Avocado toast with bacon wrong. No bacon and bread is hard as a rock. Definitely skip this Dunkin location. This location was modernized about a year ago so that was a great start. They have 2 LCD TV's, counter top seating, tables and WiFi. With that being said, having an updated building does not make the products any better. The donuts are not made on site, they are brought in from a central facility and the turnover seems to be pretty good as they tend to be fresh throughout the day. However, a regular cup of coffee should be consistent from day to day if this is the location that you stop at or for that matter all Dunkin Donuts should have a "standard" for what should go in a regular of each sized drink. My most recent order included two egg, bacon and cheese wake-up wraps which are good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Keep in mind that in this area, 3 Dunkins are within maybe 4 miles of each other and all of them have slightly different pricing with the most expensive being the one on Rt 125 in the Irving Gas Station. They are VERY EXPENSIVE. I also got an extra large Dunkachino and when I took my first sip after it cooled down it tasted like water. I called the location up and spoke to someone who knew that the machine had been used for most of the morning without the "powder" having been refilled. She was very nice and told me just to bring it in and they would give me another one. So, I guess I should have kept a bad drink in my car overnight as she made it clear that I should "bring the bad one in." Well, when I brought the bad one in that afternoon the lady put the new cup on the counter but didn't close the lid tight. When I went to pick it up, the drink when everywhere including my daughters and my clothes. The employee was more concerned about wiping off the Dunkins add on the counter then the fact that the two of us were wearing the drink! When I asked her for something she gave me a dirty rag out of a bucket on the servers side of the counter. Disgusting. This was not a good experience. read more

I ordered the snack'n bacon and it was cold bacon. For $2.49, it was a huge disappointment. So I took it back and they told me it It's supposed to be served room temperature. Why is that? And they said it's because it's for people who are on a keto diet. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Who eats cold bacon? So I told them if they wanna serve cold bacon they should label it as cold bacon on the menu. Plus, then why are the hashbrowns hot? And then the hashbrowns had only five pieces. I went to this location yesterday and was YELLED at by an employee, I've never experienced anything like this! I drove to drive through and ordered a black ice coffee, when I went up to the window I tried paying with the Dunkin' App. He tries to scan the app and his gun scanner wasn't working. So he looked at me said do you have cash? I said no. He yelled at me as if I did something wrong and told me to leave and I can't have the coffee and dumped down the drain in front of me and threw the cup away, then looked at me and asked if I had a Fing problem and to just drive away. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that is store doesn't have a manger or anyone to speak too . I'm a local & regular customer that always went to this dunkins because of how conveniently close to my house it was but now I will be sure to go out of my way to get coffee elsewhere. The past two weeks I've come to this dunkins to get coffee or food before school, the drive thru line has always been to the road & does not ever move, which has made me late every time. Typically, I order a medium iced coffee with cream only. They always seem to make it wrong, even after I hand it back & complain. Today I ordered a coffee that was made wrong once again & a sandwich which had egg that was freezing cold on soggy untoasted bread. Disgusting. I'd give zero stars if possible. These employees have no idea how to listen to their customers or make the food correctly. Not to mention they have no personality & no customer service skills. I hadn't stepped foot in a Dunkin Donuts for about 5 years until today, and today I was reminded why. 5 years ago I swore them off for their crappy service(i.e. having to repeat my order for a single coffee three times and them still getting it wrong; Not to mention, all too often, receiving old burnt tasting coffee; Waiting in line at the drive through while the kid working the window messed around throwing things at his/her friend in the car in front of me, nearly making me late for work etc...) This morning I decided to give it another go, seeing how the whole place has recently been remodeled inside and out. I ordered one of the egg sandwiches and was told that they no longer had that particular sandwich and while I was standing there looking at the menu( for no more than 10 seconds, mind you) the counter lady just walked away without a word. There were no other customers near or around me that she needed to take care of. She simply couldn't be bothered to give me the courtesy of waiting a minute while I changed my order(I was ready to order. You just didn't have the product!). Rude! I should have expected no less. You had a second chance DD. You've tightened up your appearance, now maybe try tightening up your crew!...I'll be down the street at HD(even though its a mile more out of my way) getting my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich(they use actual fresh eggs) if you need me. Whoever was working today does not know how to count or understand the difference between up and down. First off: my "6-piece" hash browns only had 5 and they were absolutely cold! Every single time there is an issue with the order. Today I was the only one in line. Asked for an extra large decaf hot tea, she repeated it back at the drive thru. I received a large black coffee. This is the 3rd time this has happened. My other large iced coffee had no sweetener...happens again and again. You drive away and then realize the order is completely wrong. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I drove through today (September 18th 2016) at about 10:50. I asked for an iced vanilla chai. The girl at the drive through shouts back, "What?!", I repeat myself. She says "I can't do that. We don't do that. We can only make them hot or frozen." Which is a complete lie. I have gotten them several times at this location, and daily at the one down the street in Kingston. Because of her rude attitude, I wasn't going to correct her. So I just said "Okay, never mind." And she snaps back "Okay, good." First off all, she was extremely rude. Second, do not just say you don't have something just because you don't know how to make it. Ask someone. Also, I don't even work at a Dunkins but I've seen them make it enough times to know that it's not that hard. Mix chai with the milk, stir, add ice, use that little mixer thing, done. This is THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing from. They have not ONCE gotten my order right and I've given them several chances. I'm not sure if there's just a bunch of strung out teenagers working back there or if they really are THAT stupid. They seriously just asked me of I wanted a turbo shot in the DECAF coffee I ordered. I hate dunking doofuses. They are always so inaccurate. especially during the non- morning- rush hours. Only the GOOD people (ie middle aged ladies) work during those hours and are accurate. Marquee outside this location stated 2lbs of coffee for $5.99. Went into the location to purchase 2lbs of coffee for $5.99, employees stated that customers all day have been misreading the sign (that was clear as day) and that coffee was $8.99 for a 1lb bag. I stated that this was false advertising, Still refused to honor the promotion and re-told I can not read properly.
