a traffic light in front of a store

This location was modernized about a year ago so that was a great start. They have 2 LCD TV's, counter top seating, tables and WiFi. With that being said, having an updated building does not make the products any better. The donuts are not made on site, they are brought in from a central facility and the turnover seems to be pretty good as they tend to be fresh throughout the day. However, a regular cup of coffee should be consistent from day to day if this is the location that you stop at or for that matter all Dunkin Donuts should have a "standard" for what should go in a regular of each sized drink. My most recent order included two egg, bacon and cheese wake-up wraps which are good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Keep in mind that in this area, 3 Dunkins are within maybe 4 miles of each other and all of them have slightly different pricing with the most expensive being the one on Rt 125 in the Irving Gas Station. They are VERY EXPENSIVE. I also got an extra large Dunkachino and when I took my first sip after it cooled down it tasted like water. I called the location up and spoke to someone who knew that the machine had been used for most of the morning without the "powder" having been refilled. She was very nice and told me just to bring it in and they would give me another one. So, I guess I should have kept a bad drink in my car overnight as she made it clear that I should "bring the bad one in." Well, when I brought the bad one in that afternoon the lady put the new cup on the counter but didn't close the lid tight. When I went to pick it up, the drink when everywhere including my daughters and my clothes. The employee was more concerned about wiping off the Dunkins add on the counter then the fact that the two of us were wearing the drink! When I asked her for something she gave me a dirty rag out of a bucket on the servers side of the counter. Disgusting. This was not a good experience.

Iced coffee stop. Coffee was the same as usual and I did not experience the poor service other reviewers mentioned.

Clearly they don't know the difference between up and down... #BostonCremeIsDead

Worst customer service in all of Haverhill and plaistow combined. Incredibly unhelpful and combative on a daily basis.

I crunched on at least five of them. It's very disconcerting. The latest trend in New Hampshire lately is charging you to use your credit card well, I use my credit card all the time and I'm not gonna pay you extra for any inconvenience. That's ridiculous. What an incentive !wont be back to your place. I don't carry cash so you won't see me there . you are the loser now somebody somewhere will take my credit card and not charge me extra as I already pay finance charge. I don't need an extra charge from you. Thanks though. Good luck. not bad overall .

This casual family owned and operated restaurant cafe serves up breakfast all day and lunch. The place was redone with a brighter and an inviting atmosphere with booths along the walls and in front, table seating in the center and counter seating in the dining area. There are patriotic prints on the walls and checkered floors remain. I've picked up Lebanese and Italian food from the previous restaurant in this space and it's bittersweet seeing a small town breakfast and lunch spot open up in its place. There are a few other options in this area, but spread out. I decided to stop by here for breakfast before work. I got here just before 6:30 and sat myself in a booth which had menus to look at. The breakfast menu offerings include breakfast platters, 3 egg omelettes, pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffles, breakfast burritos, Tony The Tiger (frosted flakes French toast), hash (canned and homemade (soon)) and breakfast sides. The lunch menu offerings include fried appetizers, hand cut fries, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, soup, chili, salads, comfort dishes, and daily specials. The prices seem fair, most meals $8 to $15 range (in 2024). After I was seated, the server came over and offered a drink and I requested an ice water since I already had coffee beforehand. They did not have homemade hash yet, so I eventually decided to go with the Steak Bomb Omelette ($13.50 plus tax) with choice of toast (I chose sourdough) and one side (I got home fries). My food was served in about 8 minutes after ordering. There was a good amount of hot food on my plate. The omelette was filled with grilled shaved steak, green peppers, onions, mushrooms & cheese (I chose cheddar) with a folded thin egg sheet. This omelette was pretty good. The home fries were fresh cut potatoes (cube cut) lightly grilled and seasoned, which were potatoey and with the skins. The sour dough toast was firm and had minimal butter. The server dropped off the check as I was almost done eating, no rush. The check was $14.65 with tax and before tip. Overall, this is a good place stop for food and I plan to stop by for lunch next time since I saw they had chicken tenders, reubens, monte cristos, mac & cheese, and spaghetti & meatballs (Wednesdays). The friendly staff knew people by name as they stopped in for breakfast. The service for weekday breakfast was prompt and I was able to make to work on time. It is noted they are closed on Sundays (at the time of this posting).

The first impression is nice as the place is inviting with nice light and a good deal of indoor seating. They also have lots of menu items and a good pastry selection. I ordered a latte and a pastry. I was not expecting the elongated wait time to receive my coffee. I have been to dozens of cafes, here and abroad, and I honestly can't recall ever waiting so long for a coffee. They seemed to have a lot of staff. Anyway, it did take some time and in the end, It turns out the coffee is average - not great but certainly not awful. The pastry was very good. I am not sure if these are made in-house or delivered to them. Overall, it is a nice to place, it just did not impress.

I ordered the "blueberry cheesecake" latte with cheesecake cold foam, but it was essentially flavorless. The espresso itself was great, but there was no noticeable blueberry or cheesecake flavor at all. The cheesecake cold foam also had no cheesecake flavor at all, and tasted like the cream may not have been fresh, which was especially disappointing given how it was described. For nearly $10, I expected much better from the wrap as well. Inside of the wrap were two egg "pucks". The eggs seemed like they were microwaved, and instead of fresh bacon, it had low quality bacon bits. Service aside, the cost and quality alone would have been enough to make this a disappointing experience.

And they have free wifi which is great for working remotely. I also would love to say the service is fantastic. I don't know the name of the girl who served us but she was so friendly. And the drinks came out super fast! We got one of the energy drinks and a mocha. The energy drink was really good (very similar to a Rush at aroma joes!) and my dad enjoyed the mocha. But here is my only complaint.... The scones are not great. I think it is nice that they have a wide variety of pastries. But the scone (blueberry white chocolate) was both super dry and overly sweet. I couldn't even finish it. It was honestly reminiscent of crumbl cookies. So if you like sickeningly sweet scones (like the cookies at Crumbl!), then this would be great. I've had scones like this where it is balanced, but I fear this was too much and I probably won't get a scone here the next time I come. Otherwise, this spot is really cute and I highly recommend checking it out!
