Clockwise from top left... Sour Cream, Cruller x2, Sugar Raised, Gross Pumpkin, Worse Red Velvet.

Based on a variety of factors I've gotta throw this place under the bus. I know this is petty but I'm not an advocate of employees boyfriends hanging around, napping at tables, or showing tons of PDA during shifts. It's just highly inappropriate, and I know it's only a Dunkin Donuts but it's still a bit bothersome. Service... friendly but a mess. Dirty shirts are a huge pet peeve of mine as I feel your appearance displays your quality of product. To top the dirty shirt, never, ever, ever, ever try and make a customer feel bad about not wanting to donate $1 to whatever cause you're pushing. Donuts... gross. The Red Velvet cake was disgusting. The Pumpkin cake tasted more artificial than Koolaid. The Sugar Raised was far too dense for a yeast raised donut. The Sour Cream was ehhhhhh. The only edible donut I tried was the Cruller. It's moisture content was OK, but there wasn't enough icing or flavor to make this a desirable donut.

I went a couple weeks ago and waited 45 minutes in the line. Then, went earlier today and no one was in line. We drove up and no one spoke to us for about five minutes and when we finally got to talk to the woman she was very rude and unhelpful. We originally wanted chocolate donut with sprinkles but she said "we don't have them." so we asked about any kind of sprinkled donuts and she once again just replied "we don't have any." without offering any alternatives. then when we came to pay she was just as rude. never said thank you or you're welcome or anything. seemed to have an attitude and didn't help us very much. icing on donuts was also very smudged when we got them.

During this COVID time I understand that places are busy with not a lot of workers able to work. So I understand if lines can be slow or food takes a bit longer than normal. But the service at this Dunkin today was awful. The worker seemed like she was working alone, which could be the reason that service was a bit slow which is perfectly fine I don't mind. but you go through the drive through and wait about 10 minutes for someone to even say anything. I couldn't hear half of what she was saying (maybe the volume was just a bit low) When we got our food my bagel was burnt to a crisp and inedible, my boyfriends frozen coffee tasted like watery sugar, and my iced coffee had about an inch of sugar at the bottom. The lady also got my order amount incorrect. I do understand that COVID has caused some strain and maybe the lady was just having a bad day but I don't think i'll be coming back until Quarentine is lifted.

Sorry for the inconvenience we are closing at 12

Idk why I keep trying with this location, every single time I go (which is rare) something happens. Well yesterday I swing by to use a gift card that I was given for my birthday, and they were CLOSED! At 1pm!! With a tacky sign posted saying sorry for the inconvenience but we closed at 12‍ This is why I will always choose Starbucks bc never once have them been closed at noon! This location should honestly close bc the owner clearly doesn't care how this store is ran. Why even pay rent if you don't want to make money?

That employee also completely ignored me, despite the fact that I was clearly standing there waiting to be helped. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order for someone else, but based on the way I was treated, I can guarantee you I will not be choosing to spend my own money at this establishment. I ultimately had to ask another customer who was standing in line if they knew where to pick up a DoorDash order. The entire experience was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or, at the very least, "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made a huge difference.

The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. The items are in a glass enclosed display that you have to open and place your selections on your tray for purchase. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,

The service was very friendly throughout my visit and really appreciated the attentiveness from the sever. I ended up getting a hot Charcoal Mocha because it seemed like something you can't get anywhere else, it has activated charcoal, espresso, cocoa powder & a touch of coconut oil. I love that they serve their drinks out of fun mugs, it feels homey. To eat, I got the Charter Colony sandwich once I noticed they offered gluten free bread. The server was also the owner and he was pretty cool... chatting with us and giving us some history of the place. We enjoyed his dry sense of humor! We also enjoyed the baked goods!!
