It had me wondering if we were going to be stuck in the drive through for a bit. I was surprised by how efficient everything was as the workers were taking orders well ahead of the line which seemed to keep things moving. The menu has so many options I wasn't sure what to pick. I went with the Cherry Blossom Lemonade. Consisting of cherry and peach flavor in a lemonade. I chose a medium which was quite large and cost me less than 5 dollars. The drink was real tasty! I have been craving another. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think the overall time taken was a little under 10 minutes. Not much ambiance to be found as it's a drive up operation. They did have music playing and signage which initially confused me, as I thought you could get two medium drinks for 7 dollars. (Plus stickers!) the employee explained this is a special they have on the 7th of each month and it can get quite busy as who doesn't want discounts and free stickers?

The breakfast sandwich was burnt (the bagel was black on top). I was catching a flight so didn't bother complaining, but it wasn't the best (very dry and, as I said, burnt). The service was friendly and the prices are reasonable. And, hey...if you're ever in the Rochester airport--these folks have coffee and they'll get it to you, if not accurately, expediently.

Service is super sweet and baristas here are crazy friendly. We've moved on from pumpkin to to salted caramels and peppermint mocha, and from classic cups to this year's holiday offering. While supporting local is my typical jam, there's not a ton of (read: any) local coffee shops in the vicinity, so this works in a pinch when you're out doing some holiday shopping. Happy sipping!

This Starbucks needed to close for the day as they were so inept I'm not sure anyone had their order for at least 30 to 60 min. I returned to my car after 2:30 with no order and proceeded to dispute my cc charge. I honestly couldn't care less but to take my order without some clue as to the time it might take, that's unacceptable. Then to have the hassle to call corporate and spend another 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, that's not ok.
