The Starbucks closest to home. They have a busy drive-thru, but the inside is usually relatively empty and spacious. A good place to get some work done. Good layout with many tables and outlets. Sometimes ordering ahead is unavailable due to their busy drive-thru. However service in the store is usually predictably quick. read more

Although this location is convenient and close to my home the service is sooo slow and often when order from the app I've received various versions of my drink orders. The slow service and various (sometimes not tasty) drinks does not mean the staff is unfriendly, that is further from the truth. The staff have always been warm and welcoming. Really wish that either they could get more staff to help with the demand or more senior staff members to help with both the consistency of the drinks being made and the pace at which they are being made. Hope that something changes. A lesson or two from the Penfield location might help. read more

This Starbucks is in a convenient location, for me anyway. It's nicer than the Starbank we had before, which combined a Starbucks and a Citizens Bank in one location. It was weird, but it allowed me to make lame jokes about taking out a loan to pay for coffee. At this Starbucks, you may need to take a day off from work to order coffee. It's very slow. I don't think the staff are to blame. It's just a very popular location, especially at certain times each day. read more

I really enjoy this location. Long line in the drive-thru/inside: is that the store's fault? Nope! I think it goes to show that people really enjoy their Starbucks Perinton location! Excellent - I've been to many Starbucks's locations in the United States and International- this is one of the best. The employees are impressive - very customer focused while working so well as a team. I can see (after spending 2 weeks here, coming pretty much every morning) that they are considerate of each other while serving with a smile. I really would love to give this Perinton location 5 stars as the location is closest and most convenient. Even before COVID, the processing of an order whether mobile or in person is typically 20 minutes. This wait time remains the same as of today. Also when I order a macchiato in Perinton, I always get a cappuccino. I can confirm the extra drive to Cobblestone Victor proves to be more efficient rather than the long wait at Perinton. Start off with a positive - the baristas are always friendly and kind....and usually apologetic. Nine times out of ten they are apologizing because you are going to wait for your drink (or food) order. There is always a line at the drive-thru and more often than not, it winds through the parking lot; however, it is still faster than going inside....that is if inside is even an option. Most of the time inside it is closed. This morning after receiving our coffee relatively quickly, but waiting 15 mins for a banana bread (not warmed up), we sat down inside. Within 3 mins the manager said, "excuse me, will everyone please exit the store." "I am going to be closing the inside for one hour." These guys really need to get their stuff together. read more

One woman in particular, I believe her name is Leah, was rude to her employees as well as passive, unpleasant and monotonous with her customers. 5 star drinks, 2 star service. The baristas were to busy talking and joking around to make our drinks. It took 11 minutes to make 2 drinks. One of them was spilled once and had to be remade, the other one was made wrong and Olivia realized just as she was about to put it up for me. Should have known better than to go to a Starbucks that's inside of a bank. The baristas were friendly but SLOW. Too busy talking to each other to make drinks. I never got my drink because I was going to be late to work if I waited any longer. I already waited 10 minutes so I'm extremely disappointed. I will obviously never go to this location again. I've reached out to Starbucks customer service and hopefully they can rectify his situation and train this staff to be better. This Starbucks has the friendliest Baristas and the most interesting set-up. It is located inside a bank, so the closing hours are a little wonky (they close at 7pm Monday through Thursday, 8pm on Friday and Saturday, and 6pm on Sunday). It also looks like they have a drive-thru, but those are part of the bank and not Starbucks. Ask me how I know There is ample parking around the building though, so it is easy to do mobile pick-up if you're in a hurry! read more

Sadly this Starbucks has gone downhill. I've been going here for 7+ years, since before they moved to the new building. I used to love going there every morning. Not only have prices skyrocketed but I chose Starbucks because the staff were friendly and my drink always tasted the same. Since moving into the new place I recognize almost no staff from the previous location. They always remembered my name and I'd be lucky if someone recognized my face now even though I go almost every day. The staff is friendly but often times lazy. You wait what seems to be forever for a drink just to have it taste awful. I didn't want to write this but after getting my coffee today I felt the need to since this is not the first time I've had issues here. I even said something to an employee about it and they did absolutely nothing. The first thing I did was purchase an espresso machine to start making my drinks at home. I refuse to continue to pay almost 8 dollars for a coffee that tastes awful, is made incorrectly, with zero customer service from staff. Even if you're the only person in there it'll take 20 minutes to get your drink. read more

I have NEVER in my life seen a staff such as this one with such beautiful relationships with their customers. Since I've been sitting here for an hour... the cashier has come around the counter to give 2 hugs, she has asked every single person how they are and actually carried a conversation. She remembers things about all of these peoples lives. As awkward as this location is, being inside of a bank, or rather a bank being inside of the Starbucks lol the staff make coming here worth it. Once the customer pays, they travel to the drink pick up, where the young man continues the conversation. Such an experience. Well done team. One of the most interesting Starbucks I've ever been in. I used to stop by here whenever I came up to the mall at Eastview and it was the closest Starbucks to where I used to live. Stopped in for a drink the other day and it was a very busy place. It's an interesting idea to put a Starbucks in with a bank. Overall the staff is still helpful and friendly and the drinks are the same high quality as other Starbucks you'll visit. I love their coffee because some of their brews are better quality tasting than the boiling hot competition. If I want sugary caffeine for a quick fix I'll go down the street, but if I want COFFEE I'll go to Starbucks. read more

I stopped into this starbucks while visiting the area, and was surprised to find the starbucks connected to a bank. It gives it a very non-coffee shop feel. I don't think I would like to sit and do any work here. With that said, starbucks coffee is still starbucks coffee and the baristas seemed competent. If you're like me and don't drink coffee, you expect your non-coffee drink to be made just as carefully as a fancy coffee beverage. For whatever reason, at this location not all baristas are properly trained on how to make an iced matcha latte.
