I ordered through the mobile app and when I went to pick up my $20 order the doors were locked. When we knocked the worker came to the door and said they "got a late start" and weren't ready. When I told them I wanted to be reimbursed they said to do it on the app. (Itis impossible, I have tried before because of this same location.) So my son and I ran up to McDonald's to get him something before we had to make a ferry boat. I checked back in on our way by (15 minutes later) and they were still locked up. Almost 2 hours after they are supposed to open! I followed all the directions in the app to get a hold of customer service and emailed them, but conveniently when I click on the order and try to report an issue that function is not available right now. To start, there was no door handle to enter the building. I had to pull a rope to open the door. When I got inside, all of the employees were standing out back goofing off and laughing, just acting very immature and unprofessional. Then the young man at the register asked me and my co worker for smokes after he took our order. To top it all off, the inside of the building looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Worst service I've had at a DD in my entire life They had a full staff and a sign on the door that stated they were drive thru only due to short staff. My 3 yo was able to see most of the donuts while standing in the rain. He picked out a chocolate sprinkle and received something else and they refused to open their doors to correct the mistake. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with the staffing here. They're an extremely unreliable location with very confused employees. I understand that it's difficult to find committed workers, but the Knox County location manages to keep their shit together despite the fact that I always, always see a hefty line. Anyways, yesterday I popped into the drive thru to grab a box o' joe for the job I'm working on and sat by the intercom for about three minutes with no acknowledgement. I said, "Hello?" Nothing. Another two minutes passed by. "Helloooo," again, and the employee on the other side snaps back "Give me a Goddamn minute, it's just ME here!" Dude, I don't have any problem giving my patience to limited staff, but that was an exceptionally awful way to handle a confused customer. Anyways, I've tried this location about four times this month for the job I'm on and it always seems they're short-staffed, stressed out, irritable and poorly trained. Most of the time they wouldn't preemptively fill a goddamn box o' joe for my call-ahead even though it'd make both our lives significantly easier. No other location has ever refused to fill a box with coffee for me. read more

Ive read a few of the reviews of this Rockland Dunkins location and i have to question some of the poor reviews. I visit this location pretty much daily. And while sometimes they are short staffed and the drive thru can at times be on the slow side, the employees are always nice and even when they are under staffed they get the job done. I recommend this location to anyone that enjoys Dunkin Donuts. 5 stars. I think the Karens are the ones leaving poor reviews because they think the world revolves around them. This os by far my favorite Dunkin location!! read more

Probably my fav Dunks, mostly because of Olivia, a lovely young woman that works there. Always cheerful, great smile, great manners, there to do a great job and it shows! She should be training a few of the others on the payroll she's that good! A few weeks ago, due to our masks, Olivia did not hear my order correctly. I took the coffee, left and came back 5 minutes later...she was waiting for me because she thought she may have heard me incorrectly. She did but she made good on the error right away and apologized profusely. I just love that kind of work ethic and I don't see it very much any more. Give that girl a raise! read more

This place still sucks, they don't put your lid on your drink correctly when they hand you your drink so you spill it all through your car. Not to mention they train their employees terribly, overall it's a bad facility. read more

If you want a friendly atmosphere - Do NOT come to this location. Girl with glasses extremely rude and nasty. Was taken a back- I mean we all have bad days, she obviously was having one but if you're going to take it out on people, you shouldn't be working with people. We love DD. Has always been my go to Dunkin, but lately the service has been subpar. Tonight on my way to work I stopped to get a coffee before an overnight shift. I pull up 45 minutes before closing. They tell me they "just threw away" the rest of the ice coffee. Why throw coffee away before closing? I'd understand if I pulled up right before closing but almost an hour before closing is ridiculous. read more

I usually pass on this Dunkin location. Better to go to the one near Walmart. Sometimes your order is right, sometimes it tastes good, most of the time it's awful. If you must get your coffee here be sure to taste it before you leave! Or you may find yourself coming back because it's just terrible. read more

Will never go back here again. Half way into ordering, the cashier, an older lady with a sour attitude, told us to stop our order so she could turn to her coworker and yell at them for no reason. Drive through/parking lot is set up weird. Maybe it's the physical location. My coffee was very bitter.

Can't blame the worker bees here, but I am unlikely to bother going here again, tho I had recently come back into the DD fold and was dropping $5-$10 a few times a week. But multiple times now u have driven 10 minutes to get there, looked at what they are promoting, only to find that nope, no donuts today. At all. Nope, you can't buy 6 bagels, cuz we only have 3. In the whole store. Nope, you cant get any food at all cuz even tho its 5p and we r open till 9p, we just shut off the ovens. Oh, munchkins, no, you cant get an assortment, but we have some glazed ones we van sell you. Mmmm, sounds fresh lol! And this is usually after waiting several minutes in line at the drive thru. Last straw was today, when there was a long slow line at the drive thru. So I went to do walk-in. Patiently waited outside for several minutes while the max 3 people in the lobby got served. While waiting, I ordered and paid from my phone. Then when I could go inside, my order slip was there but neither food nor beverage. Next person ordered, pd and got their order and left. Still nothing for me. Other beverages for mobile orders were put on rack. Not mine. Overheard cashier mentioning sticker machine was not working, almost out of cups, and problems with the computer register system. Overheard another worker ask something about how to do the food item I had ordered. But didn't say anything else about it. Slip still sitting there. Finally cashier asks what she can get for me, and I indicate again that I am just waiting for my mobile order. She goes and looks at the slip and says that they cant actually make the simple food order that I had requested. No reason why. Its 2:30 in the afternoon and I ordered toast, FFS. Clearly the owner/manager is not adequately stocking this location, nor adequately planning. And when I order and pay ahead only to wait almost 20 mins to then be told they cant provide a simple order? DD done. I'll go to the grocery store and make my order at home. Quicker, easier and cheaper. So like DD, you can take your app and toast it. Bc it doesnt remotely reflect the products actually available, and I had to get them to manually refund my cc. read more

I have purposely avoided this Dunkin' Donuts because they can NOT seem to get a simple coffee order correct the first time around. Time after time after time I have to go back through the line (if I even have time) or call and keep my wrong coffee all day to return for a fresh one (because it was my fault it was wrong?!) WELL... today I went back here (after months) and ordered a iced French vanilla latte Sweetened. I get my coffee which looks like all milk with a smidge of coffee and taste it... it's wrong (surprise). I get back in line and tell the person at the drive through who argued and said if you don't say swirl it's unsweetened.... (even though I know I specifically said Sweetened‍) So, then I pull up to the window to an irritated employee named Jennifer who says you didn't order it with swirl and I said I said French vanilla sweetened.... it's the same thing and she said NOO it's NOT and I have it on camera?!? Reallllllly allllll this over a damn latte correction?!? I never post reviews but TODAY you pissed me off before I even got my $4 coffee and so I give u 1 star and that's being nice.
