I've been driving through this location for quite a few mornings this year. The staff have changed over the summer but some of the same remain. The food is good when they have it. Often they run out of almond milk for instance or the oven is broken so no hot sandwiches. One morning they just closed the doors all together with no signs on the door. The drive thru menu isn't back lit and fogs up on cold mornings so hopefully you have their menu memorized. I need receipts when I travel for work and that too can be hit or miss, their ability to provide that. read more

This is one of those "if I could give it zero stars I would." They deserve the 1.4 star rating they have. The employees here are rude, unfriendly and frankly the most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. I ordered a hot chocolate and two bagel twists on the app. I went to pick it up and was told they are out of bagel twists. I understand this. It happens. However the response of the store team was unacceptable. The woman just stared at me after saying that, so I followed up with "can I get my money back then?" No. We don't own the app. We don't get any money from it. We can't help you. I said so I'm sorry you don't have my food and I can't have my money back? I was told no, you have to contact customer service on the app to get a refund. I said what? That makes no sense. You don't have my food AND you won't give me my money back? "No it's not our app it says it right on there." (It doesn't BTW). I think said ok, could you give me another item? The woman says "like what." I said I don't know like something worth the same $$. She stops walking towards where I had moved to, crosses her arms, looks at me and says "I'll help You but you better stop it with that attitude." EXCUSE ME?!?! You don't have my food but refuse to give me a refund and I am the one with the attitude?! I said forget it, grabbed my hot chocolate and started to walk away. She looked at me and said "Wow GRINCHY!" That put me over the edge so at this point I called her a bitch and walked out. She clearly is a miserable person with a miserable life and the misery just seeps out of her pores. She obviously can't help it. We're used to 20+ minute wait times in the drive thru, but the service has been going downhill the past couple of months. We get the same order every week. Lately two breakfast sandwiches are wrong--on a bagel instead of croissant & it's missing the extra bacon. This past Sunday, though, was a new level of incompetence and attitude. We placed our normal order, but the employee typed in breakfast wraps, not bacon & cheese croissants and then proceeded to argue that we said wraps. So, of course the food was wrong after we went to drive off. My husband went inside and the woman said, "Well, that's what happens when you change your order." He didn't yell, didn't argue, just said "We'll have to agree to disagree" and took the correct food. Horrible service. The workers seem to be on drugs. Yelling swear words and all else behind counter. They never took my order at the drive through. I went inside to what seemed liked total chaos, complaining, vulgar yelling, and I could barely understand the person at the counter, because he was slurring his words. Go further down the road to another location! Don't waste your money or time here. I live here and this is the worst location! If you go early in the morning, you might actually get a coffee within 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through. no chitchatting here, you will be lucky to receive eye contact from anyone. Half of the time the lobby isn't even open. The drinks are usually right, but most of the time they water down and warm. Nothing is fresh. If you go in looking for a donut in the afternoon, good luck because once the donuts are gone, they don't make anymore and they're not very nice about it. They want to close when they want to. Go down the road a few more miles and go to a Dunkin that actually cares about customer service. The short story is their service is not only extremely slow , when you ask if your food is coming the employees become defensive and quite vocal. We went around 12:30 on a Sunday and ordered in the drive through. We asked for two sandwiches, munchkins, one order of hash browns, and a mango green tea refresher. When we got to the window it took a couple minutes because they seemed pretty busy. We paid and they gave us everything except the refresher, and then told us they were unable to make it. We understood and asked for that money back, but they said they couldn't do refunds and neither could anybody else in the store. We were a little confused because why would they have us pay for everything, then tell us they couldn't make the drink or give the money back? Then another employee came to the window and asked what the problem was, and at this point we were a little annoyed, and the employee said again that there was no way we could get a refund, then said they could make the drink now. We were confused but we said okay, they got us the drink after another couple minutes, and we regretted stopping there in the first place. read more

Not impressed w the lady at the window petting/ feeding a dog in the car in line at the drive through ahead of me. No gloves, dog licking her hand. This is food service! There is no reason for people in food service to ever touch an animal while serving food. Dunkin should change their "pet friendly" policy. No employee should ever touch an animal while serving food. This branch always gets my coffee right! When I request the flavor swirls, they don't just squirt it into the cup and swirl it around a bit. They actually stir it for me! The morning staff is terrific! The afternoon/evening staff are a whole other story. They have poor customer service skills and really don't seem to care about your order. read more

I stood in line for 25 minutes just to be told that they are not making hot food right now because the person working the food does not want to. This is BY FAR the slowest Dunkin I've ever visited. It's faster to drive out of your way and go into Rockland. I've been in the DT line for 10 minutes. Not an exaggeration. How can it be national coffee day 9/29/19 if you only offer hot coffee for the event? Shouldn't it be all coffee? We are everyday customers that come to this location about 3-4 times a day and as things are more pricey and the lines are so slow, We're starting to get tired of coming here and waiting 20 minutes to get a coffee whether it's drive thru or inside. Also I've seen a few employees standing around and chatting instead of helping their co workers get the lines moving. You would think that a place with a semi limited menu who's main selling items are donuts and coffee would make sure those bread winners hold to a certain standard. .sadly they dont. I litterly go to Dunkin Donuts everyday and my order is always the same.I do always get my items but the quality leaves me scratching my head time and time again.How can a coffee you order everyday taste different day to day? It's litterly hit or miss with this place on coffee some days it takes it being remade to get it right. The coffe more times then not will taste either watered down or just watery in gen. Sometimes its a simple mix up not enough cream or sugar and rarely it seems bad cream was used.also ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese and what I got in return is a 2-3day old rock hard plan bagel with a feeble atempt to put burnt Garlic and sesame seeds slapped with some cream cheese.unlike alot of people now a days I really hate complaining I feel for the workers making min wage and dealing with some of the publics biggest assholes but totally taking no pride to where just anyone can get such nasty items it's beyond ridiculous. ..its honestly felt like I was handed the "I hate this customer " meal ...I hope that someone there will start taking pride in what they hand the public..plenty of companies (IE McDonald's ) go to great lengths to ensure no matter what location you are in that your food would taste the same..dunkin take.note read more
