My orders always come out witb no problem whenever I come here. It is a very small Dunkin, as there are no chairs or tables to sit at and have your food and drink if that's what you plan to do. If the store is crowded, it does get quite tight so I suggest ordering ahead of time to avoid that. read more

Has to be the worst Dunkin in a 50 mile radius. It's unfortunately the closest and most convenient. I can't tell you how many times they've messed up an order. This time they charged me twice! Kid has to be in high school and not too bright. I clearly order their $6 meal - which is supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns and a coffee. I asked for an iced with just cream. Had to repeat myself twice. First he tells me it's $11.59? Huh? I said I ordered their $6 deal. I unfortunately already put my card in - I figure genius cancelled the first order and submitted the correct one - so I swiped my card again. I pick up my order and guess what it's wrong - got Canadian bacon instead of sausage. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I usually order a vanilla cold brew with sweet cold foam and it's my favorite drink ever.. however I tried this location today and although the staff was very friendly and fixed my drink because it was originally Made black, this tastes nothing like the vanilla cold brew with sweet cold foam I get from the Dunkin in west hempstead. This one is very bitter and has almost no taste at all. There's also barely any sweet cold foam. It looks and tastes like a regular iced coffee flavored vanilla. read more

Located right on the corner next to the Rockville Centre Rail Road, this particular Dunkin Donuts has been around for years probably because of that reason. This is one of the cleanest stores I have ever been to. One of the workers must have cleaned that floor twice in the half hour I was there. I'm sure all of the other Patrons also appreciated that smell of Pine-sol over the freshly baked donuts!! But I guess with all the in and out traffic they really had no choice - hence - that welcome sign hanging on the wall "Booth Time Limit 20 Minutes" for everyone to see. I took a picture of it as proof because I never would have believed it. I was in overtime but nothing was said to me, I'd call it more hinting because there was alot of glancing over to where I was sitting. I suppose that since this store is also very small, they had to put up something to keep the flow of seating available. The question is do they actually enforce that rule and if they do, I would love to see that person's reaction. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, orders filled quickly and accurately. Major downfall this time was that they were out of 2 type of donuts, one being the one that I was going to order. The Boston Creme and Chocolate Glazed. This surprised me that since it's such an obviously popular and busy location, I would think they would make sure they were fully stocked on everything. No big deal, plenty more selections to choose from. With everything put aside, I would return to this Dunkin Donuts. I like the fact it is so clean, donuts are really fresh and the coffee was delicious. Big window in the front to sit at and people watch, especially catching a glimpse of the guy running like he's in the marathon because he's about to miss his train!! read more

One would think that a Dunkin is a Dunkin and yet that is not true. This specific location is very difficult if you are driving because there is virtually no parking at the train station or on the street. Once you can find a parking spot, then you are definitely going to wait on a long line. The service is relatively slow here which is surprising since this location serves people who are transient having to get on the LIRR within a certain amount of time. The coffee was good but not exactly how it tastes everywhere else I order a large coffee with almond milk. I will refrain from stopping at this location in the future since there are so many other locations. read more

This is my go-to dunkin! I've never had an issue here! Everyone is friendly, its clean, and you're in and out! They never keep you waiting, there are always more than enough people working there so that the same person taking the orders isn't also running back and forth making the drinks. It's also super convenient being located just a few feet away from the RVC LIRR train stairs. Honestly, if you come here just three or four consecutive times, they pretty much already know what you're going to order. Great place, great staff! read more

I'll admit it. I am a Starbucks fan. I like that you can customize your order without feeling like a complete snob. I just can't accept the fact that they tack on .50 cents here for extra sugar and .50 cents here for extra milk. Here at Dunkin', they will give you as much sugar or milk as you would like without an extra fee. You can ask for splenda, sweet n low, and milk or cream to your liking. When my boyfriend came out with a lightly colored iced coffee, I thought he ordered an iced latte (iced coffee with milk) but instead the sugar circle had XXX meaning three times the amount of sugar they normally add. They have my order ready when I walk in, they know me by name even though I have been frequenting it not that long, and they are just over all the most friendly of the employees. Also the best coffee and the BEST egg sandwiches in town. Definitely my pick before heading to work in the morning on the train. read more

This place has some issues. Dirty dirty dirty. The latest batch of employees either hate their job or can barely speak English to understand a drink order. Don't order anything toasted cause their machine toasts a bagel as well as a microwave does. It makes everything rock hard or "instant stale". The new Manger who was brought in to make the place better isn't cutting it. Zero interaction with the customers. Lots of room for improvement at this location. Absolutely incompetent staff who cannot understand a slightly customized drink, guaranteed to come out the opposite way in which you requested it to. I almost never have to send back any food or drinks anywhere I go yet have had to every time here. A couple of the employees are also unbelievably slow as well which is not in line with the Dunkin culture. The BEST Dunkin' Donuts in the world! The fact that this is a small storefront is made up by the fact that the staff here is terrific. Generally I don't even have to utter a word to order my coffee -- they all know my order (and practically all of their other rush hour customer's orders as well). Some mornings they even have my cup of coffee waiting for me even before I walk in the door. Tiny place though, annoying line situation where it's unclear where to wait once you've ordered. Constantly feel like I'm in everyone's way after I've ordered. I come here somewhat frequently on my way to work. The service is usually fairly quick. Today, however, there was only one employee on the cash register and making coffee at 6:50 a.m. resulting in a 10 minute wait with only two people in front of me. During my extended time here, I saw a roach crawling on the back wall. Gross. Save yourself and find another coffee spot. read more

This place has really gone down hill in the last 6 months where customer service is concerned. It takes forever to get the simplest coffee and many of the employees move at the speed or sloth like they can't be bothered to work. They are often gossiping at work which wouldn't be a problem except they can't make a cup of coffee while they are doing it and often make customers wait while they talk s**t about people, including customers. Today was the deal breaker with a newer employee who had a hard time hearing an order was a smoothie and it had to be repeated to her 7 separate times before the customer was ready to give up. read more
