This Dunkin is a good location and very busy. Staff is friendly, they work hard. Drive thru was a long wait, from getting in line to get my order was approximately 25 minutes. Again it's a busy location. I saw a lot of walk in customers as well. My order was accurate, staff worked great together and very friendly. Our coffee order was correct, and was hot, donuts were fresh I got two dozen to give to hospital staff as a thank you. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. Knocked off one star because of very slow drive-thru service and they don't know what hot vanilla chai is. I always order medium Vanilla chai on all the other DD's I've been to (NYC, IL, NV, VA, CO, MA, CT you get the picture) and this is the first time I was asked which hot vanilla chai: hot chai latte or vanilla spice. I had to explain it's prepared similar to a hot duncaccino and was told that would be the hot chai latte. Ordered as suggested only to find out it was not the drink that I want. Boo. The worst place ever.. Tried to give 0 stars.. Was told at the drive-through today I wasn't allowed to get food because they were short staffed.. So rude and unprofessional. I've been here multiple times and it's always the same rude people crummy food. The majority of the time I have to wait at least 15 minutes in line with maybe three cars ahead of me. It's pretty pathetic... Sometimes the bagels are toasted or not..they usually always screw up my cold brew.. one cream and the cup looks like its all milk.. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have messed up my orders many, many times. They're always out of doughnuts early in the mornings, I usually order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and always pull out of there with a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. I knew a girl who worked there not that long ago and she would go live on social media while at work and you could see just how disgusting it is in there and how nasty all the machines are. They overall have the worst customer service, rudest attitudes, and if you pull up to the window even 5 minutes before closing they will yell through the speaker "closed". Dunkin has always had problems for years and should be closed for good. Use that space for literally anything else! This is why more people prefer Starbucks. read more

Hot mess express. Drive through was always backed up when we drove by so we went inside both times we visited. Minimal selection (they literally had about 3 donuts to choose from) and ran out of almost all bagels including sesame and plain. So- pretty much no food to choose from and they didn't say anything about planning to make more. Just "we're out". I'm the meantime, there are about 4 employees just standing around by the drive thru window. I don't know who's running that place, but seems like they're leaving a ton of money on the table. If I could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru to see a car blocking the entrance. Thinking this person may be stuck and/or having some sort of medical emergency he get out to see if this person is okay. Proceeded to knock on the window of the car a few times with no avail. Finally the person inside said vehicle looked over after being on her phone the entire time and yelled "ITS CLOSED". This is absolutely not the proper way to run a buisness or notify the patrons that the drive thru is closed. We had multiple vehicles in line behind us attempting to go through the drive thru. None of us knew what was going on. You'd think there would be a sign or SOMETHING stating it's closed to avoid this. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This dunkin has gotten some pretty rough reviews but it seems as if the staff has had a change in pace. We got in and it was a little confusing about where to order but once our order was down the food can out quickly. The staff was kind and it was overall a good experience. read more

I go to this Dunkin' like at least twice a week and the guy that's there is awesome, I wish I remembered his name right now. He's really nice and always gets my order. Sometimes I go & it's someone else who takes down my order completely wrong but at that point I've waited so long to get my coffee that I just take it. Today however, my husband went and the lights are on, but the drive-thru is blocked off and the doors are locked. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but there have been several times where I've tried to go get coffee (and this is the only Dunkin' I know of in this area!!!!) and they are just randomly closed in the middle of the day. Or I've ordered on the app and I just want to go pick it up, but they've locked the doors and I have to get on the drive-thru line, wait for all the cars in front of me, explain that I already ordered and paid on the app, for them to just be confused and not be able to find my order and have to re-do it at the window anyway. I often just make coffee at home but while I'm out running errands I like to just grab Dunkin while I'm out but it's getting frustrating read more

This might very well be the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. The old lady that takes orders for the drive through has messed up my order 5 previous times, today was the 6th. When I inform her my order is wrong she gets angry at me. When I go inside to reconcile my incorrect order I am told it is my fault for not being clear enough with my order.(I had ordered 2 vanilla Chia's one frozen one hot) When I got to the window, they had two iced chia's waiting, not once did I say I wanted an iced chai. This is a regular order for me and to see them mess it up and then blame me for their incompetence is distasteful and if there were any other "fast" coffee place in town other than this rag tag bunch of a-holes I would be a regular patron. This was an absolutely horrible experience. I walked in on a Sunday evening, craving some donuts. It took 5 minutes for someone to even say hello. I walked through the door and the employees both made eye contact with me and walked into the back without saying anything. The man made his way to the counter after taking the garbage and not washing his hands. Expecting to get a dozen selected donuts I asked for a few specifics. He responded with " yeah well... I'm really low on donuts." And seemed very annoyed that I was there. I decided to get a box of munchkins instead, he asked " well... what do you want? Just like...a 25 box?" The employees who work here are so incompetent. There were 3 of us who individually ordered and paid on our own order. We all have waited a long time for our food. Possibly the worst DD franchise I've ever been to. More often than not, my relatively uncomplicated order is made in error, has items eliminated or the employee informs me they are out of certain products. The interior is fairly unclean and you can expect longer than usual wait times. This DD is good only for a quick drink or small snack. Don't expect it to be great. If you go towards evening time, (read: after the manager has gone home) don't try to buy a gift card. The folks working without manager assistance are not allowed to sell them. read more
