Quite a few of the items on the menu were not available. When asking about teas with no sugar, we were rudely informed that they didn't come with sugar. Person taking our order was rude and said 'What's so funny' when we chuckled over having to reorder for a 3rd time due to items not being available. Seemed to be a speaker system as at least 3 people had something to add to our interaction for the order with rude off handed comments. When we were finished we weren't given a total and said "Well just drive up" in a rather snarky tone. Generally I wouldn't make a review and just move on, but these staff were exceptionally rude. It actually made me wonder if they spat in our drinks with how nasty they were with us. read more

I know it's a chain but this one is the worst of the worst . I would recommend only for the staff that is comical in their approach to customers. The young lady who served me today had a "notorious big" shirt draped over her uniform which was fun. She would have been my photo for this check in but I am not that brace. I ordered an iced coffee with milk and 1 sugar , came back hot w cream and what tasted like 42 pixie sticks melted on bottom. If you have to go, go inside for the atmosphere and witness some of Seabrook's finest. There are some great local coffee shops in the area steer clear of this dunkins. If I have to write in a reason for the 1 star it would be that the gas station it is attached to is convenient to route 286 and ocean boulevard but that's about all I can say in a positive way towards this location read more

God this is hands down the worst dunks I have ever been to... and I get Dunkin every single morning. They get my order wrong every single time. Every. Single. Time. Had a bad morning and I on the go ordered a cold brew mocha one cream one sugar - they gave me a black coffee. They redid it for me at least but I had to repeat what I wanted like 5 times. I hate this dunks. When I order in store I have to repeat my order like 10 times before they get it. I try to avoid this place, but every month or so I have to retry and I go in hoping something will change. Out of 20+ trips under 5 times I've grabbed the correct order (and I am lenient bc sometimes I order 3or 4 coffees) but niece once all the way correct. But that's not why I give the 1 star . If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I been to a dunks where you wait over 5 min for someone to ask what you want in the drive thru. I would say ask how they can help you, but no one there wants to help you. They want you gone so they can continue to fool around and use so many disgusting words. Old or young-doesn't matter. The f bombs go flying. Perfect for my little kids to hear. They couldn't push the donut fries enough. So we bit and ordered 2 of them. After a few min wait (prob like 10)-the cashier says well we have a man in charge of that station. Feeling bad, we tell the guy it's fine because we felt so bad for him. Meanwhile we have a guy with us-little insulting. Ok VERY especially since you don't know us. I get a joke is a joke-but come on. Forget class. Just get basic manners, stop swearing, so pretending it's the worst job you have ever had, or go find somewhere else to work. I doubt management sees these, but if they do, you don't just need training. You need new employees and a baby sitter for the ones you have. Totally disgusted. 3 visits and 3 times the same experience. Oh and the donut fries-so old and hard -you couldn't pay me eat them again. Oh and what time do they close? Window decal says 9pm! Employee one says 10. Second trip (because I was hoping it would be better) employee says 11. So which is it? And clearly they don't care to update things. I never write reviews EVER but this was probably one of the worst experiences at a Dunkin Donuts I've ver had. Not only have they messed up my coffee order for three days in a row, but today they accused me of not paying for a bagel that they forgot to give me. I went today and ordered a plain bagel as is and two coffees. I paid for all three items and headed back to my house. It was not until I got back home that I realized that they gave me a bag with cream cheese in it and NO BAGEL. I wasn't mad whatsoever- frustrated maybe, but not mad. I went back there and had to order another bagel for someone else staying with us. Went through the drive thru and ordered that bagel. Once they gave me that second bagel I said "I have my receipt here of a previous order I made. You didn't give me the bagel I paid for". They stood there trying to tell me that I never paid for that first bagel and that my receipt only said cream cheese. I wish I could take a picture of the receipt just to show you but once I gave it to them to look at THEY KEPT IT AND THREW IT OUT. They tried to accuse me of stealing a bagel or maybe even eating it and then trying to hustle them for another one for free? The manager or whichever two ladies were trying to handle the situation were everything but friendly and were talking poorly of me WITH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW OPEN. I HIGHLY recommend just going to a different local coffee shop. It is not worth the frustration whatsoever to get terrible service, coffee, and food. read more

Very disappointed. Went after school hoping for some assorted munchkins, because who just doesn't love munchkins. I went with my friend and we had asked for a pretty simple order. Two boxes of 25 munchkins each; one box with assorted and one box of chocolate and regular glazed. Instead. We were given One box of ALL chocolate glazed. That's 50 chocolate glazed donuts. Who in there right naming would want just that. Not me. Very disappointed. While definitely choose another Dunkin' Donuts next time. This place doesn't even deserve one star after the service I received. Never go to this place this is the worst place I have ever been to. I ordered a coffee, a bagel, and a hash brown. Simple. They were very busy so it's understandable it was overwhelming but I patiently waited for my food. After 25 minutes of waiting they called out a ham egg and cheese bagel. I nicely said are the hash browns in this bag too? The blonde, skinny lady behind the counter rudely said no you didn't order any. But I did order them I paid 12 dollars? So I told her yes I did. And she asked for my receipt. The guy that took my order threw my reciept away so I didn't have one. I was legit put on trial for hashbrowns. She said "ok fine just wait" in the rudest voice I've ever heard I didn't even want them anymore. This was the worst food experience of my life. Never go here go somewhere on the boardwalk.
