Honestly, I don't get on here and write reviews.. but I've been to this Duncan 3 times recently and there really is no excuse for how poor and slow the service is. 1st time I waited for 35-40 minutes in a drive through with not many cars.. but this time I got the 6 dollar meal deal without the coffee because I had coffee already, and they gave me 4 literal hash browns. The croissant sandwich was pretty bad -- the bacon was way overdone, the egg tasted off and was barely warm, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Overall, it felt very substandard. The "order" of hashbrowns was also disappointing. There were only six tiny pieces tossed in the bottom of the bag, nowhere near what anyone would expect compared to other places that serve hashbrowns. The only bright spot was the latte, which was plain but very good. Sadly, that wasn't enough to balance out the poor food quality. Overall: I would not recommend this Dunkin' location. read more

I'm a local that has been to this location quite often but have had 2 issues with my last 2 visits. I went about a week ago and ordered a drink but it was made incorrectly. I figured it may be because I entered it in wrong on the app but come to find out not..... No big deal as things happen and I realized that I drove off without saying anything. This morning I went back and ordered through the app and the older lady at the drive thru handed me my coffee, crumbled receipt, and straw in one hand which I thought was kinda unprofessional how was it handed to me... but then my drink was wrong again so I politely asked for the sweet cold foam in my drink. I got the drink back and drove off but it was STILL wrong as she put whip cream instead of what I paid for and ordered. Not wanting this lady to get in trouble whatsoever because maybe she's new, maybe she's having a bad morning, who knows but I felt the whole face to face interaction could've been dealt with better from the beginning. This is what they gave me for hash browns to go with my breakfast sandwich and charged me $2 for it. They were all mashed together and I could not even separate them to eat them. So I went back into the store and she said well. They're always like that because we cooked them and then put them in the bag in a warmer and they just stick together. This store is not quite up to the same mediocre standards of standard DD's. My visit took place on a Thursday, 6:00 PM. I purchased a variety of donuts, a fritter, one Coke and a cup of coffee. Everyone of the donuts/fritter were stale and generally of poor quality. Do yourself a favor if you're at this location, drive on into Pigeon Forge for a better establishment. WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER No idea how this place is still in business. Ordered on the go HOT macchiato only to be given iced ones. It's hit or miss with this location. They are getting better but they still have some hiccups. It's not the easiest to get to. It's right beside the main road but the way you have to go in is odd. I can't say I recommend them right now, but I'll try them out again at a later date. read more

Came to Gatlinsburg on vacation. So excited to find this place on the way home, only to be met with disappointment. The lady kept us waiting at the speaker and after we started ordering, said "I can't even hear you, drive up to the window." Apparently she started making the coffee that she couldn't hear us order, even though we wanted turbo shots added. We got to the window and asked for them to be added, only to be told they were out of espresso....how is a coffee place out of espresso?!?!? My friend ordered a chicken croissant and then we were told they were out of croissants...cool. Did their delivery truck get stuck on a mountain?!? She got it on texas toast and said it was pretty good, but our hashbrowns were soggy. 2 stars for the sandwich that was tasty, but on the wrong bread. Bad service. Sub par food. The coffee is fine. I think it's just this entire area in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, but everyone single type of 'fast food' is anything but fast. Currently, there are six people "working" at this Dunkin location. Only one is kind of working, as in they are standing at the register. There is absolutely no hustle going on, and we are the only ones here, including the drive-thru. Taking an interesting time to even start making our coffees, we are still standing here waiting for them to finish our food order. And by finish our food order I mean start our food order. Now, 10 minutes later, food is ready and we can finally leave. Again, 6 people working, with no customers in the house or drive-thru. I just ask that they move with a sense of purpose. read more

The reason for the 1 Star is because of how I was treated at this Dunkin'. The coffee was great as always... I frequent this Dunkin' about once a week as I travel weekly to Sevierville for work. I also use the Merchants, Western Avenue and Cedar Bluff locations in Knoxville pretty regularly. Those locations are where I heard that they were giving free or discounted coffee to "community helpers" during the epidemic/stay home order. So like I do every Tuesday, I stopped by this specific Dunkin and ordered my coffee and I asked to make sure they were also participating in the promotion. The lady working the drive thru said yes, you just have to show your badge at the window. (I just want to state that I do usually order something to eat but didn't this morning- so even with the promotion, I still end up spending money.) So I get to the window and they ask to see my "badge" I said our facility does not use badges and showed her my name tag with the company logo on it. Told her my job title and credentials (RMA, Phlebotomist, Retinal Angiographer). Not to mention I had a stethoscope and N95 hanging from the rear view mirror. She explained that she has to see a "badge" and that the promotion is only for RNs or Doctors. So I paid for my $3 iced coffee. The point wasn't that I didn't get something for free. The point is, I am not an RN or a doctor but I do work in the medical field and have been in the public, face to face, taking care of our patients since the beginning of this epidemic. Never once has another location made me feel as though I was not significant enough. Additionally, when I got to the office and explained my experience to my co-workers, another lady in my office explained she also had an issue with the lady at the drive thru window at the very same Dunkin' this morning. read more

I placed an order on their app last night around 11:15pm. Both the website and app said they were open until midnight. We get there and sit at the window for a while as someone stands right by there ignoring us. Finally she opens the window and said they just closed.
