I go to this Dunkin all the time in the morning and it's usually pretty decent but I was so disappointed this time with my sausage biscuit. Dunkin what the heck is this the top biscuit is so small and looks like someone carved it out or ate on it. It does not fit at all. I just don't quite understand what happened.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in line and I was never acknowledged. I walked out never being recognized as a customer. I stopped for a Dunkin' Coffee. I've never had one. And will never have one now. (11/25/2022 12:05 lunch time). I will never return.

This is supposed to be a $2 order of hash rounds

If you want great service and good hash browns to go with your breakfast sandwich. Don't go to Duncan donuts at this location. This is what they gave me for hash browns to go with my breakfast sandwich and charged me $2 for it. They were all mashed together and I could not even separate them to eat them. So I went back into the store and she said well. They're always like that because we cooked them and then put them in the bag in a warmer and they just stick together. I said how are you supposed to eat these when they're just all one big clump? Now the picture is what they gave me new which was a huge bag that wasn't even helpful.

The frozen coffee we get at home was made just right here and I'm happy about that.

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The Heavenly Roast is a MUST when visiting the Smokies!!!…read more The shop is easy to find in Wears Valley, and what beautiful scenery surrounds the shop! Karen, one of the owners, has put so much thought into creating a fantastic and memorable space. The outdoors just got an upgrade with the addition of a little garden adjacent to the porch. There is a beautiful mural, a lovely fountain, and fun furniture that give the space such a fun vibe! Once you climb the stairs, you'll see various spots to lounge on the porch from rustic looking benches and chairs to swings hanging from rope. Upon entering the shop, it is a combination of rustic mountain decor with fun and whimsical pieces--- from the coffee tree to the taxidermy squirrel riding the bucking fox rodeo style. The place is so inviting, comfortable, and it's charm is unmatched. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your coffee in the Smokies. Spouse and I always get the Campfire Latte, and it's incredible with mocha, white mocha, and toasted marshmallow syrup. We have also had the Heavenly Harvest from their Fall drink menu, and we loved that too! Our coffee is always delicious and we just keep coming back for more! Karen and her baristas do such an awesome job making our coffee and it says something when they don't ask you anymore what you'll be having. Building rapport is an understatement as they make you feel much more than just another customer, but a part of their coffee house tribe.

The staff? Always cheerful and ready to serve. Karen, the owner, is most usually on location working behind the counter alongside her employees. You know you've e been there a lot when they no longer ask your name for the order. We have fallen in love with the iced campfire latte. It has marshmallow syrup, mocha, and cinnamon. It's... heavenly. And addictive! A must try. I'd highly recommend stopping by and supporting a local business. It's worth every dollar!

I found this place on Yelp. Thank you fellow Yelpers!…read more I ordered the Bayou Benedict. Tristan (my server) gave me this absolute fire recommendation!! kudos to him. We have eaten here about 6 times at all different times but after today, we won't be going back…read more Food: we ordered 1 Traditional Benedict w/Grits & 1 Blackened Shrimp Po Boy with 2 teas to drink. It was 12:00 & dining room was mostly empty. The Benedict sauce tasted like melted margarine & was pretty thick too. One of my eggs was totally boiled, meaning no runny yellow. The other egg was just barely runny. The Canadian Bacon was NOT real. It was some sort of sliced & spiced luncheon meat that tasted horrible. I asked the waitress for some butter for my grits, and she said "more butter?", as if it was fine the way it came, and what is wrong with me:-( The shrimp on the Po Boy was NOT Blackened. No spices what-so-ever. The french fries that came with it, were the best part of that meal:-( Our waitress, Becca M, avoided eye contact with us the entire time we ate, and remember, the place was over half empty. Once we were finished eating, she came over, after waiving her down, and asked how our meal was. We reported to her the unsatisfactory meal but we ate it because we were on a quick break from work & needed to hurry. We did not have time for a 2nd breakfast to be cooked. She picked up the bill & asked us to wait a minute. She returned after a while & told us she removed the charges for the two iced teas! So, we paid $35. for two people to have a crummy meal while on a quick break from work. FINALLY - we are so sick of those horrible metal chairs in the dining room. They hurt most people's outer legs/hips & do not encourage a customer to relax & be comfortable. In the past, the food was so good, we would just over look the chairs, but after today's horrible food & the lack of anyone caring about our visit, we won't be using our hard earned money to eat crummy food & be uncomfortable. FYI: after removal of our iced tea, our meal was $29.90, we did include a $5.00 tip.
