I've put up with this location for so long but at this point, I've made my last visit here. It's a shame because I never have no issues with food preparation here. Even the dunkalette I ordered here is especially good. The reason this place is getting a 1 star from me is that the service is absolute TRRAAASSSSHHHH!!! There are shady politicians in NYC that put more effort in their jobs than the workers in this place. My gripe about this place needs its own paragraph. This place has a reputation for lackluster service, the prior reviews here show I'm not alone in my discontent BUT this time is by far the most egregious offense. I've made my order on the Dunkin' app, which is by far one of the better made apps for quick service restaurants, it is surprisingly good and very rewarding...back to the story, whenever I make an order on the app, I at least give the place a 10 minute grace period, more than enough time for my stuff to already be made by the time I get there because I understand that there will be slight delays because the place has a drive thru as well but I just ordered one item so, rather easy for them to get it done. However by the time I get there, my dunkalette was nowhere in sight despite me giving them 11 minutes to complete one order. STRIKE 1! I get the attention of the server there who doesn't even recognize the order despite the order being completed on the app on that location and being on the computer behind him. STRIKE 2! The server, despite having acknowledged my order at this point, partially set up my order only for him to stop halfway and serve other people, even completing an order of someone who got here after me but got his before I did. Someone else had to finish the order I made on the app SEVERAL MINUTES AGO! STRIKE 3! I'M DONE! Wow I had a lot to say on this one but I needed to vent. This place has the potential to be a 3.5 at the least but is stuck under 2 stars because of the PITIFUL, GARBAGE, LOW EFFORT, DISGRACEFUL, LAME, BOTTOM SHELF service this place doles out just because they're the only Dunkin within miles with a drive thru. I've seen Postal Workers with more enthusiasm for their jobs than the people who do business here and it's just sad. If there was a Starbucks, Tim Hortons or even an indie coffee shop nearby, that place wouldn't be so damn lazy. I've literally had it with this spot. read more

No way an order for munchkins and a coffee takes over 20 minutes. I guess the only nice thing I can say is that the location is kind of clean. This is a hole in the wall DD spot. I've walked by this place a few times and finally decided to check it out. It can be very busy really fast. The day I went in there was only 1 person working (and it seems like this might always be the case since it is a small DD). If there's 3 persons in there be prepared to wait a little. Even though it's small, they do have a seating area but it was messy (don't forget it seems like there was only 1 person working there). They have a window where you can order out from and that might be faster and less cramped. read more

If you're picking up & dropping off at JFK, well it's pretty easy. That said, this place could really use a major cleaning - or it might not even be that dirty, but it's beat up. Today, clearly enunciated Dark Roast, Sugar, a Little Milk, when I arrived at the airport, my order had magically changed to a Black Coffee. I'd call that a coffee miracle. (So if stopping here, politely have your counter person repeat your order to you, or remove the lid from your chosen beverage before you walk out. Can I subtract Stars??? Awful customer service. My daughter's nurse, who is Caucasian, bought a coffee and used the free donut survey coupon- no problem! Then my partner, who happens to have dark skin, attempted to use the same survey coupon with a drink order and was denied, given some bogus excuse about expiration dates. Which is not true. The survey needed to be completed in 3 days, which it was, but the coupon didn't need to be used in 3 days... Repulsively biased! Plus no bathroom for customers. They truly are the worst dunkin donuts I've experienced. Their proximity to the airport is what keeps me going, but I'm just going to switch to McDonalds. The 3 worst incidents I have had: I've ordered a bagel with cream cheese and gotten half cream cheese and half sliced cheese. (I find this out when I get to work) I ordered a latte and they gave me ice coffee. I pointed this out and the girl takes the cup puts whip cream, closes it and hands it back to me. Calls it "Butter pecan ice latte." Fed up, I left. I ordered a drink once and they wrap a busted cup in a tissue and gave it to me. I got to work and it spilled everywhere. My clothes my car. I went and showed them the pictures and that night (after work) and the manager called me a liar and refused to refund my money. I give up with these people. You can only give them so many chances to ruin your day before work. I don't recommend them. If you love dunkin find another resturant, this one is horrible. read more

This is a review for the DD's on the corner of 134th street and Rockaway Blvd, next to the tire place. I came here yesterday with my son because I was told that on the 31st of the month they give out free scoops of ice cream. Before I even ordered I ask a lady there if they favored it and she said yes (in a way that she didn't want anyone to hear). I told her to give me a minute to pick my flavor and she helped the next person. Another guy came up to the glass to help me. Me: "I'd like the free scoop, My son wants chocolate and I'd like Mint please" Guy: "3 scoop? ok." Me: "No, FREE scoop because it's the 31st?" Guy: "not possible" Me: "she said that you guys favored this promotion" (pointing in her direction) Guy goes over to her and asks her and she gives me a side eye and said "yes it's the 31st". So he goes to someone else and starts asking other workers if its true and they all said yes but almost as if it was a secret. There was no promotions anywhere stating that this was a day for free scoops. so the guy comes back and gives me a scoop of chocolate so I give it to my son, then I said I'd like mint please" Guy: "you have to pay for the other one which is $1.49" So i gave him a look and told him I didn't understand....everyone gets a free scoop Guy: "It's only 1 scoop per order" Me: "so your telling me if 7 ppl came in here for this, your only giving them 1 scoop?" "It's a scoop per person" "Does my son not count as a person?" The guy walks away and comes back and repeats himself to pay for the other one. I didn't bring my wallet on purpose because i wasn't expecting to pay due to the promotion. Me and my son were having a bad day so i thought it was a great idea to be treated but that failed. Now what really upsets me about this crap is that HE didn't even know about this promotion! And now he's putting rules on something he didn't know was going on?????? and the lady is just standing there speaking under her breath to him and he refuses to give it to me so for the sake that I had my son with me I left very disappointed. The whole time it was like they didn't even want to give me the ice cream and didn't want anyone else to know which made me feel very uncomfortable. I live up the block from this place, come here all the time, pass it everyday and they treat me like I don't spend my money here so I don't think i'll ever be going back. The people who work here should have way better customer service skills then what I received. Working in this field myself for 10 years I understand it can be hard at times but they weren't even trying to be nice at all. Seems like they just wanna make the money and go. Just some advice the better you treat your customers the more they spread the word of your business to others which makes your place boom with positive reviews and always brings people back to order from you and no other place. If your service and attitude are great then there's no reason to have a bad day. You may even lift someone else's day which is what I was hoping for but now you guys lost out on my business and the other 100 potential people I could've had spend money in your place.
