We pulled up to the drive up and the worker just said "hi" and we just sat there waiting for them to say something else, but they never did so we just started ordering. I'm old enough to remember when Dunkin' was good. When the donuts were fresh. When the donuts tasted like real donuts. Now, they get shipped donuts from some factory and they taste like plastic and regret. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I think that's where they decided to concentrate. Coffee is easier to make in confined spaces, and it seems like people would rather get their sugar in coffee than in carby cakes nowadays, so maybe it was a smart business strategy. If donuts aren't your thing, they do have a couple of microwaved sandwiches for you to shove in your gullet, but they taste like cheap microwaved sandwiches. For the cost of them, you might as well go next door to McDonald's, which is the undisputed KING of breakfast-on-the-go, or head a mile or so down the road to the Kwik Trip and get a cheaper, better-tasting microwaved breakfast sandwich. WOW they have donuts! So I bumped it up from a 1 to a 3 star as they actually had donuts! It would have been a 4 except they now don't carry the Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee in the bottle....weird, I guess they want to see the ones they make but the bottle tastes bester to me. Super great service! Their iced lattes are to die for! Great prices compared to other chains like Starbucks or locally owned beans n cream. The only complaint is that it can be hard to order through the drive thru (especially when wanting a large order of donuts) I would recommend just going inside for your order unless your getting a simple quick drink- things tend to get easily messed up and your order can come out wrong. they got my coffee order absolutely wrong and was rude to me over the phone when trying to get it fixed Edit: 4th time they've messed up my coffee in a row. i would go elsewhere but the closest one next to this one is 23 minutes away :( i used to be a barista i know it gets stressful, but it's frustrating having my coffee wrong all the time especially when it's a chain establishment. my boyfriend had to go back three times yesterday bc they kept getting it wrong and he just ended up buying a completely new coffee bc the one they were continuing to try and fix was at the point where it was an hour old and they didn't even offer to make it fresh when he went back the third time. i shouldn't have to buy two coffees a day to make sure my coffee is right. i'm beyond pissed this keeps happening. in florida i was an avid dunkin customer all through high school and out but the one up here is making me not want to ever go back read more

None of the employees had masks on while making our drinks or serving us. Please get management to remind employees that they need to wear masks. If I knew no one was wearing a mask I never would have gone to this location. The other downtown location everyone had masks on. read more

This is the ONLY location I go to because they seem to always get my order right. I always order the Iced Macchiato with Carmel Flavouring and EVERY SINGLE TIME it taste like how it should! I look for consistency in businesses and they've got this spot on. I'm always happy with the service. I go through the drive-thru and the staff is always friendly, they never forget the straws and they have a chat with you when your order takes longer than expected. They are so nice and friendly here. Occasionally I'll order a donut but I'm trying to watch my sugar intake so the coffee is just fine for me. My kids really like that new Reese's donut the Bavarian filled donut is my husband's favorite and I always order 2 dozen donuts before I visit my family in MN! 5 STARS!!! Wow--how lucky to have this restaurant in Sun Prairie. Their product is TOP QUALITY and am surprised they have my favorite donut. The PROBLEM we had recently was we were using the drive-up service being 'ATTACKED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF DORN'S HARDWARE POUNDING ON OUR WINDOW OF OUR VEHICLE SCREAMING AT US' claiming we had NO RIGHT to be in 'THEIR" PARKING LOT accusing us of blocking the access for her customers when we were NOT---being so upset by this old lady accusing us only to learn from the Manager of Dunkin' Donuts she caused such a disturbance they called the POLICE to help them. I called the Manager of Dorn's True Value Hardware to report the misconduct of their employee that was so offensive I would NOT shop at their store if she was allowed to treat people in this manner. If anyone encounters this again, do report it. They don't own that public parking lot which is to service many businesses. As a result my disabled daughter was so upset she felt she couldn't use the drive up service physically had to walk into the restaurant making her suffer pain by an idiot employee of Dorn's True Value Hardware. I told both MANAGERS this issue that apparently had been going on all morning needs to be resolved between both owners of these businesses and not subject their customers to being attacked. We have lived in Sun Prairie for years with so many wonderful people who are so lovely and nice we were shocked by this cranky lady at Dorn's that I now wonder if she was the owner's mom because the manager response was 'I know who you are speaking of' without responding 'we are sorry and this will not happen again', but instead in a manner of that he knew yet he didn't stop it from continuing to others points to an 'owner' I now believe as no employee would risk their job violating strangers/customers. I pray this issue is resolved by the OWNERS of both businesses so no one is subjected to the attack we encountered by Dorn's True Value Hardware-shame on her. read more
