Today was my first time at the Spring Cypress/249 location. When I first drove up to the drive thru to place my order the guy on the other end starts the conversation by saying "what would you like?" No formal greeting that most fast food places give in the drive thru. Once I told him my order he then repeats one thing correct then i have to give him the full order again piece by piece. As he finishes he says "ok, come to the window." That was my first red flag of horrible customer service. When I get to the window a girl comes up with the drink orders. No smile and a rude/annoyed when i asked about adding cream to my iced coffee. Once she returns with my card and no receipt i ask for one and she looks very annoyed again... and said "um the receipt machine isn't working" but I only caught the last part of that sentence because she had turned away and the window shut. So I sat there for 2-3 minutes (mind you there's 5+ cars behind me) and finally someone (i assume a manager) comes to the window with an annoyed face and asked "can I help you?" I said I'm waiting for my receipt... she then rolls her eyes and goes back to the computer and takes another 2-3 minutes and then came back to the window to tell me she can't give me a receipt unless she refunds my order and redo the transaction. For the sake of the people behind me, I ended up telling her that this was the worst customer service experience and drove off while she screamed something at me as I drove away which I'm unsure of. The customer service is always hit or miss. More often than not it sucks. Staff seems to be lacking motivation. Maybe they'd step up their game if a Starbucks opened up down the road. Horrible service. Wanted a cold medium French Vanilla Latte without ice due to personal preference. (When ice melts, the drink becomes watered down and tastes bad) Employee refused to fill cup up to the top due to there being no ice. They filled it up halfway and blamed it on their "recipe" which requires ice or we only get half a cup. As if not bad enough, when we received our drink (with ice due to his demand), there was absolutely no taste besides being bitter. It tasted as if there was no cream or sugar added. Additionally, the employee slammed the window on us and made us wait several extra minutes when the drink was done. Guess I wasted my coupon! Avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all cost. read more

My family and I were so disappointed Tuesday evening. We went there after dinner at around 6 pm to get a coffee, and one of the employees tells us that the counter is closed and we need to go through the drive-thru. What coffee shop closes so early during a week day? This location is the closest to us, even though it's a 20 minute drive. We were looking forward to having a coffee and my son wanted a donut. This store is very clean the service sufficiently fast, however almost all of the donuts have half of the icing! They miserably skimp on the toppings and icings In order to CHEAT the customers. Manager is a sweet lady but if you have the teenage Asian boy prepare to be treated disrespectfully as he will sigh and be rude the entire time then chuckle about it... and prepare to double check your drinks because he WILL get them wrong. my sister works the night shift so I went by to pick her up some coffee because she needs it to stay up all night. this location closes at 10:00 pm, I was there at 9:10. I sat at the drive through for 10/15 minutes and no one was answering to take my order, I looked up and saw the worker sitting at the window on his phone. I love DD, but the people who work here, with the acception of one or two, are terrible. On multiple occasions I've been asked to give my order a second time upon getting to the window. They give me the wrong items, and then act like I'm inconveniencing them. Then, when you try to tell them something is wrong, they argue with you. This morning I came to Dunkin' Donuts like i do every morning, the same location. The staff is very pleasant whenever you do come into contact with them, very respectful and polite. I was ordering through the drive thru and asked for the 2 croissant sandwiches for $5, when i pulled up to the window the girl (black hair and blue eyes, with black mask) sounded very annoyed and was talking very low to where i almost couldn't hear her she got more annoyed as I asked her what she said, and had to repeat herself. When we got to the window and got our food, my husband mentioned they did not put the second sandwich in the bag and to let them know. I let the girl that was taking care of us know about the extra sandwich. She glared at me, then rolled her eyes at my husband and I, because i gave her cash I guess it was too much to ask to just add another sandwich, and give the difference back. She didn't give our money back after the price change and I also had to ask for someone else to take care of us, because she was getting more and more unpleasant as time went on. I know everyone has bad days, but none of those feelings should be brought to work and taken out on customers. I have been coming to this spot almost every morning for the past year, never had any problems until today. My husband and I will not be coming back because of this girl and her horrid attitude. Normally the customer service is really good...the early morning shift is awesome. There's a new cashier, Munazza, and she has 0 customer service skills. She's rude. No manners whatsoever. And another young girl (middle eastern, lots of makeup, dyed light brown hair) was just as rude. Just a little advice for these little girls: quit if you don't like the job, or learn how to say good morning, thank you, and have a nice day. read more
