Sure, there was one time they misheard my order and turned my matcha into a smoothie--and it was not good. I politely let them know, and they immediately remade it and handed me a coupon. That's why the super harsh reviews make me raise an eyebrow. If you're nice, explain the problem, and don't go in guns blazing, they make it right--no drama. I'm not here to knock anyone's personal experience, and I normally don't review other people's reviews, but I felt like I should share what I've seen. I'm here a ton, and overall, it's been a solid experience every time.

I asked for them to be remade and the young lady working said they weren't able to do remakes. Huh?!?! Add to that the cookies were fresh, however they were loaded in icing. So much so, there wasn't much cookie to taste. :-( I didn't get pic of it, but it was a lot. Oh and did I mention that you have to tip BEFORE the service? And... once the purchase with or without tip has been made, according to the staff member working, it can't be altered. I found that odd - leaving a poor impression overall. Not sure we will be back. It wasn't sweet at all and I personally didn't like the tea base. The Strawberry Breeze was probably my favorite out of the drinks I tried, but even that one tasted inconsistent throughout the drink. It was a nice citrus and tea blend that was perfect for my palette. Aloe was a good topping option. Sadly, this wasn't my drink. A new girl was working, which I understand it's hard, but she wasn't trained right she was working alone and was having troubles checking people out in front of us. every time I'm there I have to ask them for a certain topping that is out sometimes or in the back every time I ask, they go in the back and bring it out for me. Was frustrated tonight because I asked the new girl and she just looked at me and my dad and said I'm new. I don't know. I explained to her the situation and what the topping looks like and she wouldn't even turn around to try and look. Just absolutely ignored me and looked at me like I was crazy. I have my experience in working in food so if you don't know then you usually look around and try to find out before shutting a customer down. Anyway. The yogurt is amazing and the people, expect for tonight.
