Now we live over 30 minutes away and still try to find an excuse to justify driving that far just for our favorite coffee. That should tell you how good it is. We've come to learn that all of our favorite coffee shops are Italian. They just do coffee better. Nothing beats a shakerato, NOTHING. My husband and I came to grab a coffee here on Saturday and then we headed 5-ish minutes down the road to Home Depot. By the time he got back to the car, I had already finished my large coffee. I said "Hey, we have adult money, and we live far away, can we go through the drive thru and grab me another one?" And so, we did. My go to order is a large vanilla shakerato with espresso cream. It is glorious. It is beautiful. It really gives you the umph you need to get through the day. I've yet to try them, but everything in their pastry case looks fresh and delicious. The cafe is very warm and inviting. There are always people hanging around and chatting or working. This is just the epitome of cozy coffee shop. It's truly my favorite in Houston.

Negatives - I have to say that Infuzion is not what it once was. Some of their drinks taste good but some of them are really lacking something. As I said about the other location - definitely one of the places where I have mixed opinions. My first visit here I really like some of the Innovative drinks they had. The stand in the Cypress outlet mall on the other hand was really disappointing. When we came back for our second and third visits here we had a more mixed experience. I didn't get the best impression of the owners and some of the drinks we're not very impressive. So I have mixed feelings and issues with this place. I still think it's great to have this at the mall and it's still a lot better than most bubble tea you will find in most malls. I think it must be a part of their weekend first opening. When I walked in, I noticed that it was colorful and commercial looking. The cashier was having trouble taking my order and asking the manager all of the questions. I assumed he was just in training. The menu was so overwhelming that it didn't seem like anything I've been used to in terms of Boba tea shops. The staff had no idea what I was ordering, which became a red flag for me. I noticed as they mixed it, it looked like they had no idea what they were doing in terms of making this drink. I began to realize that someone is possibly capitalizing off of the culture. This shop is very commercial and doesn't really capture what a good Boba drink should taste like. I've been chewing on the jelly for longer than necessary, and I've wondered if this was Remotely close to the same jelly that they use. The team lead/manager was sweaty and looking overwhelmed. I realized the AC wasn't blowing away. It should and that he was hot, possibly the only person who knows how to run the place. I wanted tapioca BALLS, usually licorice flavored and CHEWY. The 'jelly' in my drink was thick, soft strands, very soft and mushy, not chewable. Texture is a significant experience in one of these unique drinks, entirely lacking in mine. I will never order another drink with 'jelly' again. If the more chewable tapioca balls are available, I need to see it on the menu. I did not see it or know it was available. I thought 'jelly' was simply a different shape of tapioca with body equal to that of the tapioca balls I have had in all my previous drinks. It is not.

I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Strawberry Breeze, Crème Brulee Dirty Boba, and Bursting Dragon Fruit. The Bursting Dragon Fruit was definitely my least favorite. It wasn't sweet at all and I personally didn't like the tea base. The Strawberry Breeze was probably my favorite out of the drinks I tried, but even that one tasted inconsistent throughout the drink. One thing I did really enjoy was the dessert. The Cookie Snowfall was actually very good and probably my favorite thing I ordered overall.
