I was so excited to try Dunkin when I saw it coming to town, but sadly I was let down. The donuts were hard and tasted like they were at least a day old and the breakfast sandwich my husband and I split was so bad. It was the one that looked like it was on toast, can't remember the name but it had some weird after taste to it and it was extremely greasy. The coffee we had was just ok, I can make better at home. Personally I like donut chains because batches get bought and changed out more frequently but that's just my experience. The only place I've had that hasn't been a chain that's been amazing is PsychoDonuts in San Jose and those donuts are their own level of no joke. Other than that I rely on chains for my fix. This place by no doubt is in a weird and ironic location though. Regardless I was excited to have a Dunkin Donuts here because I've wanted that or KrispyKreme here in Tracy for SO LONG. Prayers answered. I have never had DD and well...I am a convertee. I may have just ditched my loyalty for KrispyKreme for Dunkin Donuts. First off it's not frosting ontop of more frosting-which I appreciate. Because sometimes that's too much. And the frosting that is on there is really damn good. I had the strawberry ones and they legitimately tasted like strawberry. I've heard good things about their coffee and oh my god their coffee. GO FOR THE COFFEE. Convenient drive-thru. Fresh donuts. My favorite is the French Crullers. The plain chocolate donuts are very dry, we didn't care it. The chocolate glaze was good too. just some feedback for Dunkin Donuts: I think the drive-thru menu needs some work. Make the donut options easier to find. Place the sign for the selections of donuts at car height, not above the car sight line. read more

2nd visit and the worst service ever. Ordered probably half a dozen and named all the donuts we wanted thinking she(girl with blue hair) was putting the order in the computer or whatever. Gave her the money to pay for it and asked her to hold on to check if they had 2% fat milk but she already charged me and then went to check if there was milk. She came back with regular milk so I said forget it. Then she took someone's else's order without even finishing mine. Once she started putting my order together she called me back and said "what did you guys order again" what the fuck were you putting in the order the whole time? Smh read more

Hailing from New England, land of Dunkin, I was immensely disappointed with my first DD experience since relocating to CA. Employees were more concerned with getting a good review than actually making a good cup of coffee. I've ordered the same iced coffee hundreds of times at many different locations across the country and this was by far the worst - even after asking them to fix it... it's really not that hard people. Our breakfast sandwiches weren't very good either, but I can't fairly attribute this to this location as I'm unsure if DD changed their product or if it was just poorly made. Only positive were the hashbrowns - which to be fair are impossible to mess up. I understand this is a new location, but proper training is painfully necessary. read more

Ordered a frozen reg coffee and glazed donut holes. YUK!!! The coffee was so bitter I could not drink it, and I drink all kinds of coffee and love coffee. The donut holes were so dense and dry, neither my husband or I could eat them. Super disappointing. What a waste!! read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts! We drove all the way out to Tracy and they literally had only 3 types of donuts available. I asked what happened to the donuts and they said that more would be available in an hour. What kind of management would let that happen? The inside was filthy. Got a dark roast and it was lukewarm. Needless to say it wasn't a great, nor even good, tasting coffee. My girlfriend got a vanilla latte, which was mediocre at best. You're better off spending your money elsewhere and supporting local businesses. read more

The owner of this franchise needs to visit a real Dunkin Donuts in the mid west or east coast. I bought a dozen donuts on three separate days and each time I was very disappointed. The glazed donuts are too dense and almost taste a little stale. The jelly filled donuts have hardly any powdered sugar on them. The Donuts and Yogurt place right across the parking lot are much better and less expensive. I would not mind Dunkin's prices if the Donuts were like back east. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location. First of all the drive-through took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. Once I receive my food both of my croissant sandwiches had meat on them when I had specifically asked them not to put meat so when I told them that there was meat on the sandwiches they simply took off the meat and gave me back the same sandwich. I found pieces of the old meat still on my sandwich which was unbelievable. Then when they give me my coffees they gave me hot coffees instead of iced coffees. Their donuts are good, service fine. Cost for a dozen is up at the high end of what a dozen should cost. I dropped them two stars for their coffee. I go to this location specifically because of their great customer service and fast pace environment. There has been more than one incident in the drive-through where they forget multiple items in my order. I love this place but at the same time if they're forgetting items that I purchased, it's frustrating. Just left and received excellent customer services from KP. She was very warm when she took my order and when they did not have what I was asking for she gave me a free donut. Me and my wife stopped in for some sweets and a drink earlier today. As i walked in i went to the restroom and my wife to the counter. Noticed the door was locked and my wife asked if they could unlock it and they told her we had to purchase something first. So we did and after paying another employee came and unlocked the restroom. During this time there were two girls sitting by the window. One was sitting down and the other girl was standing and plucking the girl sitting down eyebrows. Me and my wife couldn't believe our eyes thinking how unsanitary this was. As we walked out the girl that unlocked the restroom sat down with the two by the window. It was then that i realized that the girl standing plucking the other girls eyebrows was an employee as well. After this experience we will NEVER be BACK AGAIN!!! The fiancé and I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a hash brown, donut holes, & an iced coffee. The sandwiches and iced coffee were ready, when the rest weren't. I didn't want to have my sandwich get cold so I decided to eat first, complain later. Useless idea, my sandwich wasn't even hot. It was cold as the coffee, which was pleasant at least. I finally tried this place to see how it compares to Krispy Kreme. Waited in drive thru for almost 20 mins, to then find out they had no chocolate donuts at all?!!! Come on, it's 10 am on a Saturday!! They should prepare for more business at that time, and have all donuts available. When we get to the window, the young gal gives me the wrong drinks, just seemed totally clueless with the order....and how are they not going to have original hot chocolate, just flavored?!!! I am giving 2 stars cause I like their coffee. Krispy Kreme has better, lighter, donuts. We should have gone to the donut shop just across the parking lot....hear they have better donuts. I went here with a friend a few times and I was not disappointed. Donuts tasted great, they know how to make a good iced coffee, and the workers are very nice and friendly. Ehh. The coffee is blah. No real depth to the flavor. The iced coffees are better especially when it's 80 degrees out at 6am. I think their donuts are amazing! I got a jelly filled one and the jelly tasted like cheap canned jelly. It was chunky! My daughter ordered a pink frosted donut and the frosting tasted like a quarter machine fake bubble gum flavor.
