I never really wanted to go back ever since my last review. For some reason I thought I would give it a second chance. I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. After paying I realized I overpaid a $1. I mentioned it to the cashier. She said that it was because I asked for sausage instead of bacon and she forgot to give me a discount. She apologized but didn't offer to give me my money back. A pretzel sandwhich, a tiny coffee and 6 tiny hash brown bites cost me over $8 The sandwich was nasty. My first bite was gritty like the yolk in a hardboiled egg. I looked at the egg and it was egg white that I bit into. My only guess is that the eggs are frozen then heated prior to serving. I had egg bits all over my lap. The egg had no integrity. The coffee is still good quality, but I can't get over how they do the cream and sugar for you. Maybe this works in the big cities where everyone is busy, but I like condiments and making my coffee to taste. No soda/ice machine either. I can't ice my coffee to a descent temperature. By the time the coffee is drinkable I am either at work or can't drink it. Due to lackluster service, quality of food and lack of condiments, I have reduced my rating to 2 stars read more

Dunkin Donuts used to be a great place to go to. Twice we ordered a "toasted" English muffin sandwich and twice it was just heated. Can't seem to understand what a toasted English muffin is. It's bad enough that they don't make the donuts on site anymore read more

I already knew what to expect from the donuts (trucked in stale, yuck), but who knew they could mess up coffee also, like regular black coffee? Unbelievably weak black coffee with no flavor. I was drinking hot brown water. read more

35 minutes to make a small coffee. And this is after waiting in line at the SINGLE register that was open. How about instead of having so many cooks in the kitchen that y'all are bumping into each other that you delegate someone to another register, especially during your busy morning hours. Ok so I went to go get a half a dozen of donuts right, and I get the box and go home and I find that half of one of the donuts is missing and it looked like it was bitten off. I mean come one that literally made me throw up, the place is good and all but like this like the 100th time the news up something with my stuff, like last time I got the wrong order and then another time I was missing something and it's just stupid it's changing my bid about that place read more

This Dunkin' Donuts always manages to screw my order up, then when I ask for it to be fixed I'm looked and treated like an idiot. I'm here right now and they couldn't seem to make an iced French vanilla coffee to save their lives or a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all, and the coffee must've been all cream. TWICE I had to go back and ask them to fix my sandwich and my coffee. I come to Dunkin every day and spend 13$ or so, you'd think I could get better service. And it's just this Dunkin I have issues at. Needless to say I will not be coming here anymore. read more

She helped me make decisions based off the current deals they have, as well as made the perfect custom coffee drink for me! Our food came out before I even finished paying. The donuts are pretty good if fresh. The service is great here. The atmosphere is part fast-food, part coffee-shop, with some comfy chairs and short tables in one area. I had a sausage and egg bagel, and it was awful. The sausage tastes like chemicals, and the egg white was mush, like it was formed powdered egg whites. Stick to the donuts. read more

The convenience from Rita Ranch is awesome. The donuts are fresh & tasty. Go in the morning if you want to get your favorite flavors, the popular ones go fast. I never use the drive-thru, I'd rather go in & visually pick out a dozen with my grand girl, Jada. A guy with four hungry boys was behind me and turned around and went out the door as well. They're losing business because they don't know how to manage the volume. 2 weeks ago I stopped by for an Americano but the espresso machine was broke. To my surprise they gave me a coupon for a free medium one. Today I went back to get my free expresso and tried to again order an Americano, the original drink I ordered, but was told the coupon was for a Latte and therefore they couldn't give me an Americano......I explained that had ordered an Americano when the expresso machine was broke and that was why I received a free coupon. Again the kid stated that I couldn't get an Americano since the coupon said Latte. WTF? I should have ordered a Latte and asked him to hold the milk......idiot. Needless to say I did not get a free drink after all. I cannot wait until Dutch Brothers opens. I suppose I can't complain too much, I'm only out a coupon for a free drink that I didn't pay for. Came here with my husband kids and dog. Really nice and clean new building. Dog friendly. My husband went in and got his coffee after he was finished I went in and went to the restroom. I asked for a cup of water and the girl had told me they charge $0.25 for water. And then just ask if they could unlock the bathroom so I can fill my dog's bowl with water and she said yes. Then the young man that worked there said that he could give me a cup of ice put in the dogs water as well. I appreciated that, i am sure our dog did too! read more

This location has only been open 5 days, but I've been everyday so far. Mainly through the drive thru, but today I came inside. Each time I've been, it has been fast service considering how incredibly busy they are. And they have been very friendly. I have had a couple of issues with trying to use coupons/rewards, or paying with the app, but they are still learning and figuring it out. The donuts and sandwiches have been fresh and the drinks have been consistently good. Overall, I've been pleased. Totally happy to have them in the area! There are no fountain drinks here, at least the last times we visited, and they charge a lot for the bottled beverages. I don't eat any gf foods anymore, but my husband does, and he said he won't buy their donuts at this location anymore because the ones he has tried from this DD tasted old, not fresh. Maybe they are fresh early in the day, but when we have gone it has been later on in the evening. On the other hand the staff is nice, and the coffee is top notch. Really like the products. My wife loved the new latte caramel square. But I asked whether they had refills on the coffee, and the answer was "yes." But the way they define refills is that you order and pay for a completely new cup of coffee, except they use the same cup. Some places do not charge for refills, some have a lesser charge, some tell you up front that they do not have refills. Had I known they did not have refills, I would have ordered a larger size for $.20 more rather than $1.61 more. They wouldn't do anything to accommodate me. read more

Staff is friendly with a few exceptions but I noticed a lot of younger adults/teenagers work at this location so the coffee drinks served are obviously made lazy and with lack of training. I ask for specifications and they ask me questions like I don't know what I'm talking about and then don't do it anyway. read more

Went inside for the first time today; previous visit was though the drive through for a quick coffee. Today's visit was laughable. Ordered one glazed donut and a chicken snack wrap with no ranch. Then watched as the 7 employees that I could see stood around acting as if they weren't quite sure what to do with themselves. It was very clear to my wife and I what should be going on as the dining area was a disaster. Of the maybe 15 tables in there, there was probably one clean...and it had a spilled drink under it. The floors were atrocious and obviously the wall between the prep area and the dining area presents such a viewing obstacle that it never gets a second look. The Domino's Pizza delivery lady that showed up with pizzas received more attention than the cleaning did. Ten minutes later, finally got my order and we bailed. Got in the vehicle and the staff strikes again...opened my chicken snack wrap WITH ranch...unbelievable. read more

I called to order coffee and donuts as I usually do 2 or 3 times a month for meetings. Today I was told they no longer accommodate call ahead orders. This is frustrating, this is the only donut shop in the area and close to the freeway. I spoke to the manager he advised he couldn't help me. Odd that he wants me to stand in line to order 5 dz donuts and 2 boxes of coffee and hope that they have the inventory and coffee made to accommodate me, or wait for them to make the coffee. My time is valuable, and this is to much to chance here. Bruggers Bagels just earned my companies business. That was close to 80 dollars I spent there 2 sometime or 3 times a week that they just lost. Poor choices from the management cost the owner business. They do not have enough counter space so people congregate around what there is waiting for their order in what amounts to a typical east side Tucson "rude fest". Requested an order of assorted munchkins at 830 on Saturday morning. Was told there were no filled, no powdered, and "a few blueberry and chocolate cake ones" Kids still wanted munchkins so went with 25. They sold us 16, oh there were 25 if you count the halves, squished pieces and the one that had two lumps. We have tried this place on three other occasions and won't return.
