We went there this morning for some quick breakfast to eat! We ordered the $8 breakfast special they advertise on TV! The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was amazing and you also get tater tots and a medium iced or hot coffee with the deal! Tots were also delicious and the coffee was nice and hot and fresh! Today we decided to try some breakfast items since we really enjoyed our donuts and mini bagels yesterday. But this time we decided to get our food delivered, here's why I think you should just go to the store instead. I ordered an iced coffee but I added 4 cream, 4 vanilla and I added Stevias. Don't add stevia! If you're going to add stuff to your coffee here, just go full fat and full sugar! My iced coffee tasted watered down and disgusting! I didn't even drink a quarter of it before I dumped it! Waste of almost 5 bucks! Wife ordered a hot coffee with vanilla flavoring and cream. When it got here the coffee was semi warm but hot! She says it was "drinkable hot." But to me the cup felt cold. We got two orders of the hash browns, the plus side was they were the round kind, everything else about them was disgusting! They weren't crunchy at all, extremely mushy, overly seasoned and has a weird taste to them! Almost like plastic! The snack bacon was "ok", I thought the pieces would be crispier but they were more on the soft bite side. Flavor was "interesting" at first but then I grew to enjoy the sweet and over peppery flavor. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on the croissant was "ok", but for the price of one here you can get two at McDonald's and the ones at the Golden Arches tastes better! Decent sandwich at Dunkin but I would pass on it. We got the everything bagel minis this time and my wife said they were very good! The best thing we got this morning! Overall I would skip getting breakfast here if you don't have to. Stick to the average donuts and the coffee. Don't waste paying an arm and a leg for breakfast you can get better somewhere else. My wife and I used to come to this Dunkin from time to time but for awhile we stopped going. We decided recently to go get some coffee from Dunkin since it's a little cheaper than Starbucks and it's been awhile since we had them. I don't know what happened to this place but they have like 2-3 workers there. This place must've gotten new management cause their drinks are just full cups of ice with just a pinch of coffee. 6 dollars for a large coffee, and all you get is ice. On top of that even if you put less ice on your mobile order, they still put a full cup of ice. The workers in here all have the most dull faces possible. I stood by the counter in an empty restaurant for about five minutes before anyone said a word to me, the floor was filthy. Every single table is dirty and all the chairs are dirty. I overheard the barista complain about a ton of online orders, i've worked restaurant and food long enough to know that if you let everything build up and the place is dirty, it means you suck at your job. Will not be coming back, definitely rather give money to Starbucks or Dutch bros. The only reason this place is still in business is because it's too big to fail. I just went in today and I ordered a medium ice carmel craze, and I waited almost 20 minutes for my drink while others who placed their order before me got their order. My husband and I recently visited over 15 coffee shops in the area and ordered the exact same drink at every place - an iced carmel macchiato. I was absolutely shocked that Dunkin' rated #1 for me based on taste and value. Yes, you can get a slightly better macchiato at a boujee place like Vali Coffee in Tulare, however you are also going to pay about 4$ more for it. It is certainly an odd donut experience to go through a drive through and no see the donuts being selected. But suprises can be fun! We got a random half dozen and received a decent spectrum. A couple chocolate and a couple creme filled, a blueberry, and a simple glazed. The chocolate was great. The creme was fair. The blueberry was loved (by those that like blueberry things). COVID-19 took the drive thru. It moved fast! The worker was masked and very kind. I asked what was the most popular nonfat sugar free latte and I was told the coconut was so I ordered that. I also ordered 2 of every kind of their munchkins. They have ones like powdered, chocolate, pumpkin, etc. The worker handed me my order and wished me a good day! Appreciated! My brother & I came here on Xmas day & we ordered some donut holes & cold brew(vanilla with "cold foam") I should've just not ordered anything to be honest. The cold brew was just disgusting. Overly sweet, the cold brew was way to strong (super concentrated)that it wasn't even enjoyable. The foam was more of a whipping consistency.I love me some cold brew with cold foam but this drink wasn't it at all. When I got home i added a cup of water to dilute it with some heavy cream. Made it less sweet & bitter still not enjoyable but whatever it was my fault for ordering something that I've never ordered here. Nevertheless I learned my lesson to never come to a Dublin donuts. I brought my 3 year old here this AM she loves donuts. I walked in and the first person in line was sitting with his child waiting to place an order. This should have been my first warning. Time goes by and he gets told sorry about the wait 3 more times then they stopped helping the drive through for a second to take his order. I also get told sorry about the wait 4 times in the next 10 mins so I left. Honestly help those in que to be helped who bothered to get our of their car and come in and have been waiting. 3 people should not be dedicated to the drive through. This location is super inconsistent. I read reviews about how customers order light ice and do not receive a full cup of whatever they order; however, I do not ask for light ice and this is how my drink was handed to me today. It's usually low, but not this low. I'd rather the coffee not spill out of the cup, but I also don't want to feel like I just paid for a large when it looks like a medium in a large cup. I always do a mobile order when I'm 1/2 mile away but my order is never ready. Even if there's one car in drive thru, it takes a while. Yesterday, I walked inside to pick up my mobile order and they made my drink first, then prepared my bagel mini bites. The parking lot is always full of trash as is the trash bin in the drive thru. It seems like all employees park closest to front door when they should be parking furthest so that customers have closest parking. And, when I walk in every morning about 6:15am, there's always an employee on break in the lobby on the phone. Is there no break room? For the amount of time it takes to push out orders early in the morning and it's not so busy, you would think it would be a lot more organized. I never had issues when the Hanford location opened. Oof. I'd love to write a great review, but... yesterday was probably my last day visiting Dunkin' Donuts. Their coffee is pretty tasty, but yesterday we went through the drive thru for some donuts. We ordered a box of the "Munchkins" - 25 donut holes (except there were only 18), and 2 apple fritters. Everything was dry, old, and the donut holes were only half glazed. Ended up throwing them away. To top it all off, the wait time in the drive thru was almost 25 minutes. I thought with the long wait and high prices, they'd at least serve fresh donuts. Not the case.
