NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin' on Hog Mountain Road in Watkinsville (a 90-mile drive for me one way to support a project). I initially stopped in to request receipt reprints for company credit card reconciliation, and the staff was helpful. However, after misplacing those receipts, I returned two weeks later to apologetically request another set. This simple request was met with unnecessary attitude from a staff member who loudly pointed out they had already helped me before. The interaction became escalated (too much to convey here), then uncomfortable and unprofessional, even after I calmly explained the situation. When the manager got involved, I was told the receipts would be ready later that day. I returned the following Monday, only to be met with a noticeably cold reception. To make matters worse, my food order was handed to me in a careless and dismissive manner. Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of the situation. While I understand my mistake in losing the receipts, the response I received made a simple request far more frustrating than it needed to be. I hope management addresses these service issues moving forward. Perhaps some additional customer service training and less group think. Sadly, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. read more

Today was my first adventure to Dunkin. I have seen endless commercials and Tik Toks about their donuts and drinks. I must mark this joint of my bucket list! Walking in, we were instantly greeted. The gal at the register was really nice. My family and I glanced over the donut cases to see what they all had. Some of the donuts looked good and some looked questionable. You can tell the glaze on the glazed donuts were starting to liquify. We decided on a few goodies. The gal behind the counter was sweet and got our donuts individually. We also got a 25 pack of donut holes to take for later. The gal also answered a few questions about the coffee since it was my first time ordering one of their drinks. I got myself an iced pistachio oat milk latte. My husband also got an order of the ham and cheese sliders on the pretzel bun at the very least minute. I wish I can say the donuts were fresh. They were pretty stale. I would almost compare them to grocery store donuts. The ham and cheese sliders were pretty good. Lots of ham. They were nice and hot! I appreciate that the pretzel bun wasn't overly salted. I love my drink. The pistachio latte was a winner! Very very very good! You can tell this venue has been neglected. The floors are very sticky. The bathrooms are dirty. There's trash on the floor. It makes you not want to eat here. If the venue is this unattended, I can only imagine what it looks like behind the register. The service, coffee and sliders were great. But everything else was just a flop. For my first time at Dunkin it was ok. I probably wouldn't come back knowing how dirty this joint is. YUUUUM. sometimes we forget the simple pleasure of ice cream. that could be because it's become quite overpriced now, but it's always good to be able to go in and get a scoop of your favorite flavors. gold mine is my favorite. vanilla, chocolate ice cream and caramel swirls. they offer more than a dozen different flavors as well as donuts and coffee options. cute little area to sit and eat with company. read more

Always great customer service, food is always hit or miss either it's burnt or too hot or literally still frozen. Coffee is never good always seems taste old. I'm tried of giving away my money for piss poor quality food and coffee! Please do better. For example, yesterday ordered Hashbrowns in the bagel minis one was burnt one was frozen. I look forward to JP taking my order in the Mornings. He is Always up beat and it makes me smile to hear that "Radio Voice" come through the box. I happen to be "That Customer" with a specific coffee order that I like a certain way and no matter what I throw at them, they Never Disappointe or screw up my coffee. The staff here are Super Friendly and Always have a Smile on their face even if it's 6am. It makes my morning that much easier. It's sad to see such poor reviews from this location. I am the last person to leave a negative review on any service because after any bad experience I am quick to give the benefit of the doubt and understand that we all have our bad days. However after leaving this location feeling very frustrated several times, I just had to say something. The difference between the day shift and closing shifts is night and day. Anytime I drive through during the day it is a very pleasant experience and both the food and ambiance are lovely! However I avoid this location anytime after 4pm because chances are when I pull up to order there is no greeting and a very dismissive attitude. It's feels as if I am an inconvenience to the baristas and you would think by their tone that I just ruined their day. The food is mostly consistent with day shift however today after receiving the typical attitude, I payed for larges and proceeded to get smalls. It is funny to me that I was the one saying "hello!", "how are you?", "thank you!", and "have a great day!" with a smile on my face. So much for customer service. read more

Let's start off by saying the staff is wonderful, but the manager named Sherry is a bully. I spend at least $70.00 a week in this store on coffee, ice cream, sandwiches, etc. When I walk in to place a order I don't expect to be pulled off to the side and treated like a 5 year old. read more

Very disappointed. I just started going to this location recently because it is the closet to home. Every time I go here, I order the iced coffee. Just a heads up: I would be willing to sit in the drive thru for an extra ten minutes if they would just take their time and make it right and actually stir it up. If you are looking for convenience do NOT come here. I get frustrated every time. I carpool to work every morning and usually I have to wait about 10 min in a long line ( which I don't mind whatsoever) but then I request to place a second order to speed up the process and make it to work on time, the only help they can offer is if we drive back around the drive thru and place another order, thus doubling my time in line to 20 mins. I cannot fathom what would make it so difficult to place two orders when EVERY other Dunkin' Donuts is happy to accommodate the customer. To top it off, today, when I did finally get back around the line to order for my passenger, they messed up his order and gave him an iced coffee instead of a hot and so he couldn't even "Dunk his donuts."
