This location is very disappointing. The drive thru is completely dark when you go through. The menu board isn't lit up. On multiple occasions they don't have muffins early in the morning. They never seem to display their muffins. I've been in multiple times early in the AM and barely any donuts are even out for display. It doesn't seem to be well run at all. I reached out to Dunkin corporate and Damya Saunders, the district manager replied. Her initial response: Good afternoon, I received your complaint and I will assure you that I have spoken to the manager about the muffins. I would like to apologize about the inconvenience. I replied and her response was: The lighting is on a timer. The muffins they bake according to what they would sell. When they run out they would bake more but the location is severely short staffed so it may take a little longer than usual to have them replenished. Her initial response to a customer concern was the most brief response I've ever gotten from any concern I've raised with a company. read more

I went through the drive thru around 10 a.m. and 1st off, the customer service was horrible and rude. Everything I asked for was already out. Croissant, hashbrowns, and mostly all doughnuts. They gave me no other options. When he passed the food to meal, he closed the window before I could say anything bc they forgot the 2 donuts that were left. Plus, the food was so burnt. Really bad staff member that works the window. She is a young African American female with a blonde wig + tattoos. I'm including description for identification purposes. She doesn't speak to customers at all and just wordlessly glares at customers with a vibe of resentment and total contempt. She should not be in customer service at all, especially involving food. Every time I order hash browns from this place they're cold in the middle and soggy. If you get an iced latte it just taste like milk and sugar, barely any coffee I've noticed. Every time I come here it's because I've forgotten how bad the quality was the last time. It's a shame because the staff is usually friendly and ordering doesn't take that long. But always, always, cold, soggy hash browns and sweet milk drink with little to no coffee. I don't know what's going on with this place, but it's sad. Their sandwiches taste old and cold too. Has been since I loved here 3 years ago I have called the franchise three times but the same nasty manager is working in there .. also there is a mast girl by the name of Rachel tall skinny African American that works on the grill that tried to fight me. And no I'm not purchased. I am 54 years old and I am biracial . Not that that matters didn't want anybody to think that I was being racist and she's young and the managers did nothing about it. Friendly staffed and always packed whether it is at the counter or the drive-thru. So far the orders have been correct which is more I can say for some other locations. It is connected to the gas station so you can walk right over if you need something. The ventilation isn't that great in there but if you can get in and out quick. There are great combinations and the usual list of Dunkin Donut favorites. read more

Located right off the interstate, I'm sure this location gets a lot of people just stopping as they pass through (since we have no Starbucks at this exit). Their drive thru is quick and efficient, but since it's connected to a gas station, the entrance is kind of wacky. You have to pull around the backside of the strip mall to enter. They have your usual DD variety of donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and coffees (both hot and cold). Cheap and delicious, and convenient. I recently actually stopped inside and drank my coffee there, something I hadn't done before because I didn't wish to "dine-in" at a gas station. However, it's kept fairly separate. There's an opening larger than a door, of course, but it does feel like you're in a DD and not a gas station. It was clean and the employees were friendly. read more

Don't ever go through the drive thru. You think the line is short an it never is. Then once your in line your stuck there and can't get out. This place will make you late to anywhere you need to be. I have had so many lack luster experiences with this Dunkin as it is on the way on my commute to work. Many instances I have waited over a few minutes in the drive thru for someone to great me, I completely understand that people may be busy and unable to there in less time. Multiple instances my drinks have come out wrong, a chocolate milkshake as a chocolate milk and many other just tasteless coffees. Have had a employee curse while talking to me, I get it we all have those days. Just past 8 O'clock this morning and picked up two Apple Fritters took them home and after taking a couple of bites found one very long light colored hair embedded in the dough I contacted the manager who tells me they are not made there and they will let someone know, not very comforting don't think I will be eating Dunkin any time soon have reported to Department of Health. It was busy this time but considering this is like my tenth time here, I've come to have very low expectations. There is a honda dealership near by and coffee isn't so great. Worth walking to Dunkin for coffee. However if you order anything but coffee be aware. I often get the wrong items, wrong quantity or even don't get things. Today was particularly bad. It's Mother's Day and it seems they have been stockpiling the items because the muffins were sooooo dry. As in they crumbled just getting the wrapper off the bottom.
