Stopped by today because my daughter wanted to go to the "place with the spider donuts" even though it's July and Dunkin hasn't had spider donuts in about 9 months (good job with marketing, DD) It was quiet on a Tuesday at 8, usually it's pretty empty. It was clean and we also sat outside for a bit, and that area was clean. The staff was friendly. In the past I haven't gotten the best service but no issues today. My daughter got her favorite pink sprinkle donut and I had a kolache and drip coffee. Kolache pretty standard but there's not many around here so it works for me! Will return! read more

Dunkin' now charges $1 for their pup cups- which look like this. 7 brew, Starbucks, and chick fil a, all give them out for free and are less than half a mile away. Seems like bad business to charge for this when their competitors don't. Additionally the service seems to have really declined. This morning they gave us the wrong donut and forgot to give us kolaches we ordered. Since our food came in multiple bags we almost left without it. I would check your orders before you leave. I think most of the negative reviews aren't legitimate and written to just be rude to the location. I come here all hours of the day to include 6am this morning. Great service by the three men working, greeted when I walked in, was told to have a nice day when I left. I have never had a bad experience here, sure they run out of donuts as some have stated. You can only make so many and keep them in inventory. The staff always seem to be cleaning when not busy, I love the attitude of the employees regardless of the time of day. Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Worst employees and atmosphere. Don't go if you don't want to be ignored and barked at when you inally get their attention to do their job. Went to this Dunkin' yesterday morning around 8:15am. Ordered 4 jelly and 2 chocolate chocolate donuts. Upon reaching the window I am told we only have only 3 jelly left and no chocolate chocolate. IT'S 8:15am!!!!! You have only one job and you can't even do that right! For as much as you charge for a donut you shouldn't be out of anything at that hour of the day! Glad to finally have some decent donuts in this part of town. I visited around 5:30PM last night, and seemed very nice. Modern looking, clean, lots of employees, bright, etc. We'll see how long that lasts! I wasn't blown away by the selection (no twists? no bear claws?), but they had everything in stock. Additionally, it still tasted fresh when I took it all home, the family was pleased. The regular glazed were good, but I wish they had more glaze. The bottom half seemed dry, perhaps that's by design. Regardless, I ate 'em all. :^) One thing I did not like was the ordering process. The kid stood at the register, furiously typing in everything I said. The girl making the order would dash to get the item, not waiting to hear how many of that item, or even how many total, so there was a lot of swapping out boxes, sacks, etc. It seemed very rushed, and they need to realize many of us are coming in for the first time. I would've gotten more, but it was just rushed and cold. They have a pretty extensive breakfast and sandwich menu, so that was a nice surprise. I visit at least 4 times a week for an iced coffee. Just wish they all tasted the same. No consistency. I stop on my way home so I always have to "doctor" it up. Not a huge deal BUT today there was no way possible to fix it! I ordered 2, exactly the same. One looked ok and the other looked like all creamer. Kept trying to figure out why it tasted funny. Tasted like they grabbed the iced tea pitcher instead of the coffee pitcher. Needless to say, it went down the drain! Store is clean and the majority of the staff is friendly. Lazy rude employees on the Sunday afternoon shift. Refused to make me a frozen Dunkachino. Said they didn't make them there. When I told them I got one there earlier today they said ok, then another employee came along and said no we can't make them. They just didn't want to take the time to make it. It was so obvious. I love Dunkin Donuts, but I was so disappointed this morning. I used the drive through to order 2 dozen assorted donuts. When I put them out for my coworkers the boxes were identical and each box had 2-3 of the same donut in it. So I was only given 5 kinds of donuts. Not a single cake donut. It's 11:00am on a Sunday and they are out of most donuts - they have plenty of designed Halloween donuts but out of most of the normal every day donuts. Usually great, but it depends on when you go in. I recommend NOT going through the drive thru because every time I do they make my coffee wrong. So I just plan for a few more minutes and go in, have only had an issue once with coffee not being right. I come to this Dunkin Donuts at least once a week and order a medium iced coffee with caramel and cream. I know exactly what I'm getting, and they make it the exact same way every time. The staff even recognizes me by now, which is very nice. The staff has always, always, always been so friendly and respectful, and they always have a smile on their faces. The drive-thru is fast and easy, and the prices of their coffees are significantly cheaper than that of competitors.
