I love Dunkin Donuts and at the moment it is my current coffee obsession. I pass a couple of Starbucks in the morning to get here, actually. And I LOVE their sausage cheese croissants! This review is to share my experience in the drive through. Because I had an amazing experience and an atrocious one (which of course is what prompted me to share). The good: On Tuesday, July 31 I went in at about 5 am because I had to be in San Diego SUPER early in the morning. I wasn't in a great mood and I was there for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. However, the girl who helped me out was SUCH a breath of fresh air! She was in the best mood, smiling and super bubbly and even though I was still a little brain dead and I kept asking for things, she was SO sweet and helpful and gave me a great impression of this establishment. I mean, seriously, she had to GET TO work by 4:30, which means she had to GET UP before then and drive to work. The bad: In STARK contrast, today is Sunday, August 12. I just left at 10:41 am. There was nobody in the drive through line, there might have been someone in the store, but I didn't see anybody.. All I ordered was a drink. The girl who took my order sounded like I was SUCH a pain and a bother to her, when she said my total, it was SO RUDE. Maybe it was a different girl , I didnt see anyother employee, but when we gave her exact change for the drink, she was kind of rude again.. I wanted to see her name I so could specifically complain about her, but she wasn't wearing a name tag of course.. Still giving 4 stars for good coffee and the impression I got from the first girl. By far the absolute worst Baskin Robbins (or ice cream shop in general) that we've ever visited. How are they ALWAYS out of everything regardless of the time of day? This last time, we waited at the order screen of the drive-thru for 10 minutes before they even said "sorry for the wait." Not sure why we even came back after our entire order was wrong last time by the time we got to the window from the order screen. Not to mention, when they handed us the spoons, they said "I think there is hair on those? It might not be but it looks like it to me." Yikes. Overall, worth the long lines or the money - would rather wait an hour in line for Dairy Queen. read more

End of an era. There used to be nice girls and an equally customer service oriented manager. That time has gone. Rude, frumpy girls with ZERO smiles or ability to greet a customer have replaced them. The first thing she said was are. Coming for the 31st discount? I can only give it to you if you have the app. The app doesn't work. I ask and am told by another employee that she's never used it or knows how to work it but will give me the discount just this once. I asked for my receipt and said thank you have a nice day. She said nothing. She didn't offer my receipt or say thanks or have a nice day so I repeated myself "thank you have a nice day." she said I said thank you which was a blatant lie. We've been coming to this store for at least 7 years and now never again. They had very few customers and will probably be as slow as the paleta place next door with these weird girls at the helm. Ummmm okay let me start by saying I love the Murrieta hot springs location but this one is two exits away from where I live & hot springs is 4 so of course i came here. First I ask for a maple bar, I get it they're long but they put it inside the box sideways leaving the frosting to slide off the donut. Secondly I ask for an old fashion donut , they gave me a plain donut. They get two stars for getting 4 of 6 donuts correct. 2 being the same donut. I also didn't get my receipt now that I'm looking in my car & handbag. read more

So who is wrong? My partial order arrived from Grubhub. Is it the Grubhub drivers fault for not checking the order? The order that is taped CLOSED. I did call the store. And yes, they did say it was Grubhubs fault. But it's the store who gets the order and packages it up for the driver. I am thinking it's the stores fault. Not sure what is going on with this location, but I have tried submitting a mobile order almost every day for the past two weeks, and every single time my order gets canceled. I would understand if it was every once in a while due to being busy, but this many times? Doesn't make sense. If you are looking to do any sort of mobile order, I would recommend doing it elsewhere. Otherwise you might end up waiting 30 minutes just to find out that they are canceling your order, with no explanation as to why. (For the record, I know it is not an issue on my part, because I resubmit the order at a different location immediately after, and every time it goes through.) read more

Several days ago I visited this location of Dunkin'. And to say I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED is a ginormous understatement. What greeted me at the door was a mess in the donut display which looked very unappetizing. However, I proceeded to give them the benefit of the doubt and placed my order anyway. But my three donuts were all stale and tasted awful. And don't even get me started on the customer service. The woman who took my order had brown hair and she couldn't have been more rude to me. First of all, I waited there for at least seven minutes before she finally noticed that I was ready to order. Then, once I started speaking she seemed as if she had better things to do then ensure her customer had a great experience. Finally, after what should've been a quick and easy experience (especially since I was the only one in the store at the time), turned into my order being wrong and me paying for more than I received. I paid for four donuts and only received three. I didn't notice until I had gotten home to enjoy my meal. Even if I had noticed at the store and she gave me my full order, why bother? I ended up throwing the donuts out anyway because this place is trash and so are the people running it. DONT GO HERE!!! read more

Going thru the Drive-Thru, the last couple couple weeks the coffee was less-than warm. And, today, I was drinking coffee grounds!!! Tried to call the store, and no one answers. Prior to my long work commute, I stop by there for the convenience b4 getting on the freeway. Too many cold coffees and coffee grounds will make me go out of my way to the Arco/AmPm across for a REAL hot/tasty coffee. I'll live without the donuts. Management needs to work on the quality control issues, machine issues, or, maybe train people to make a proper cup of Joe. read more

if i could leave zero stars i would. there's a problem every single time i come to this location there's a problem. not even to mention there's new workers every single time. can't imagine how terrible management is. i called on a TUESDAY to ask how early i should preorder TWO DOEZEN spider donuts for my sons class on FRIDAY. i was told i'd be able to order same day so i told her i would order on thursday. i go in on thursday to order and i'm told i need 48 hours. i completely understand needing the time i do but if i had been told this sooner instead of the wrong information i would have planned accordingly. a nice worker did suggest i come early in the morning so i woke up at 5 and was told there was NO spider donuts because of the catering orders. i am so disappointed and will not be returning here. read more

I live close by and enjoy me some ice cream so I keep trying to like this place. Every time I've gone through the drive thru something gets missed on my order. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see ice cream flavors on the menu by the speaker. How am I supposed to know what 31 flavors you have? Maybe I missed it? I came though once at night and it was unlit. When I asked the magic voice on the other end of the speaker how I was supposed to order if I couldn't what's on the menu, she replied "I don't know, I guess it's off" I went inside one other time to see if it was a better experience and it was actually worse. Indifferent staff, half the lights off and looked like it hadn't been cleaned lately. Definitely not confidence inspiring. The kids that work here deserve better leadership. I don't expect artisan grade, super special fancy pants ice cream treats but it would be nice if it was clean and they got the order right once in a while. Only reason why I'm giving this store two stars is because some of their employees are actually great but the last few times I've come into this location it's always something. today I put in my mobile order at my house which is 5 miles away that way it would be ready by the time I got there that way I can get to work on time. Came here on Saturday night for the first time ever and I was super excited to see what flavors they had! Will never be making a purchase from here again. The ice cream flavors weren't posted anywhere on their menu and when i asked the worker for the list of flavors she rudely only said "we have 32 flavors" and didn't even bother mentioning WHAT the flavors were. So i asked again since I have never been here before and i clearly needed something to go off of. And she still refused to list any of the flavors. So then i proceeded to ask if they had it posted maybe online so i can see a menu and all she told me was that they wont be the same selection that is in this location. We had donuts from here at a meeting. Worst maple bars I've ever had in my life. My stomach was not feeling it.

So this particular location really needs a better crew. I understand that it's hard to find quality workers right now, but is it really that hard to find employees who wash their hands or change into clean gloves at least? We stopped in today to grab some donuts and ice cream. The guy who helped us was tall with dark hair that was flopping over the top of his visor. He touched everything with dirty gloves and when I say everything I mean he touched his hat, adjusted his mask, touched the register, touched donuts, ice cream, money, and kept the same dirty gloves on. We ended up with a shake that was made by another girl, but I just watched this guy not clean his hands. I don't understand how people in general have zero common sense to keep their hands clean when handing food. Plus they are soooo slow to get your ice cream order done. I rarely go in there, but when I do I'm quickly reminded why. And... their donuts are disgusting. That is all. read more

This morning I was running late and needed to get donuts for an event at school, and I knew Dunkin is convenient and quick with their drive through. I was completely embarrassed when I went to pay for my order and my credit card was declined and I had no cash on me. I handed back my order to the young woman and apologized and she in turn told me to please still take my order and have a wonderful day. I left in tears and in shock. Here's the thing, not only did this young lady not know how important it was for me to have the donuts, she didn't realize how stressed I already was because money had been so tight, but she ALSO had no idea of what a AWESOME example she was to my 16 year old son sitting next to me. The owners Mike and Abby are great people! Their employees are a reflection of them. One their employees Isaiah at the Wildomar location was very helpful and pleasant! I come here mostly for the Baskin Robbins. I was very excited to have one nearby as I love their coffee drinks. Except the last few I've bought are nothing like the original BR drink recipes. Sometimes they don't put enough coffee and it tastes like vanilla or they put the wrong toppings. It's supposed to have cinnamon but the last three I bought never had any or it was substituted by chocolate sauce. Anyway I think I might try the one on Hot Springs everyone is talking about. read more

The shift "Alyssa " did not greet or let us know she'll be with us when she can , it also bothered us she had to keep touching her headset to take a order that is fine but her bangs were not pulled back all the way and every time she touched the headset she touched her hair in the way then scooped ice cream out each time it kind of grossed us out ! I went through the drive through for an iced coffee and a bagel. The employee that assisted me with pleasant and professional. When I got to the window to pay for my purchase the employee noticed my pup in my vehicle and offered some whipped cream. My pup loved it! Finally found coffee I can enjoy. I am not a fan of Starbucks so, I gave Dunkin Donuts a try when this location opened up close to my work. The coffee is good each time I visit but, for some reason the wait is long. As always, they have done a great job performing excellent customer service and they really care about their customers. Their customer service first attitude have resonated with me.
