The workers are great. The owner should check why none of the Parking lot and exterior light do not work. It been months with them out. And they always look closed after dark. Must loose a lot of business that way. read more

I came to this location to kill some time while I was in the area for work. Thankfully they had WiFi because that was the only good thing going for this location. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in. I ordered an iced tea and breakfast sandwich. Usually the iced tea is the hardest thing for Dunkin to get correct, but then they started accusing me for taking a kind couple's sandwich. All of this was going on while I was sitting right there and had already talked to the couple to make sure I, in-fact, grabbed the correct order. This was mess up 1 of 4 throughout the whole time I was there (which was only 30 minutes). They were also poorly stocked and had limited options because they were too lazy to open up a new box of donuts and heat them up. Because of the convenience of Dunkin Donuts in general, I will keep giving their company business. I will never go back to this location if the current staff members still work there or if this was the last Dunkin on earth. Happy Friday! read more

I usually go here and have an okay experience. Usually the coffee is burnt and they're out of a bit, but I understand that supplying can be hard nowadays. Recently, I went and tried ordering food only to have the person on the other end attempting an any % speed run with me ordering. After every item I ordered, it was a short and clearly irritated "Will that be it?" "is that it?". It's not like I was ordering a lot, just three items. Seemed like she was having trouble keeping up too, considering she cut me off on my third item to ask me if I wanted my iced drink (that I said was iced) iced or hot. If she would have slowed down for just a second, she would have heard me say that. I pull up to the window, give my card, get my drinks, and she closes the window. I still had food, so I waited. She opens the window again, clearly irritated for whatever reason "Ugh, what are you missing" I told her my food, but what I was really missing was some better service :/ Not to mention, my coffee was sickeningly sweet, like I was drinking Karo out of the bottle. Probably the most incompetent dunking donuts ever. Don't bother asking for any type of modification to your coffee, bagel, anything, because they are too busy chatting it up with each other to care. "Skim milk please" and you get whole. "breakfast sandwich with English muffin toasted" and you get a cold stale un-toasted English muffin. Grumpy and slow. Ordering there is like asking them to do YOU a favor. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Twice in the last two months I have found plastic pieces in my iced coffee. The first time I contacted the manager and showed her. The second time the manager doubted me. Don't bother asking for any modifications to your coffee because they can't handle it. Can I have skim milk? Sorry we're out of all milk today.. If they do have it they'll give you cream and call it skim. They charge extra for flavor shots but rarely put them in. Pretty sure their toaster doesn't work since nothing is ever toasted. My favorite experience was when there were three people waiting in line for over ten minutes while the entire staff was outside playing with a customers dog. Very professional. I only used to go to this location because it was so convenient, but now I give up just drive the extra 10 minutes each way to go to the North Adams location. I have frequented this Dunkin Donuts many times and I am very satisfied with their customer to employee interactions. Also their production speed is great and they hardly ever mix up orders. There is almost never a line, at least when I visit, and they always have a positive attitude, but they do have one shortcoming. They don't always have everything in stock. For example, I once walked in and attempted to order a boston creme donut, but they happened to be out. Other than that they are donut perfection. read more
