Ordered using the app, which was pretty quick and easy. Got the Pistachio Cold Brew, Cotton Candy doughnut (seasonal offering) and Snackin' Bacon. The coffee was pretty good. Not amazing but not bad. The bacon is usually crispy, which I like, I did get it once and it was limp and soggy (thumbs down). Today it was not as crispy as I would like but it was definitely mostly crispy, which I appreciated. The doughnut did not look as pretty as the pictures in the ad (not too surprising, I guess). I didn't really care for the strawberry icing so it was just as well there wasn't much on the doughnut. I did like the cotton candy flavored creme center. Service is descent, servers just need to pay attention to the orders. I have ordered certain drinks and received the wrong ones. The donuts are not always fresh. The place is pretty clean. Several times I have requested a bagel with cream cheese. Seems they barely put any cream cheese in it and then get mad when requesting more cream cheese. Just not my number one spot. read more

worst Dunkin' Donuts in our area. they literally never get our order correct. its the closest to our home and after 3 tries at $20 min each order we are done with this location. As a former employee, I understand why certain employees act the way they do here. I worked at the dunkin near Novant and I would typically work shifts 7 to 10 hours, no breaks since they were understaffed and constantly busy. That being said, I am never coming back here. I don't think I'll ever drink this crap again. I ordered a large macchiato for $4.75 or something like that. Common sense would tell you that this is a large drink. First I was given a medium, after correcting the employee, I see this girl dump it into a large cup put a heaping amount of milk and only a little bit more espresso. That is not a macchiato. That is a latte at that point. I saw the line behind me so I empathized with the girl but she didn't even say sorry. The few times I came here before I did like the service and Jack is always nice and friendly but they have officially lost my business. read more

Donuts are often over cooked and dry. When they are on they are amazing and moist. The variety of dounuts is often minimal and too many sprinkles. At least don't put on half of them. Sprinkles are gross and shouldn't be a main topping. I've been to all 3 in Winston and nobody seems like they want to be there. Pretty sad. read more

Again, an establishment I would never visit if it weren't for the kids I nanny. On Fridays I take them to get a treat. Depending on their behavior throughout the week ;). The kids I care for are awesome so every Friday we end up somewhere with sweets and overloads of sugar. This location is very clean in the dining area and the restrooms. I've had to take the kids in the restrooms several times. I don't care for Dunkin' Doughnuts, I prefer Krispy Kreme. This doesn't mean they don't taste good at all, i don't like them, but the kids LOVE them. I'm giving them four stars for the cleanliness and also the staff. Many times the kids take a loooong time to order. The employees are always nice and patient which goes all the way with me. The parking lot is easy getting out of if you're going right. They also have a drive-thru for the ultimate doughnut drive by. read more

We ordered a strawberry donut with SPRINKLES. We received a poorly iced strawberry donut, WITHOUT sprinkles. We also ordered a donut with chocolate filling, this had powered on it which is not a problem. I frequent this location everyday, sometimes twice a day. Usually the staff knows me and is very friendly and welcoming. I would consider myself quite the regular. Today however, I was unfortunately helped by Alexis C. I pulled up to the window to immediately be handed drinks that were sloppily poured, covered in dripped coffee and all wet. I asked for a napkin to wipe them down because I did not want a mess in my vehicle. The cashier insisted on handing me a straw and ignoring my request. I asked again for the napkin, to which she tells me I don't need to be so rude. I let her know, I should not have been handed coffees that way to begin with . She then walks away from the window. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone in the service industry, especially for such a simple request. In fact, I have always expressed to friends and family how much I love Dunkin and this location specifically. Well, Alexis C. has changed that opinion. Im sorry she was so inconvenienced to do her job at a sub par level in a manner that met what I thought were the customer service expectations of Dunkin. I Have gone here multiple times, service is getting worse. They recently got my order wrong, and like a bonehead I did not check it before I drove off. Got all the way home, noticed I had the wrong bagel sandwich, and went back. When I attempted to return the item, the girl who "helped" me looked at me like it was my fault, and begrudgingly took my food back. As much as I like Dunkin Donuts, to go to this specific store over Robinhood, has been a dissapointment..drive thru NEEDS to be more organized to reduce waiting in the line, that service supposed to help customers to get a faster service, specially in the very morning time (6:00 to 7:00 AM) They take toooo long to give you your order, because they don't have it ready all together...I have observed this: they gave the car in front of me a cup of coffee,window closed, then one little bag then a straw, window closed, a little box, same one which they took back, and gave instead a bag!!..finally my turn...the nice guy gave me a little bag with napkins which I thought was my donut, they were creamers inside instead, then my coffe, after that my debit card...then a bag with my croissant, I asked if creamers were inside, they said yes....bye have a great...my donut was not in the bag either....and it is because they give you what you order one by one in small bags, opening that window each time they handle your things, instead of put everything in one bag and avoid opening that window from 3 to 4 times...make it simple and fast people...if I am writing this review is because this is not the first time I experienced similar things...managers pay attention please.... read more

I received terrible service at this Dunkin location! The young kids working behind the counter switched out donuts they had for the ones I'd ordered without my knowledge. They never told me they were out of the ones I'd ordered before I paid. They handed me the box & when I said these weren't what I ordered they told me, "Sorry no refunds because you touched the box" & then told me they had no idea when more donuts would be out. This Dunkin' Donuts location recently opened, which is great because it's far more convenient to my house than any other doughnut shop. I am more of a Krispy Kreme fan myself, as if, living in Winston-Salem, I could be anything else. Dunkin's doughnuts (I refuse to spell it donuts, they got their name because they're made from dough and look like screw nuts) are fine and dandy, but the glaze is not as good as KK's. They do have a large array of Kreme doughnuts, though: Boston Kreme (my fave), Bavarian, Chocolate, Vanilla, and even Sour Cream (if you can count that) made the list. They also have a great selection of Munchkins, even jelly-filled. They do bagels too, but who wants bagels with all that glazy goodness staring you in the face? Needless to say, I come into my review opinionless where bagels are concerned. My mom enjoys doughnut shop coffee, and though my family's doughnut preference lies with KK, my mom greatly prefers DD's coffee. Now, if only they'd make a donut shop with KK's doughnuts and DD's coffee. Would it be KD? Or DK? They also have Coolattas, a drink of which my younger brother is a fan. If you don't lean the slushy way, they have a large cooler with a wide array of soda and energy drink choices. All in all, it doesn't quite steal the show when it comes to the main attraction (doughnuts, if you for some reason were wondering), it's coffee and Kreme-iness trump even Krispy Kreme (ironic, huh?). read more
