Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' combos are so common around these parts that it's sometimes hard to distinguish them. For yours truly, they're one in the same (#1) but this Woodside location really stands out for the wrong reasons. Customer service is not top of mind. Attitude issues from the staff have been so normal that everyone would benefit greatly from a self-order kiosk instead. Some of us are just here for a coffee, many others a carb snack, or a sweet tooth craving, but everyone leaves with a bad taste. There have been multiple instances of very stale donuts, so I've given up on ordering any of this. Thankfully the lines aren't too serious for a coffee, but they tend to skew on the overly sweet side. So that essentially leaves for the occasional ice cream cake for various occasions, but even then, it's overpriced and incredibly mid. It's been hard to find any redeeming value of this location. There are many DD's throughout Woodside and Sunnyside. All of the others are professional and treat customers with respect. But, at this DD at 58 and Woodside Ave is the worst I have ever seen. The staff were extremely rude and twice got my order wrong. Funny part is they acted as if I should just accept that they made a mistake. So sorry to have to give this Dunkin a Negative review but I had no choice.... Hit this location on a Sunday eve 10/16/22 around 6:15 pm ... The store was super clean looks new their display of donuts looked fresh not that I was gonna buy @ eat donuts... Went in to get my Large Coffee; used my Dunkin App which I love; placed my order on my app @ 6:10; unlocked a free 10 pc Munchkins with the purchase of any med to XL Coffee order which was great because I was gonna give them to my coworkers... Arrived at the store @ 6:15pm the store was empty with just one customer & three lil children getting ice cream; there was two Dunkin employees one frmale & one male; the female was taking care of the lady & her kids & the male employee was busy breaking up boxes & handling the stores garbage.... Finally after me standing by the pick up counter the Female called out to the male employee in their language to make my order !! Like Hello !!! But 1st I had to tell him to either go wash ya hands or put gloves on !!! Like SMH !! That also took help to translate from the female; then he over filled my cup & still had to put my three toasted almond shots in ... Sooo I had to tell him to please dump some coffee out !! That also needed a translation !! But then the female had to come over & take over because I gather he don't speak her language either !!! OMG !! Now they tell me they have no Munchkins ... OK I guess this can happen so they gave me one donut in place ... So my guys split that ... We get & use the app to save time & so it's easier for the employees and there less mistakes and the orders accuracies are increased !! I walked out of the store @ 6:33 pm Well not over her !! I usually only write reviews if my experience was either really bad or really good. In this case, it was just a disappointment. I walked in a few minutes ago for a spontaneous breakfast chocolate milkshake and left thinking maybe this is a sign for me to consume healthier beverages and foods. Staff was friendly, place is clean, but I just paid close to $10 for a large milkshake that had 1.25 scoops of ice cream in it. The milkshake was room temperature, watery, and tasted like a bland foamy chocolate milk. 10/10 disappointed but, my lesson was learned. I won't go back there for milkshakes unless they decide to give me a proper milkshake free of charge as consolation for the chocolate water they sold me for $9.13. You would think it be common sense to use a similar amount of scoops for the large milkshake as they do the large "triple scoop" option. Decided to stop in for the beyond sausage breakfast patty. Location is shared with baskin robins which was nice HOWEVER seating consists of three chairs in the front with a view of the street (bar type seating), and there was a small table near the cash register. We were able to dine in because someone left out. Sand-which reminds me of turkey sausage. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I ordered a caramel frappe which was great, actually the best Frappe I'd ever had....you could actually taste the coffee. I also ordered a side of hash browns. Hash browns were lukewarm, tasted a bit old, and I didn't care for the seasoning on the hash browns. The other issue was that the cashier spoke terrible English, it was very hard to understand her, and she could barely comprehend us. We had to repeat things several times, and she also had to repeat herself. There are tons of locations so I'm sure we would have an easier transaction going to another location. Store is way to small for Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Parking is paid, side street, no lot. read more

The coffee is good a Lil, water down, the donuts and muffins are good they have a selection, also Ice cream is available many flavor, the ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable, Get your morning coffee and ice cream all in one not bad. read more

This DD is the worst! I take the bus to work and back home so I'm always trying to get a breakfast sandwich or something hot to drink while I wait for the bus but the employees here are always confused with my order and they always get it wrong...i asked for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly cut in half, the guy gave me butter and didn't cut the bagel. Not only do they get the orders wrong they argue with the customers this workers are very rude...today just like every day for the past 2 or 3 months I saw the banner outside on both sides of the store advertising 1 coffee and a donut for $2.99 so i go inside the store and i placed my order the lady looks at me confused and asked one of her coworkers to help out I asked the guy for the coffee and donut for $2.99 i pointed out to the huge banner outside the store and he said no they don't have that anymore...i trying telling him i was just there 2 days ago and it wasn't a problem but he said no that promotion is old months ago and yet the banner is hanging outside the store. After my first experience I told myself I wasn't go anymore because they gave me old donuts. I walked in today thinking maybe it will be different. I went to the cashier and asked if the dozen donuts was still on promo for $6.99. Cashier said "not anymore. I actually looked at the screen and saw it was still $6.99. She then has someone else pack my donuts for me. That worker asked if I wanted it mix and I said yes. She goes ahead puts any donuts in the box when I'm waiting to tell her what I wanted. I did get the donuts I wanted and when I went home, my glazed blueberry donut was turned over. I turned it back over to the glazed side and noticed holes in the donuts. The salty worker gave me the worst kind donut. For the general manager, please provide the necessary knowledge and proper etiquettes to your employees. This review is based solely on the Tropical Mango Smoothie and the Coffee Roll. **The two stars given are because: 1: They're new and located at a convenient spot. 2: ..I'm giving them a chance. I had recently tried the Tropical Mango Smoothie at a Jackson Heights Dunkin Donuts location, and it was THE BEST. If it were placed inside a nameless, logo - less cup, you would have never guessed that it was from Dunkin. It was that good. It was creamy, thick, and tasted like pure mango. My bf got this smoothie for me in a medium sized cup. It was perf. NOW, Let's discribe the Tropical Mango Smoothie here: It sucked. Big time. The only size they offered was a small. They didn't run out of medium cups, they just only offer small. And I was perfectly okay with that the second I took a sip of the "smoothie." It was sour, not creamy, not enough mango, and once I took the 4th sip, it was just slushy ice with bits of sour mango. :c This made me not trust all future mango smoothies, ever again. But there is hope... at the Jackson Heights location. Now, I also wanted to try the Glazed Coffee Roll. I don't come into Dunkin Donuts often, but when I do I like to order something new, something I haven't tried yet. So I assumed this Glazed "Coffee Roll" would taste like what the name states...coffee. But NOPE. No coffee. At all. Not even a hint of coffee. It was literally one of those glazed cinnamon rolls you get at food carts outside. Maybe that's what you eat with coffee? I don't know. Small but well laid out Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins. I really came in for ice cream. No Rockyroad! they only have 16 flavors that I counted. Ended up getting three large cups one vanilla, chocolate and pralines and cream. Last minute at the register I decided to get medium ice mocha latte which was made wrong but I decided not to make a stink about it because the guy looked like he was very new to the whole Dunkin donuts thing. So I tired to drink it but I just threw it out as I left the store. Hence for me removing one star. The customer service was good even though it was busy as I entered and the line wasn't moving as quick as other Dunkin locations do but again this location is brand new and the staff seem like there working out the flow of people. With anything new in Woodside they have to be ready to handle the crowds of people. Good luck with the Sunday Mass crowd that will come through. All in all has a modern style with there cream granite countertops and a nice soft two person booth in the back. read more

I came here at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. There was only 1 other customer other than myself. The place was kinda dirty on the floor, but I didn't expect much out of DD anyways. I purchased a medium hot chocolate for $2.09 USD, and was really just looking for a place to enjoy a drink and to use the internet (yes they have free wifi!). The hot Chocolate was just "meh", and the tables were kind of dirty. I wouldn't come back unless I really needed a place to sit and no other place in the area was open. read more

Great location, cleaner than most of the other dunkins in the area and the staff is super friendly. I always order the iced caramel lattes and they are made to perfection here. Once in a blue I will order a donut but when I do they are always fresh. I highly recommend this location over the others in the area. read more

One time I bought 4 ice creams, but there was not a single napkin in the entire place; I asked for napkins and they said they ran out but to come back the next day ... was that a joke? The other day I went to get an ice cream priced on the menu for x amount, but when I went to pay it was much more. I complained and the employee said: Yeah, everybody complaints about that. There are Dunkin locations that are not good, but this is not one of them. Customer service is excellent here. I always get taken care of and I am happy to report that staff here, Mostaq in particular, alway make my iced coffee exactly the way I like it. Mostaq is patient and always ready to adjust my coffee if it's not dark enough. The team is excellent, all the employees seem to work well together and I love that this location is so close to my house. Good job guys :) read more

Overall the food is fine for a Dunkin. The big problem is that they charge more than they advertise. Outside is a big banner, $2.99 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I order it, and the total is $3.36 including tax. I mention that the tax seems too high. The woman at the register just shrugs. On the receipt it's now $3.09 plus tax. This has happened twice now. I've gone to Dunkin's review site and no one seems to care. I think getting consumer affairs involved is the next step. (To be clear, a dime isn't the end of the world... it's about charging what you say you're going to charge.) read more
