Super clean, everyone who works there is friendly and pays attention to your order. Definitely the best coffee chain on Ditmars!

My husband and myself are particularly in returning to get their ube flan. It was amazing! Beautiful space! Service took a while but not too bad bc it's just one counter and only two person working at that time.

They are famous for their flan cake mix. The ones in the cooler were just alright. The flan was more of a custard texture (away from jiggly jello) which was good. However, the bottom cake layers had subtle flavors and were a bit stale. The flan tastes better when its fresh and not refrigerated though. Compared to other customer's pictures, I think the issue was that there was not much caramel sauce on the plate. there was not much liquid on the bottom of the plate so the cakes did not look moist for most of our flans. The halo halo was a bit small in size for $12 (jar is similar to a overnight oats serving size). ive seen other places price it at $8-10 for that size. Overall, it was a miss for me for my first time. Service was nice though. they did let us stay 20 mins past closing.

It was a nice day with folks sitting outside and eating so we waited. We ordered enough to fill two boxes and everything so far is delicious! My son decided he wanted the focaccia which was a yummy dinner side. And out of all the doughnuts I really like the ube the most. The peach was an impromptu pickup. Everything was good. We got the flan, coffee, ube, peach

The leche flan donut is just as good as it was back then. The newer pastries we tried were the peach and mango fritter, the coffee cruler, and the cacio e Pepe croissant. Just outstanding. We tried two of their coffee drinks, the seasonal mint Julep cold brew and the salted cocojam latte. The cold brew reminded me of the mint mojito from Philz Coffee in the best way. What really stood out to me though is that though there is a line outside the door, the line moves pretty fast and one of the owners welcomes/ushers the line along so that the bakery doesn't get too crowded. It was a nice personal touch.

But we were coming back from the city around lunch time and we made a little delicious detour, and I was so happy we did so!! Line was not crazy so I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My wife and I love yeast donuts for the honey dipped, sugar raised, Boston cream and jelly, so PP's donuts are right up our alley! Texture and flavor were amazing! Only critique, the cream and the jelly were a little chemically tasting than we prefer. There is a place on LI that burned down, House of Donuts, that are probably the only ones better bc their fillings do not have that chemically taste. The blueberry buttermilk, the apple fritter and apple pie donuts are also must gets if you like cakier donuts! We also got the sour cream and chocolate glazed donuts but they were just ok. Chocolate could have been a little chocolatier. All in all, really enjoyed but if House of Donuts was 5 stars, this would probably be 4.5 stars, which is still great!

For yours truly, they're one in the same (#1) but this Woodside location really stands out for the wrong reasons. Customer service is not top of mind. Attitude issues from the staff have been so normal that everyone would benefit greatly from a self-order kiosk instead. Some of us are just here for a coffee, many others a carb snack, or a sweet tooth craving, but everyone leaves with a bad taste. There have been multiple instances of very stale donuts, so I've given up on ordering any of this. Thankfully the lines aren't too serious for a coffee, but they tend to skew on the overly sweet side. So that essentially leaves for the occasional ice cream cake for various occasions, but even then, it's overpriced and incredibly mid. It's been hard to find any redeeming value of this location. It's clear I'm not the only one who have had abysmal experiences here. This Dunkin' is most definitely flunkin'. ___________ (#1) Ice cream and donuts, both poorly done.

But, at this DD at 58 and Woodside Ave is the worst I have ever seen. The staff were extremely rude and twice got my order wrong. Funny part is they acted as if I should just accept that they made a mistake.
