Uh, wow. Some of these reviews are super harsh for a place that *doesn't* actually make donuts (they arrive from a central facility and if someone buys them all before you get there, well, there's not much to be done about it) and is an itty speck in the universe of Dunkin' stores and decision-makers. Anyway, I was in town for a baseball game and, after breakfast at a local diner, decided I needed more coffee to power through my day. There was a bit of a line in the store but, for a Saturday morning, that seems reasonable. I ordered my usual: the largest iced coffee they can sell me with raspberry flavoring, skim milk and Splenda. Staff were super nice. The cashier complimented my t-shirt (Broadway musical merch), which makes me smile every time I think about that sweet interaction. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! I expect more from such a large company! I was with my husband in our car, waiting for my mocha. Now normally, I don't order a mocha, but it was plain and simple. I just wanted a sweet drink of coffee! The line, for starters, was horribly long. Meaning, the workers were slow as molasses! Now, no shade to the hardly paid teenagers running that shack, but my goodness. The managers could chip in to help? Do they properly train these employees? Dunkin is a decent place, I've been plenty of times to OTHER locations. My expectations have been met every time I've been there! But this one is like hell opened up and shat out the worst type of coffee shop it had to offer. They got my husbands latte order wrong, (seriously, how do you mess up a latte?) got my mocha wrong, and completely forgot the donuts! It wasn't like we ordered something overly complicated, or something micro-specific. It was two basic coffees, with two sprinkled donuts. WHICH, we did not receive. When we went into the Dunkin to ask for a remake of the coffees, and the donuts that we never got, we were only met with hostile faces. Now, these weren't the overworked teenagers that are forced to stay in the back. These were GROWN ADULTS!! The manager was rude, the cashiers were very rude, and it was very dirty! Do not go into this Dunkin if you're looking for a nice sit down coffee and snack. It's crowded, loud, and sticky? Do they even bother to mop their floors? It's almost like the floor is covered with the lost souls of the poor people who dared to complain about their twisted and wrong order. This Dunkin is NOT good. I do NOT recommend it. read more

Every single time I go here, I'm never disappointed. Today was the hit though. My boyfriend and I wanted something different, so he ordered a random drink and asked just for something fruity. And I asked for a cold, sweet drink. Now at first, I wanted a coffee drink. When I got to the window, I saw two fruity looking drinks, and I'm not normally a fruit drinker. My boyfriends "random fruity drink" was a mango strawberry mix? And oh. My. Gosh it was amazing. And the girls in there were SO nice. My drink was some colada mix? With one pump strawberry something. I'm not quite sure and it was actually AMAZING. And every single person in there was just so nice and I'm so pleased every single time I come here. read more

Almost every single time I have been to this Dunkin' since it's opening, which has been many times because my workplace frequents it, my orders are incorrect. Drinks are always made incorrectly &/or inconsistently, food is incorrect despite it being correct on the receipts/stickers, employees are rarely ever pleasant. I would not recommend going here unless it is the only coffee shop open. read more

I was just refused service at this location. I am a local customer that comes in everyday and they refused service because they don't like following their own refill policy. All the employees have seen my refill cups and still don't want to honor their policy. I have come here for the last two years everyday and purchased refills and every time a new employee is here they give me hell like I'm getting something for free. I'm paying for the refills !!! The manager refused service after I made a separate trip home to get my cups. Then proceeded to tell me that they would not serve me anymore. She then stated that the owner gave her permission to tell me this. The owner will not get back to me even tho I have already emailed her. I will be calling corporate. Dining in: After ordering at the kiosk that took much longer than expected. We waited 15 mins then asked for our food. We overhead the conversation that no one was making dine in orders. So after 10 min we got our food. 1/2 our food. We were apologized again because no one was filling donut orders. The napkins were out. Condiments were all out. Just seems like they need a leader or someone to pull it together. I counted 6 people working. All but one trying heavily to avoid all eye contact. read more

While I laugh at those who expect a Michelin Star dining experience when they visit Dunkin, or those who get upset about something like a missing napkin or utensil with their order, or those who get upset that a frozen pizza isn't high quality food... I still have to say that this Dunkin can do better. It's hit or miss with the service, with 75% of the time heading towards a miss. I'm often perplexed at the mix of employees wearing casual clothes behind the counter vs. those in uniform. I almost want to ask the person handing me my coffee if they work there, or if they're just heroically jumping in to help with the breakfast rush. Today's visit was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and met a line that was 7 cars deep and moving very, very slowly. I exercised my patience, like an adult, and waited my turn. The process of placing my order let me know that the staff was extremely flustered and that this trip would not be without bumps. (It is, after all, a Monday and the first day after Daylight Saving Time.) My order was simple - Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel and a medium coffee with French Vanilla. The employee repeated my order back, with the addition of sugar and cream. We went back and forth about if I wanted sugar and cream. No sugar, no cream. At the end, I was told that they were out of French Vanilla. Ok. I picked some other flavor. Compromise #1. I got to the window. I was informed that they didn't have plain bagels. Ugh. Compromise #2. Fine. Make it on an everything bagel. I'll just go on with stuff in my teeth until lunch. No problem. Compromise #3 was the cleanliness of my car. Sure, there's some salt from driving around on winter-treated roads, but now there's also a streak of Dunkin coffee with coconut caramel flavoring in it too. As they prepared to hand me my drink, coffee streamed everywhere. (Hot coffee, at that!) On my hand, the side of my car, and all over the drive-thru window. Apparently, the lid wasn't secured. So, I waited again, while my drink was remade. The quality of the food was fine, but in all the drive-thru experience was about 15 minutes. Last Sunday, my wife waited inside the same location for 25 minutes while waiting for two coffees and assorted donut holes. I waited outside with my kids and dog in the car, but I almost unpacked the whole family to venture inside to see if she had a medical emergency or had been kidnapped or something. In the TL;DR category - This is the same food you get at any other Dunkin location. It's fine, provided that they have it in the store and it's not out. The service... ugh. Never sure if you're talking to an employee or a counter-hopper. Things take a long, long time. And always, always check your order. Look. There are coffee places in Wooster that provide better coffee, and faster coffee. The only thing missing is a drive-thru window. Listen people: Get out of your cars, get some extra cardio, and go visit those other local places. They blow Dunkin away. read more

If you're looking for disappointment at any point in the day, I suggest coming to this location of Dunkin. The service is always slow and your order is often more times than not WRONG. I have waited and watched first thing in the morning waiting on my coffee to be made while employees stood around texting on their phones and gossiping with one another. One person taking orders and noone even starting making drink orders until everyone in line has ordered. Zero star rating. read more

I love stopping here on Friday mornings to get my grandkids something special to celebrate the end of the school week. Sometimes the lines are long but that is because of the good food at reasonable prices! We especially like when one young gentleman is at the drive up window. He is totally amazing how he can remember the orders and keep the line going! read more

Absolutely terrible service. We were in there for an hour and a half. We waited for our food for 30 minutes then they told us that they did not have anything that we ordered. They gave us our refund and shorted us about $3. After we confronted them about shorting us, they were rude about giving us our exact refund. read more

Well against my better judgement I stopped this morning to give it one more try since it had been over a month since I last stopped and they did not fail to disappoint again. Order was wrong again, I order a simple sandwich and black coffee. When I take the lid off I find cream in my coffee so I figure I must be out about $20 from food and drink I have had to throw away. That was the last visit. Oh and the Frozen pizza that I ordered a month ago I had to call for the refund and got some story how they cannot refund, but will send me a check. I've been a customer of Dunkin Donuts for over 30 years and have rarely been disappointed. When I heard that they were setting up shop in Wooster I got pretty excited. I also thought that this restaurant would be sort of a flagship since Smucker Corp. licenses & packages store brand DD products which is only 20 minutes down the road. I've been there 9 times and 7 of those have been messed up orders or coffee not prepared as prescribed. The latest incident was an order for large coffee cream and sugar. I took one sip and about spit up the coffee or should I say "sugar". Way too much sugar...Absolutely awful!! C'mon Shape up please!! read more

I don't even want to give them a 1 but had to rate it as something. I went inside to order due to the large line for the drive thru. BIG mistake!
