Finally, today, I was able to go ahead and get some kind of update with them.Telling me that if they had notified me that I was required to fill out documents , bring in the pink slip and also they need some signatures. I didn't even have a chance to sit and was called up to be helped. I forgot the person's name who helped me but she was great! Very informative and also admitted when she didn't know something.
