Meh. That's all I can say. Coffee and drinks are mediocre, and the prices are through the roof. I used to come here because they were cheaper than Starbucks, but now I might as well just go to Starbucks. And what happened to the previous staff? This new staff is meh. They don't look like they know what they're doing. They didn't even fill my cup up all the way. I am honestly really disappointed. I used to love that place. Sure, it's cozy in here, but for those prices? Heck no. I'm now at the point where I will just order a tea. It's cheap and hard to mess up. Literally, $11 for a MEDIUM caramel latte with almond milk. Ridiculous. I'll go to Starbucks and get one for half that price.

Bought a new high quality coffee drip maker, Technivorm Moccamaster and have been looking for high quality beans to grind at home. Bought a bag of Starbucks Cafee Verona and have used up just about the entire bag; my home brew taste is indistinguishable from the Starbucks kiosk. My quest has been to find outstanding coffee beans, thus, I dropped in to Dunn Brothers to give their bean a try and bought a bag of their Tanzania Peaberry coffee beans. When one purchases a bag of beans you are rewarded with a cup of their already brewed coffee. Yikes, the coffee tasted very acidic, unfortunately, I could not drink this old middle of the afternoon brew which was not the bean I purchased. It was an awful cup of coffee, I do not remember ever having coffee this bad. I poured 2/3 of my 'free' cup of coffee down the drain. Next day, breakfast. Measure and weigh beans on scale, grind to medium for drip brewer, add the proper amount of filtered water after weighing. Now drinking my 1st cup of home brewed Tanzania Peaberry coffee. The coffee is suppose to taste like Coca, Honey and Melon. I am picking up the Melon & Coca taste. This home brew is not to be a comparison between yesterday's mid day Java, they are not the same beans. One cup is fresh brewed, the other stale, flat and acidic from sitting past its exportation, sad. I am not writing this to trash Dunn Brothers. I have been to this location many times and walked out a happy customer. The beans I bought are good. Bad experiences are a part of the dining gamble we take, they are sometimes unavailable.

Dunn Bros is a local Friendswood favorite as far as coffee shops go! It has a very hipster vide to the place, and they often have live music on the weekends in their outdoor patio area. Filled with many tables, chairs, and outlets, this is my favorite place to study in Friendswood. And judging by how crowded the place always is, it seems like this is everyone's favorite study spot. Regardless of the crowds, it surprisingly doesn't get too loud here during the day. The only time I don't recommend studying here is when they have live music going on, their schedule is listed on a calendar inside the store. As far as coffee here, my go to order is their chocolate steamed Nirvana. It isn't overly sweet yet has a deep chocolate mocha flavor that I love. If you're looking for a big caffeine kick, try ordering an off the menu drink called the "Taylor Bomb." I forget what all is in it, but the drink is named after an old friend of mine. And if you're looking for a bite to eat, all of their pastries, sandwiches, or acai bowls are worth getting! Pro tip, get the Dunn Brothers app! It makes paying for everything faster, you can order ahead, find other locations, and best of all earn REWARDS. After coming to study here pretty often, it's crazy how fast you earn free drinks from here. I highly recommend Dunn Bros Coffee to everyone, and yes it is better than Starbucks!

Great coffee. Great service. Community minded. Love this place. I often ask for the barista's favorite beverage ... and I have not been disappointed. Support local!

My girlfriend and I stopped by here to pick up a coffee and biscuit to go. The sasuage, cheese and egg croissant was very good. The croissant itself was high quality bread but way to flaky for me. Was kind of a mess eating but hey that's just the price to pay eating good food! The egg was slightly overcooked but I definitely enjoyed the treat. The regular coffee (black with one splenda) was great tasting as well. I heard nothing but good things and it lived up to its name. I may stop by one weekend morning and update my review of more stuff from here. Check it out! Worth the drive

Nice spot, they make a mean Americano. Stopped in quickly. They were friendly, would be a good place to buy coffee burlap sacks for projects.

This place is a great study/meet up/hang out spot in Friendswood. You can't miss it while driving by 518 because of its nice facade. They also have a lot of parking spaces in the back. Overall, this is a pretty good coffee alternative to Starbucks. The inside of the shop has a few comfortable booths and tables. They also have a nice patio area in the back that is pretty spacious which is great when the weather is nice outside. They host live music so I assume this is where they do all that. Whenever I go at around 7 am, I always see someone roasting coffee right in front of you. It's pretty awesome knowing that this shop roasts their own coffee in house, it makes me feel like my coffee will always be fresh. It does make a difference; their coffee is always good and the smell of roasted coffee just pumps me up for th rest of my day. I have tried a lot of their specialty drinks which were all great, but have settled for their dark brew French press lately since I have been studying for school. The service is also great which is always a plus! I would say that this is one of the cooler spots in this side of Friendswood and definitely a must try!

    Looks great!

I had a meeting so why not over coffee! Everything goes better with coffee. So this place was recommended and I am glad that we chose it as our meeting place. They booths, tables, lounge chairs and a very large outside sitting area. I had the Americano that was done correctly. Gotta love that extra shot of espresso! I didn't have any food this time around. (A rushed meeting). The staff were friendly and professional. The next time I am in Friendswood I will definitely be back. Oh yeah, free Wi-Fi!!!!!!

They're located in Pearwood next door to Arby's and 888 Bistro. The biggest difference that I immediately noticed is the drive thru. The parking lot is rather small with about 10 spaces. The store itself is not very large. The decor is minimal, though they had Christmas decorations up. I noticed a few tables inside, a couple of chairs near the pick up area, and two tables outside on the patio. There's also a back room that looks like it may be used for study groups or meetings. The staff is very friendly. It had been awhile since I've visited PCR so I asked for recommendations on their seasonal drinks. The barista went through each one and explained the different flavors. I decided on a small (12 oz.) Iced Campfire Latte with oat milk. The drink has honey and smoked sea salt. I don't love sea salt coffee drinks, but the barista assured me that the sea salt is subtle (she was right). The drink was good and not overly sweet. I would order it again. They have a points program through Cash app. I don't have the app, so I won't be utilizing it. I don't frequent PCR that often because of location, but I will be adding them to my coffee rotation whenever I'm on the east side of town.

SO EXCITED Pearland has an HTeaO!…read more This place is brand new and CLEAN! (The floor isn't super sticky -yet- like the one in Webster). We love sampling all the tea flavors before deciding on our usual (either decaf unsweetened blueberry or decaf unsweetened regular). The Arnold Palmer is incredible but we can't bring ourselves to drink more than the shot-glass sampling cup due to the sugar. There is a sweet Zero tea but it's sweetened with Erythritol which upsets our tummies. The guy at the register was SO FRIENDLY. He thought he recognized me but it was my first time. Suggested they open another location in Pearland near 288. Come during their happy hour 2-4pm for 1/2 price teas.

I was disappointed with my recent and first visit to the new Pearland HTeaO…read more I had just picked up lunch from Big Horn. As I ordered my food at Big Horn I started to have a taste for iced tea. I had plenty of drinks at home so I decided to save myself $2.50 by not getting a tea. My craving for iced tea continued to grow as I drove home. I looked at my clock, it was 1:54 and I realized HTeaO's 1/2 price happy hour was about to start! I drove passed my house and onward to the new Pearland HTeaO. A perfect excuse to try out the new location. I arrived a little after 2. The sign out front read 1/2 off drinks, 2-4. Yay! There wasn't a line at all. I was a little surprised but relieved that I wasn't going to have to wait in a long line. I ordered an unsweet coconut and unsweet mint tea. They announced my total, $3 dollars and 70 something cents. What? I shrugged it off and assumed they had it wrong or maybe I was there too early and their systems hadn't updated yet. I get to the window. A young lady kindly complimented me on my eyeglasses and again repeated the high total to me. Still perplexed but having gone out of my way to buy the tea I handed her my debit card. She handed me my tea. I started to drive off but then I honked my horn and had to ask them why I hadn't received the happy hour 1/2 off price. Another young lady came to the window, apologized and said "oh it's buy one get one free. We're sorry we should've told you." 1. I get that BOGO is the same as 1/2 off but I've always seen BOGO advertised as BOGO, not as 1/2 off. When something is half off it's 1/2 off. 2. They didn't offer or ask me about ordering a second drink. If that's the deal, I shouldve been asked what I wanted for my second drink. The special should've at least been offered to me. Maybe I'm tripping. I could've swore HTeaO was used to truly be 1/2 off. I hadn't been in a while so maybe it changed to BOGO since my last visit. At any rate, I was disappointed with the bait and switch. Why not just advertise as BOGO instead of 1/2 off to ensure you don't confuse or upset your customers? To make things worse, the tea wasn't very good and I only ended up drinking a few sips of it. The coconut flavor tasted sweet although I had ordered unsweet coconut and unsweet mint. It was a letdown. Two stars to this location instead of one since the young lady complimented my glasses but more of a 1 star experience overall and a waste of time. I very likely will not return.
